Was sold the "Search Engine Optimization" monthly package. Prior to switching I was ranking in the top 10 for certain keyword searches for my industry. In 3 months I fell out of the top ten to below top 20 and completely off google maps. For $5000 a year this is unacceptable. The only work I am generating now is through word of mouth. They completely killed my web presence and refuse to do anything about it but, scream because I cancelled my card and they want their $400 a month. As a small business owner, if I did this to my "customers" I'd be out of business. After multiple emails with spread sheets showing the search engine data, Ive gotten no response. He never accepts responsible for his arrogance and poor service and poor quality of work. I hired David several times in the past. The last two times his work was over priced and poorly done. I offered to pay him after he transferred my domains names which he repeatedly delayed doing. Once he transferred the domain he said he didn't want my money and then he shutdown my site during the transfer window of time. As I said, look elsewhere.
