They were on time every day--sometimes even early--and never rushed the process, making sure everything was exactly to our liking. Some of our materials arrived later than expected, but Elias stayed on top of it and continued following up with the company. As soon as the materials arrived, they finished our stairs right away, even though they already had another job scheduled. I got a baseline quote over the phone. Then I came in person at their shop and chose my carpet from a large selection of sample carpets. They procured the carpet next day from their local supplier and met me at the house and installed the carpet in approximately one hour.
