Cheaper when comparing other taxis in the area (asking how much when parked and sitting for people outside bars/game in the area vs calling this company and getting a quote over the phone). Drivers were nice, and actually arrived earlier than quoted. Definitely would recommend.

OMG! Cancelled my bus for my Packer trip. Had to go to Lamers because my usual bus company could…read morenot accommodate. Every company has different rules for contracts and payments. Been doing this for over 20 years. So, thought I was late back in July, but received an email stating that I need not worry. I would be reminded when due. Then, just cancelled without warning. When I called (not knowing I had it in writing at the time), the woman was condescending and rude, asking me if I need a reminder to pay my bills. When I found the email, specifically stating I would be reminded AND NOT TO WORRY!!!, I called back and although she had no comment (NOW), she stated was out of her hands!!! WHAT A HORRIBLE COMPANY!! I have over 40 people counting on me to have a bus for the game. This is just step 1. Maybe I can sue???

WI DAV held it's State Convention at the Oneida Hotel. This is a beautiful facility that…read moreaccommodated us with grace and hospitality. I am a disabled Army Veteran who travels with a Service dog. I am not always received with respect when I travel. The Oneida had no problems accommodating me and I appreciated that more than I can tell them. My room was beautiful, clean, and large enough for me and my stuff to move around comfortably. When I asked where to walk him so I could be respectful of the property, the manager looked surprised by the question. I always ask because I always try to honor a property because I love giving back the respect that is shown to me. I understand people don't always "get" my "need" for the service dog so I'm grateful when I'm not harassed about it. Everyone at Oneida was wonderful! I had a small issue checking in but it was quickly resolved and the rest of my stay was marvelous. I even appreciated the professional way the check-in situation was resolved. It's always nice that the Nation welcomes the DAV Convention with our service animals! We work hard all year to fight for Veterans to get what they deserve. The convention asked us to gather, plan, celebrate, and honor the work done in WI. As a Vet with PTSD, having a beautiful, peaceful, clean, respectful, happy venue is appreciated! I hope in future years, more members of the Oneida Nation will actually join DAV! It would be quite amazing to induct an Oneida Chapter at our next Convention!!!! I have been in need of a good ride since the companies I rode with A)Did not answer their phone B) Put their GPS gadgets on their lap, drove without hands...or eyes C) Most often did not show up...at all, or got here late. D)Took me 45 minutes out of my way, did not make the appointment, took their time retrieving me.E) The dispatchers often sounded like high schools students on drugs, not able to be of any help when ride did not show. This ride was simple; I got a verification the night before; Ride got here on time and delivered me on time; Drove without putting me in fear; friendly driver. I bought tickets for the Packer/Lion game for September 25…read more I got great seats. For a lot of money. 2 tickets were nearly $600. $265/ticket. (Face value said $90) they definitely make their money. The cheap skate in me is screaming.. The Packer fan in me is saying totally worth it. I love that there is no service fee. However, That is incredible. Especially considering it is anywhere from $100-250 on NFL ticket exchange. After much thought about if we wanted to tailgate ourselves or join in at the resch party, we decided for the ease of it... The Reach center was it. We definitely did not eat or drink $60 worth of food and drinks. But... Convenience factor added in... It's comparable, I guess. The games and entertainment were great. I loved the dancing and door prizes, tho we didn't win. Booooo! My complaint was, however, We went in, Ate and enjoyed ourselves for nearly an hour. Then we walked around outside the gated area. We tried to get back in and the man taking tickets told us we didn't have the right passes to get in. We told him we were JUST in there. He told us we shouldn't have been, "those are not our wrist bands" and told us to go talk to another lady. We did. She also told us we were in the wrong area and we were to go next door to D2's. So we did. When we got to D2's, it wasn't sitting right with me... I knew we were in the wrong place. I opened my email via my phone and sure enough, it said RESCH CENTER. So we walked back over to the ticket counter, I showed her my email confirmation and she told us to take off the wrist bands that the store gave us, and gave us the proper tickets to get in. So yes, they rectified the situation... But still... They lost a star for that. Cause had I not had an email compatible phone to be able to look it up, we would have been in the wrong venue due to their own in office error. So my advice to you... Especially as a first time patron/tailgater... Make sure you bring your confirmation with you, in case of an error. All in all. It was a great experience. Many memories made. And I will definitely consider using them again.
