She then told me the color had not turned out the way she planned and said she would tone it down. She charged me for the toner and left me with a burnt scalp. A day later I was feeling through my hair and felt what almost felt like hair gel. My hair was as stiff as a board. Turns out on top of all of this she left product in my hair.
