I had the worst experience with the asshole who runs this company. He has the worst customer service and heaven forbid you argue back or piss him off, he will flat out Up charge your bill. I broke off two bolts off my rim while trying to put on a spare. Called his Co. For help. Instead of towing me, and "saving me money" on a tow. He sends out a mechanic to air up my tire and I can drive myself. Granted I live maybe 6 blocks from his garage if that. Because he got pissed at me, he proceeds to charge me $70 just to come a couple blocks to air up my tire. Initially it was NO CHARGE. Then couldnt get me straight as a customer. Thought he had towed me in the day before. Finally remembering who I was, continued to talk to me like I was retarded. I couldnt get a word in edge wise, called me a liar saying I misinformed him on my car, etc. He doesnt listen. I will never go bsck to his company again. I ran out of gas and was stuck on the side of I57 about 4 miles from a gas station. AAA said they had someone 4 hours away and would call back. I never heard from them, but I called Bob's and he sent someone out with gas after they finished their current service. I only waited about 50 minutes and the guy waited for my car to start and then followed me to the next gas station to make sure I was safe. He wouldn't even let me pay him for the gas. Awesome and excellent customer service!! Can not thank Bob and his team enough for their kindness and professionalism. My father in law was stranded on the highway and barely made it to the rest stop near Pesotum, IL, we were a little worried as he was traveling long distance, Bob went to get him a tow at a VERY reasonable cost, and did everything in his power to get my father in law back on the road. But for circumstances out of his hands it wasn't possible, well he went far and beyond to find a solution. I never thought I'd be happy to see my car towed in my whole life. Nick came to me in a hail storm to jumpstart my car and after that failed took me to Chicago as I was stranded in the middle of a storm.
