Review is strictly for Boitano's (cocktail lounge adjacent to the hotel check-in)…read more Lovely experience here. Packed on Valentine's Day before our shows, so it's clear it's more than just a hotel bar that residents frequent. Lincoln doesn't have too many stops for craft cocktails, so this is a nice find. My first selection was a whiskey-based with smoked rosemary rim. My husband got something with absthinhe in it. Our other friend ordered what looked like a drink version of an orange cream pie. So fun and the ambiance can't be beat. Drinks typical range 15-20 for fancy cocktails.

The bathroom sink is weirdly tiny, but overall the room was fine. Except for the noise. So much noise! All night long! We were facing 11th street and we were staying over a weekend. You could hear cars all night. And ambulance one night at 2 am. And if that noise wasn't enough, they were hosting something in what I guess is there convention area? And that noise went on until midnight. Insanely loud music that we at first thought was coming from someplace across the street. But nope. It was coming from a few doors down. I so wanted to love this place but we will not be staying here again. A good night's sleep is too important to us. I really feel that better quality windows would make a world of difference.

Remarkably inexpensive for the high-quality stay, and lots of great restaurants nearby that are also remarkably inexpensive compared to what we used to in Los Angeles. Miles at the front desk was particularly helpful, and he really deserves a raise. My experience here has left me singing the praises of both this hotel and Lincoln in general.

Upon entering, there was a seal put on the door My remote was placed in a plastic bag (liner bags used for ice buckets), but there was visible stains (possibly splash of coffee with cream?), so I decided to wipe it down. The alcohol pads were FILTHY. On the plus side, there is plenty of sanitizing stations placed through the hotel. Hot breakfast was available for $6.95, and is basically a buffet but the staff serves it for you. Service was excellent, and there were tables reserved for social distancing purposes. Unfortunately I think that guests moved these "reserved for social distancing" signs for their own convenience, and a maskless family of four ended up sitting directly next to me, which made me uneasy. I am here on business that requires a 15ft cargo van that would not fit in the garage. The front desk was knowledgeable enough to know the closest parking lot that could accommodate large vehicles. I was very appreciative as I searched for awhile before calling the front desk. It was 2-3 block walk, but it's better than parking in the 2-hr street parking!

It was also nice because we were able to bring two of our pups with us to stay for the night. There was a small fee, but it wasn't crazy. It did seem unclear on the "amenities" for the dogs because it was made to sound like they had dog beds and water bowls there, but they're for purchase. Thankfully we had brought our own just in case. The room was a little off center, so that was a little annoying but everything else was fine. We didn't hear anyone else during our stay but had seen people on our floor so we knew they were at least there.

Did I mention they're dog friendly?! For $75 more--2 dogs max. The front desk and lobby decor was seriously cute, I think the space behind the front desk was my favorite. They have a little coffee shop and cafe in the lobby and a restaurant and bar off the lobby. We've been to the bar after a Husker game and it was great! I'd recommend going even if you don't stay at the Graduate. Check in was simple but I had to go back down for a little flag to indicate dogs were in the room. They don't provide any pet supplies, but they sell bowls for $25 and have some other pet things. The room was very cute and I loved the vibes and the view. The bathroom icked me out a bit, it was old looking and didn't look shiny and clean. It was also super small! The coffee set up was just packets of instant coffee and paper cups. I went to a conference here (the reason for staying), and it was set up really nicely, there were no complaints there. I think for the price ($266 total for one night), it's a poor value for what you get, but if you don't mind overpaying for a good location this is your place.

Upon arrival, I was greeted right away, and the check-in process was seamless. The lady who helped me was super nice and even recommended restaurants that were good within walking distance. She had explained to me that parking was located at the parking garage next door and was $12. We got to our room, and we were blown away with how clean and modern the room was. It can definitely fit more than 2 people. The overall flow of the room just flowed perfectly. I liked that they had the towels in the shower, which made it easy for when taking a shower. The bed was nice and comfy. I liked that they provided ear plugs, I'm guessing for loud neighbors or when it's loud outside because of events or games. They also provide complimentary breakfast, which we didn't get to try. I highly recommend this place and wouldn't mind staying here again.

The sheets were ill-fitting and scratchy, so we did not have a good night's sleep. It is a very noisy location with poorly insulated walls (downtown in a big city, what do you expect) so just be prepared for that. However, the front staff was so accommodating and friendly, both when we checked in and out. Breakfast was delicious - there were lots of options and the food was hot and tasty. We probably won't stay here again because it's not peaceful or quiet, and it's slightly expensive. But it was fine for just one night and we did like that it was walking distance from the farmers market.
