During that visit, I asked about adding an Alexa‑controlled relay. After purchasing the relay, I scheduled an appointment for installation. Nathan returned with Spiros K., whom I understand to be his supervisor. Despite multiple attempts, they were unable to install the relay, and the fan began running continuously. They assured me this would be corrected on their return visit, along with installing the plug extension. I purchased the needed plug myself and texted to schedule their return. The next day, I received a message stating they would "pass on installing" the relay due to how it needed to be set up. I responded that the relay was no longer an issue and that I simply needed the fan problem--caused during their visit--resolved. After that, all communication stopped. Multiple messages went unanswered. We paid roughly $900 for the two visits, and I was willing to pay for the fan correction despite it resulting from their work. Instead, I had to hire another company to restore the fireplace, costing an additional $350. Declining to continue with the relay installation is understandable. Abandoning the job without fixing the fan issue is not. The lack of follow‑through and communication is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed and will not be recommending Atlas Fireplace to anyone.

A treasure hunt but no gold to be found. So they tore up the left side of the driveway and bingo the found the line. They also replacement an electrical tubing W/ wires to get the street lamp to work. But still no lights. So they dug another hole on the right side of my driveway. And bingo they finally hit gold. So What they did to fix the three sprinklers lines. All failed due to poor workmanship. With the help from Aqua Mist I have the parts to do the job the right way. Made sure he never came back. Workmanship horrible, owners tells you can use more of "brown" fieldstone instead workers used more gray. Workers did not listen to customer. Never cleaned up, so I could my kitchen. Bricks crooked, mantel crooked on one of the sides, when pointing to owner "he said floor wasnt even"ordered incorrect insert logs,the grout or should a say cement is crumbling at the bases/hearth. The other side of FP with a new mantel was taken down 2'xs because of excessive gaps. One worker had to be on one side working and couldnt "touch" the other side of FP of a worker who never showed up.Owner is a "smooth" talker- increased pricing didnt change invoice. Then when it was time to light up the FP, it didn't work! One guy couldnt figure out the problem, then owner came out several times and finally took part of FP apart, found that they didnt build it correctly, workerss forgot to install a baffle inside the exhaust. They never pulled permits with city, remove a gas shut off valve, when house was built, said we didnt need it anymore. What! It took over 3 months to complet the project, neighbors even ask why took so long!

Their crew even shoveled my entire driveway to bring everything in and out with the old but the cherry on top was that they shoveled my sidewalk. Inspected by city inspectors too. Call us (519 344 7730) and get all two pages of costly screw ups they refused to make right. ie. "effectively turned nine floor joists into 2x6's; didn't reconnect the air ducts...just left them sitting so it looked like they were connected. I checked before the ceiling went up; cut a floor joist completely through and left it hanging, hidden behind abs pipe they installed.

They did a great job of the installation the Plenum I believe it's called looked good. I was happy then. A couple of years ago I asked them to come in and install a nest thermostat in a different location. All was good. Today not good at all. Since the beginning of summer I had requested service to clean up the ductwork and create a new vent to satisfy a city building permit requirement . I was given the estimate amount I asked when would they be available to do the work. ThenI waited . I waited a couple of months. I reached out to them yet again and I was told they were on vacation that they would call me back the following week. they never called me back. In the meantime I had been asked to remove everything from the basement, including the new Ikea kitchen to make way for the work to be done. I don't know if you've ever seen an IKEA kitchen in boxes but it's huge, there's a lot of boxes and it's very heavy and I'm an old woman. I brought all those boxes upstairs. Since they did not respond I returned all of the boxes to the basement. Now when I see their trucks drive-by I make a point of glaring at them. I hope they read this so they understand why. No I no longer recommend this company.
