For reference, I asked for the shape and design from the first photo, with just the nude base of acrylic. I was charged $70 despite the nail design looking nothing like the photo (I was told it would be no problem and what I received was after I had asked for the flower petals to be rounded not sharp). My pinky nail is completely crooked, there was gel polish left on my skin that I had to ask to be removed, my nails are uneven, there is a huge gap between my thumb nail and the acrylic, and the product is so thick under my nails even after I asked for them to be shaved down! I had an appointment for a simple manicure with normal polish. They were not busy and it was a few hours before closing time. The woman doing my nails did not even fully remove the polish I had on my nails previously. Then she proceeded to paint my nails without cutting or filing at all. She finished in less than 15 minutes. When I looked at my nails, half of them were not completely painted or were missing top coat in some areas and I had polish all over my hands. I will not be returning and would not recommend. read more

Honestly the only reason I chose this spa over my usual was because of the pictures. Don't let them fool you. I had made an appointment at this place two days prior and when I got there they apparently they didn't write me down and they said I didn't have one but I clearly have text messages between me and a worker there making the appointment so when I got there I still had to wait like a regular customer would without an appointment. I patiently waited and when the lady sat me down to get my nails done, she was working between me and another lady. She just started and didn't really show any care in what she was doing. She did it sloppy and fast and she was realllllyyy rough. At one point she made my finger bleed because of how careless she was when filing them. I thought this place was satisfactory until I was turned away for a pedicure at 2pm on a Monday afternoon. Maybe explain that there is going to be a long wait or try to schedule an appointment for later in the day. But just to say we cannot service you right now since we are expecting people who have appointments. Poor customer service. I went across the street to Victoria's Nails and enjoyed my service. I have been to several other nail salons in Cartersville but the one I've been going to was closed so gave this one a try today and I am glad I did! From the moment I walked in, it was a fantastic experience. Very friendly employees and my pedi by Yen was GREAT!!! I also got the best SNS manicure ever by the happiest guy I've ever had do my nails. I can always find a flaw of some sort wherever I go but not this time. The price was fair, the service was great and I'll go back. They practically knew all their clients by name and I didn't hear one complaint. I do recommend an appointment. I came in at 7:10, and didn't realize they closed at 8:00 until they asked me to go ahead and pay (before they had even started on my nails- I was just sitting in the pedicure chair at this point) because they were trying to close. I would not have stayed had I known they were trying to close. How can I tip someone for their service before they have performed it? If they did an outstanding job, maybe I would have wanted to tip more/less for a bad job, Etc. I paid in advance, and had one person doing my gel mani during my pedicure. When I get a pedicure, I want to relax. I don't want to be focused on trying to help someone do my nails while sitting in a pedicure chair. It's not easy. I get that they were in a hurry because they were closing soon, but when I pay $60 for a mani/pedi, I'm paying for the whole service. I could give myself a pedicure if I didn't care about relaxing. Another thing that makes me uneasy is when you feel like you are being talked about/laughed at the ENTIRE time. Then to top all of that, I get home and realize I still have the green clay stuff ALL over the back of my legs. Not just a little. My nails look fine, but the quality overall of my services were average, and the customer service was below average. I have been to salons where you are treated like royalty, which isn't what I expect everywhere, but this wasn't worth $60. read more
