I really enjoy going to the laundromat, it is always clean, and I happened to notice that the two women who work there one day, a woman was loading clothes, and the two women were just staring at her from behind the desk and gossiping about her, and I thought that was very disturbing. We all come here to do laundry after all? I did however let the woman know and she also noticed the same a few times but decided to just ignore them and especially when she one day had asked one of them for assistance, the employee refuse to help her she just said just a minute and walked away, and she never asked that employee ever again, after all she said she is there to wash cloths. One beautiful person is the older woman who is a hard worker, she is kind and very helpful to everyone, and I have never heard her gossip about anyone, the next time I go in to do laundry I will ask her for her name. there should be more employees like her, and she deserves these 5 stars, and the comfy laundromat. As for those two employees, they should project confidence and not arrogance. by aligning their behavior with a positive professional image. read more

Terry and the new manager Jackie have increased this business substantially! Jackie took over as manager this summer (approximately) and CLEANED the place up. Now running more efficiently. Both Jackie and Terry are very helpful and kind. One item I found very disturbing; the owners allow the small children to run amuck. Although there is a designated area for children, around Service dogs this is extremely inappropriate! I almost reported them to the ADA officials and decided simply to use another place since laundry mats were going to be a short period in my life. one small child ran at my Service, of course she will bark, Service are never to be Looked At, Spoken to, Never petted nor assaulted in any manner. This is an ADA legality. The mother complained to Jackie about the one bark from my service who was laying on her blanket, then the two children came from another direction, I told them to leave my Service dog alone, this did not assuage them. My service dog has attend large affairs, small dinners, restaurants, workout at gyms and never has been assaulted several times by other. the same day as my Service dog, laid on her blanket a man turned around and went to pet her, immediately I stated, Do NOT Pet or approach my service dog. The owners took action inappropriately against the ADA law. If one does not care for very young children running around this is NOT the place for you and your laundry. The Laundry mat is well run by Jackie and Terry, there are many machines, and more expensive than other places, however the selection is massive; be aware of the unattended children. They do handle a massive amount of clientele, take in laundry and do perform an excellent job, it is the unattended children I find to be most inappropriate. read more

I have not been to a coin wash in forever but when you have a rug that no one wants to clean, you do what you have to. This place is big, clean and well lit. They have machines that can do 8 loads at once. We are using a 6 x and it swallowed our rug. Highly recommend. read more

I needed to use a coin laundry for the first time in years and did not know this place existed even though I have lived in the area for years. I read the positive reviews so I gave it a shot even though the area is a bit sketchy. What a great place! It's very clean with nice equipment and a great staff. The staff seemed to be always cleaning on the two occasions I have been there and I met some pretty cool folks while waiting for my stuff to dry one day. Pros: Plenty of washers, dryers, and folding tables. They have plenty of large and oversize washers as well. Plenty of space so you're not cramped. The machines take coins and card. Con: They charge an extra 25 to 50 cents if you want to use hot or warm water over cold. Good to know: The cashier only takes cash for detergent, softner, and other supplies. read more

I have been here a few times and each time has been enjoyable, however this time was not so pleasant. The gentleman that I dealt with today at the counter was extremely rude. I asked him to point out a sign where it says the prices go up by 25 cents due to the temp change. He rudely walked me up to a machine and pointed to each temp and said "this is your sign! Here" I got agitated and explained the woman I am with is disabled and there needs to be a sign that is printed with the price changes and temps. And there is no reason for him to be that rude and unfriendly. read more

I've been going to the Scotch Wash laundromat on Colfax and Carr for years...I thought that was what all laundromats were like, dirty and rude staff. I decided to go to Lamar Coin Laundry and I think I actually gasped when I came in. Beautiful place, so clean, machines are a comparable price but I feel much better cleaning my clothes in them. There was an attendant going around the laundromat cleaning up. I definitely will ONLY be coming here from now on! read more

I don't know where their getting all these 100% Positive ratings, but I think it's way too overpriced. $6:50, $8.50, like $4.50 for just one basic load. Not Comparable to most I been to in the Area. The one in Carr and Colfax has many for $1.50 and a triple Loader for $2.75, This one is no where close to compare to that one. The machines Do look nice. But I could wash 6 loads just up the street on Carr and Colfax for the Same price as one Load here. If you got the extra cash, I believe you would have a washer and dryer at home. Otherwise, I think this place is way too overpriced. read more

Wow. I think this is the first time I've ever done laundry with a smile on my face. The attendant, Terry, was so helpful. He brought out a rolling cart and helped me bring my laundry in. He answered questions and gave me tips on how to best do my laundry. He also walked around and made sure that everything was clean and in good working condition. When I was done, Terry helped bring my laundry baskets back to the curb, where I had my car. In all, this was a great experience and I will definitely come back if I need several things laundered, or just the big stuff. It's nice that they take credit cards as well as cash. read more

My dryer broke so had to come down the street to this place. Very friendly staff, huge dryers and a lot of them. They take coins and credit cards, which is nice. I was in and out in 20 minutes and 2 dryers were about $2 for 1 large load of towels. read more

I rarely use laundromats but my apartment machines have been broken for over a week. After reading some reviews tried it out. This place was very clean, dryers did not have a bunch of stuff in the bottoms, staff were friendly, and they even helped me fold my comforters without asking, just walked right up and offered to help. This Laundromat is great, not only do they have the ultra nice Dexter machines, but they take credit cards, and are located right next to a brewery (Westfax Brewing) and a kick ass coffee shop (Dutch Bros). Nothing like a beer to reward yourself for doing laundry. But back to the Dexter machines themselves, I have really sensitive skin, and using s laundromat is scary for me with all the people that use liquid fabric softeners that I'm highly allergic to. While I wish all laundromats would have some machines that ban fabric softeners, I don't have to worry about it too much here with the Dexter machines. These machines do a pretty good job of washing away previous fabric softeners. While it's not perfect, my skin is a lot happier when I go here and not to places with older machines. While I have some complaints, 25 cents extra for warm or hot water, 25 cents extra for an extra rinse, it's all understandable. Between the nice machines and the brewery next door, I'll be back and back and back. read more

What a fantastic laundromat this is. 2x-8x capacity washing machines, efficient dryers, wide aisles, long folding tables, affordable, clean & they have a very friendly & helpful attendant.
