well, a couple of minutes ago I asked an employee if he could count my change for me because I don't know how to count my change and then he comes up and saying well "how do you not know how to count your change?How are you gonna survive in the world" but yet you're over here telling me I don't know how to count change but why don't you count my change for me if that's the reason why you work here to do cashiering stuff. this is bs. im sorry but this was disrespectful and nonhelping. BUYER BEWARE! We frequent this establishment often and frequently purchase a car wash. We had bought a carwash at 815 PM that expired 2/21/2020. On 2/21/2021at 530Pm we attempted to use the wash we had purchased at the wash Seoul's not take the code. I took the proof of purchase on to the store and the cashier stated it would not take it on tHe expiration day which makes no sense. No where on the proof of purchase does it state you must use before expiration date. We no longer use Lambos for any services. read more

I don't know what's going on but I'm about to start going to another gas station and car wash. Tuscola Lambo's will not take my debit card or credit card for the car wash. They work fine everywhere else and I have had several people tell that there's doesn't either. I also have trouble getting gas sometimes I have to go to 3-4 pumps before it takes my debit card. This is ridiculous when my card works perfectly everywhere else. I'm tired of Lamb's telling me i's my card because it's not. I will be going to different stations in the area and car washes from now on. As far as stars I give you just 1 and that's it. SO TO HECK WITH YOU LAMBO'S GOOD BYE. This place looks amazing ! They even have a drive thru for chicken. However, we stopped for gas and COFFEE! they were completely out. The cashier stated that they do not brew coffee after 11am due to the cost vs demand. She did brew me some but it took about 5 mins. 5 mins not too bad. Although I shouldn't have had to wait. This is a part of running a business. I work at a Loves travel store and we are always dumping coffee making fresh. It is Always available. I wonder how many customers didnt want to ask for coffee to be made therefore they lose a sale. read more

I went into Lambos B.P in Tuscola Illinois while moving and to ask about a money order. Doris Lantz the cashier told us we were to late for the money order for that night. Then she after we left called someone and proceed to slander and lie saying we were telling her we were on drugs. If this is what your employees have to do is run their mouths about customers and start issues with rumors, then B.P needs to work them harder so they are too busy to spread harmful rumors that effect people. read more

Very well maintained with a great selection of snacks, food, drinks, and alcohol. It's one of the cleanest gas stations I've stopped into.

This place is a hidden GEM! I'm not kidding when I say this is one of the best truck stops in the country. It's medium in size but extremely clean and everything you could want. There's even a walk-in beer cooler and a small casino room too. I'm bookmarking this one, for sure! read more

Lambos has been a regular stop on our Route 36 adventures for a long time. Although, after today's visit (07/09/2019), this may change. My husband, who is a retired, disabled Army Veteran, made his regular food and fuel stop there today only to be harassed by an employee of this establishment. He parked his motorcycle, that clearly displays his placards, next to the handicap spot in the lines solely out of respect for a full size handicap vehicle that may need it. Once inside the store, a male employee vocally expressed his concern about the bike being parked in the lined area. My husband went outside and moved his bike into the proper handicap parking space, only to come back in and continue to be harassed about parking in that designated space! This employee was clearly unaware of the placards on the bike, nor did he attempt to make himself aware of the full situation, before reacting in an extremely unprofessional manner. I spoke with the store manager shortly after this incident. He was very friendly, expressed his condolences, and explained that the situation would be addressed promptly. I sure hope this is the case, considering we did enjoy our visits there. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE! Traveling and chose this place for refueling and some coffee. After stepping in the unavoidable fuel all over the ground in front of the pump my shoes are ruined! The smell of fuel is in my car and I'm now looking to buy new shoes before my meeting tomorrow morning. When I alerted the staff of the problem, she replied "yeah we know about it but just haven't gotten to it yet." Seriously?! This was a wet, slick, and not to mention a huge safety and fire hazard to just watch it dry- the area that was wet with fuel had indications that it was drying along the edges where it had not pooled- I'm not a scientist or human resource professional but this company really could benefit from some training for their employees. What a disaster. Needless to say I did NOT buy coffee or anything else from this business and if I could get reimbursed for my ruined shoes I'd appreciate it. Hopefully no fire disasters occurs before they finally get it cleaned up....good grief! read more
