The rudest owner I have ever experienced in a service business. Not just once, but on several occasions this jerk has confronted me about some trivial matter. Today, I was getting change and he confronted me that change is only for customers because it "makes so much more work for him"....Buddy, that is literally your job - servicing the public. I didn't have my laundry with me but planned to come back in with 4 loads of blankets (the place is super expensive so I needed to plan accordingly). I handed him the change back and asked for my $20 and he said, no, this is your final warning. Actually, this was the first time I ever used his change machine. I told him that I have done hundreds of loads of laundry at Suds Out and he said that doesn't matter because I was making his life harder by getting change to use elsewhere - I wasn't. I intended to use the change to do my laundry. I told him this. I told him that he was being rude and that he had been rude to me several times in the past. He then held out his hand and demanded the change back. I said no, and said you just lost a loyal customer of many years, and as I was walking out he muttered maliciously, "Get the fxxx out and have a nice day." Previously, he got right in my face - inches away, and berated me about leaving dog hair in the machine, which I was cleaning already and offered to clean thoroughly, and he said no...then he bitched so loudly about it, ranting for more than ten minutes, that he made not just me, but the rest of the customers uncomfortable. Several came up to me and asked if I was ok because I was visibly shaken by the confrontation. Did I mention the place is SUPER EXPENSIVE? What a jerk. read more

Completely and beautifully remodeled, brand new machines, very clean (bathrooms, too!), owner and employees very pleasant and helpful.

Recently on a trip out west and went here to do laundry before flying home. Very clean facility, the owner was very explanatory on machines, etc. I highly recommend this place to do laundry whether you are local or visiting in the area before heading home. read more

Due to the gal (Jane) that works at this laundromat, I'd love to give it a 5 star review because she is simply awesome! So incredibly kind and very helpful! Unfortunately due to the (owner) of this establishment, I can only give it a 2 star review. Jane is amazing and the place is clean and very accommodating with the large washing machines and the amount of machines. Back to the owner. My daughter had tried to wash a stuffed animal, it's one that was given to her when she was hospitalized as a baby. Keep in mind, this has been washed several times before. What she didn't realize is that there was a hole in it this time. Stuffing everywhere and caused the machine to stop of course. She felt terrible. Terrible for losing this sentimental bear and really terrible for causing any issues with the machine. She apologized profusely to the owner as to which he kept repeating that "This is why you don't wash stuffed animals". (Try again buddy, they get washed all the time.) He told us to take them home and hose them off. We tried to clean up as much as we could, the clothes were dripping wet. We tried to shake them outside far enough from the establishment to not make a mess and he came out to me and said, "This is what I was trying to avoid! This mess!" He continued on and on, as to which I simply replied, "I got it". It's not like I didn't plan on cleaning up what was falling to the ground. By the time I came back in, my daughter was in tears. He made her feel like crap after she kept telling him she was sorry. His approach absolutely sucked! He did apologize to ME for how he made my daughter feel. (He's apologizing to the wrong person!) he didn't once apologize to my daughter about how he made her feel. In his apology to me, he went on about how much this could potentially cost him, "thousands of dollars!" Accidents happen bud, this is why business owners carry insurance! It's certainly not like we wanted this to happen. He also continued telling customer after customer about the situation. We had a complete stranger come up to us saying she was leaving a review on what she saw. She apologized to us saying, "He could've handled this so much better! You never know what someone is going through!" She's got that right! As for Jane, he doesn't deserve you! But we thank you for taking away the sting and for being so kind! read more

I have been working so much lately that my laundry had piled up to an unmanageable point. I found Apsara and dropped of my laundry to have it done. Let's just say I am a little bit more than impressed!!!! I have super sensitive skin and they had no problem using soup and dryer sheets that I provided. And not to mention the reasonable price...$1 per pound and the quality of service!!! I have already recommended them to multiple friends and will be coming back. read more

My washing machine broke and I had too much laundry to handle. I also work full time so I went looking for a place that offered wash and fold assistance. I got there with my huge bag of clothing. I think it was close to 45 pounds of clothes! They didn't make me feel embarrassed having so many lol the owner helped me the first day and was super cool. Everything was easy. They weighed it and you pay up front. I dropped it off at 5:30pm and the next day I got a text at 10am saying it was ready for pick up! They had no problem holding it for me until I was off of work at 5pm. Then when I got there they helped roll out my four bags of clothing lol. Everything was folded so nicely and it was such a relief having that nightmare over with lol Overall super great!!!!!! read more

Very clean interior, kind workers, and we felt safe. Soap for one load in the vending machine was only $1.50, small load was $3.25, dryer was $1.50. We literally drove across town to come here, it was worth it! read more

Very impressed with this place. Owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. They have small and large machines available which make it easier to wash bulky items. The place is spotless, they offer free wifi AND you can download an app to pay for your laundry online, so no need to bring cash! I also liked how the app will track when my laundry would be finished, so easy! Will definitely return to this laundry mat in the future! read more

I brought my linens and blankets in to be laundered. Everything was clean and fresh, and available for pick-up the following day. The prices were very reasonable and Louis went above and beyond...even helped me carry my huge bundle to the car. I will definately use Aspara again!! read more

I went there to wash a blanket and it was 1 hour before they closed . I would have plenty of time to wash it. The very rude person who worked there refused to let me 1 load! This place used to be awesome before the old owners sold. I had my laundry done there one time before I had to change. The woman who worked there was SO RUDE and basically acted like she didn't want my business and said the employees were angry to see my laundry for wash and fold. Ummm - sorry, don't offer the service if you don't want to provide it. Then the clothes were folded in a plastic bag DAMP, stains everywhere and shirts ruined. Never went back. I highly recommend you don't go there. I even asked what their phone number was and the wretched woman said she didn't know. read more

I've been going to this laundromat for years to wash my comforters. Haven't been in a couple months and went in tonight. There are new owners, and man what a difference!!!! Very friendly, super nice and just a breath of fresh air from the 2 prior owners. They have all new machines which are super nice. The place is very clean!! I had a comforter Dry cleaned here & when I removed from bag it smelled horrible. The label say Dry clean only & when I returned it the lady told me to wash it and there was nothing they could do. She told me that some fabrics stink! I have had several comforters dry cleaned and no problem. I doesn't smell like dry cleaning fluid or mold smells discussing. Very disappointed with the response from the business. read more

The owners do not care for the safety of their customers. The roof or something overhead had been leaking, there was black ice on the ground and the lighting was poor when I did my wash in the evening, I slipped on the ice and hit my head hard on the cement. I had a concussion and had to stay in the ER overnight and still suffering from headaches. Will never go there again. Beware. read more
