I expected him to stick a metal rod down my window like most do - which sometimes takes forever with newer cars. Instead, he used a little key device right in my driver side door keyhole. He originally was booked until 6 p.m., and when I told him that we were supposed to leave to Chicago ASAP and we would call around, he immediately offered to try to move around his schedule. Fortunately for us, he was able to squeeze us in within 45 minutes. He promptly arrived, and made us a key quickly, at half of what we were expecting to pay.
