At least I know the paint will stick. Staff can be hit or miss but most are helpful. The Halloween collection is great buy buy early as everything sells quick. Also, I don't know if I'm imagining this as well, but the staff at this Menards has improved in helping me find stuff that I'm searching for. I brought my 35-year-old Honda snow blower in for service. Blower had no power and needed general…read moremaintenance. After some time searching for parts and doing the repairs, I got the blower back. Blower still had a power issue and wile I had it back I broke the drive cable. I brought it back to Rosemount Saw and Tool to have it looked at again. They could not find a cable, Honda no longer made them. Rosemount Saw and Tool had traded in a blower similar to mine and took the cable off that unit and put it on mine. They fixed the power issue at no additional charge, $150 repair. In business today stuff happens. It is how you take care of the customer that matters. Mike, Jeff and the guys at Rosemount Saw and Tool stepped up to the plate and went out of their way to take care of me as a costumer. The snow blower has not run this good in years.
