I just want to say that Dr. Kiene is the most patient, compassionate, kind doctor I have ever met…read more I went in for a consult before scheduling Mohs surgery on a Basel Cell Infiltrative cancer in the front of my scalp in my natural part line. I had spent days in tears thinking I was going to have a permanent bald spot in this area after surgery as the infiltrative Basel Cell cancer can go below the dermis where your hair follicles are. He spent at least 30 minutes explaining everything to me and even heard me out on my concern on which direction to place the stitches. Dr. Kiene's surgery team including nurse Jill who was every bit as patient, kind and compassionate as Dr. Kiene performed the surgery and kept assuring me it was going to be ok. Today I am two days past the surgery and I cannot believe how they were able to place the stitches right in my part line as I requested as well as what a great clean stitch job they performed. They placed in dissolvable stitches which is a bonus and based on what I see right now I wouldn't be surprised if the scar is almost invisible once healed. Thank you Dr. Kiene and staff for making your patients feel heard and cared for as if they are family and for the skilled, professional, clean surgery they performed on me.

They're pretty good at zapping anything if I need them to. I've never really had any issues with them and I do recommend checking this place out for your DERMATOLOGY needs. They usually try to offer me some sort of cosmetic skin care service and I haven't done it yet, but I think I would consider coming here for a facial or chemical peel of some sort.

I'd like to start out with how beautiful, relaxing and peaceful the Med Spa is. Every touch of…read moredecor is extremely elegant. The front desk, Patience's has a very welcoming and calming presence. She was super helpful and organized. This facility is the best place to reset and reboot yourself from the hustle and bustle of life. From check-in to check-out everything is always on point, they never skip a beat. I love receiving facials and treatment from Jenny James. She has so many different treatments and packages to choose from. I enjoy her knowledge and professionalize. She is definitely a miracle worker. I also like to buy my product from them; moreover, they go through it in great detail, why you need it and how to use it. I don't feel like I'm in my 40's, but I can tell in my face that life is catching up to me. This place is my fountain of youth.

She did a procedure that's called a "exchange " because I had an implant that burst. I'm not sure why it did but it hurt me tremendously. I initially was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2010 and had a double mastectomy at the time. That surgeon did a horrific job because they were incredibly tight so I had them redone in 2014 to make them smaller and just more comfortable at that point. When I started to have pain in my right implant I could tell that the implant had ruptured just because how it looked and felt. The pain is also a good indicator. I went to see Dr. McCormack at her beautiful office that has the surgery center in the same building. Great for her! Nice planning. The front desk people made sure the would not be happy to help with the insurance in anyway...My surgery would be covered since the implant burst. It was a complete pain to get them to get me the doc notes and photos. The lied to me a couple of times until I FINALLY received them. I mean 10 grand is a great vacation for me. I would never get any further procedures at this office because you barely deal with the doc just with those awful front desk persons. I get it you don't want to deal with insurance but seriously they just couldn't be bothered with my request. Annoying

I entered the practice of Dr. Daniel E. Rowe for removal of a painful & calcified cyst located in…read moresubcutaneous fat under the skin. The result of Dr. Rowe's malevolent & unethical actions has become the single greatest regret of my life. Pre-op meeting was terse. Dr. Rowe walked into the exam room talking on cell phone, quickly looked at my cyst then resumed his phone conversation and walked out. I asked assistant (c) if she was a nurse, the reply was "yea" (a lie). Day of procedure Dr. Rowe instructed assistant to inject syringe in the site and seemingly out of nowhere Dr. Rowe said: " You know, if you knew what women's breasts and butts looked like, under the skin, you wouldn't want anything to do with them. It's all fat" (assistant reacts). I received 4 fully loaded syringes (more than twice the amount compared to previous procedures for same operations done elsewhere). Not wanting to watch I turned my head and Dr. Rowe cut the incision. After picking around for a while Dr. Rowe handed the scalpel to his unlicensed/untrained assistant (who lied and claimed to be a RN.) and instructed her to expand the incision and she cut. Next Dr. Rowe resumed cutting and called assistant in and said "look at that. you see that? that's a cyst." (taunting) Dr. Rowe then appeared to remove cyst and set on the table behind. Except he did not remove it. More picking then he replied to assistant "cauterize that". (Did'nt know at the time, Dr. Rowe had maliciously removed a portion of my muscle) assistant complied then accidently (?) activated cauterizer and burned a hole on my skin. Dr. Rowe then began sewing suture (knowing full well the cyst I came to have removed was still inside). When finished I was astonished to see that Dr. Rowe had removed every last scrap of flesh/subcutaneous fat leaving me with a permanent mutilated hole, scar measures 1/2" wide all the way up & down further entrenched with divot of muscle he maliciously removed. Exiting room w/assistant I turned to see Dr. Rowe standing in a strange posture (hands @ base of neck, thumb & index finger tips together & big smile on his face staring directly at me). PSYCHOPATH: 'one who has not lost contact with reality but who engages in abnormally aggressive and seriously irresponsible behavior with little or no feeling of guilt'. After the over abundance of syringe injections yielded and the site finally regained some feeling I discovered the cyst still remained inside. Of course in the mind of a psychopath no injury is ever complete without a corresponding insult. I returned 2 weeks later to remove sutures. Dr. Rowe entered room chewing with food in his mouth. After he swallowed I asked why the cauterizer burn hurt so bad (it was staph infected) without hesitation Dr. Rowe looked at the floor and said: "well, you've done something". I have always maintained awareness of my surroundings, avoided bad people and situations. Never could I have imagined being indelibally harmed to this extent by a virulent psychopath with a medical license. Not only am I forced to undergo another medical procedure to remove the cyst Dr. Rowe left in my body im also damned for my entire life to suffer the carnage induced into my body by Dr. Daniel E. Rowe's violent act of premeditated aggravated mayhem!
