    I can highly recommend this Lamps Plus. Besides the lighting fixtures you would expect to find here the store carries decorative items and furniture. I received excellent Customer Service from Dannelle and her Manager Alex. Both of them are friendly, effective, and professional. I ran into some issues (not caused by them) with my order and both of them bent over backwards to quickly resolve them. Ask for Dannelle, if she treats you as well as she treated me you will be very happy.

    Yay! Walked right in, found what I was looking for, got waited on right away and was on my way in just a few minutes! Great prices. Lots and lots of inventory to choose from. Very nice and super helpful staff. A picture kept popping up on my Facebook page with a set of lamps I liked, so I went to the local LP to see if they had them. They did and they were very reasonably priced, so 30 minutes later, my living room makeover has begun!

The place have been beautifully updated with modern designs; clean lines, soft textures, and pieces that feels both stylish and confortable. That specific day offers reopening discounts, which makes it a nice time to browse if you've been thinking about updating your space. They were offering $500 off coupons on any purchase. It didn't feel overwhelming or overly busy. Just a viby uplifiting day, with music on, lots of snacks at every corner while you browse. They had vendors and raffles to complete the environment; Noc Box Coffee, Partied by Ana and Bubbles & Blooms were there. They were all welcoming and making sure you enjoyed your stay. They make sure you grab your goodies and any extra info that you needed. NOC BOX COFFEE :: They served the best and premium coffee that I've ever tasted. And it's from a tiny cart. They don't have a specific location. They only do catering and sometime pop up events. If you ever seen them or have a chance to grab their coffee, DO IT! It's so good! I had the Hazelnut Hug and it was bomb! The chocolate taste like premium chocolate. It doesn't taste artificial at all. The chocolate just melts and mix in well with the bitter coffee. Their sweet cold foam is perfectly sweetend; not too sweet. RATE : 5/5 PARTIED BY ANA :: They have the cutest and the most delightful treats ever. They brought mangonada ice cream and churros. Nothing special here. It just taste like another other place. They pefrectly portioned it out and decorate it. RATE : 5/5 BUBBLES & BLOOMS :: What a cute little floral cart. They had the most freshest flowers on hand. They helped you picked out your flowers, up to 5 flowers and maybe 2 sides greens. RATE: 5/5 OVERALL : What a lovely grand reopening event.     If I could give zero stars, I would. We were happy to…read morequickly find what we needed. However, that happiness has turned to anger and frustration. We were to have delivery on Wednesday, but received no message or delivery. Called, had to go through an automated system (unpleasant) and finally managed to talk to a human. He said it was moved to another day. Not good customer service in any way. We'd set aside time to wait for this. Also, he said it was a warehouse issue when it was not - our items were floor models. Why the wait? I surely hope those items were stored for safekeeping and not left out for damage. This is not what we paid for. It was rescheduled for Saturday, but again, no notification. Again, call to a call center (long wait) and he's telling me other days for delivery. NO, we've now waited two different days, and we're not waiting again for it to possibly not show up. We paid in full, and this is what we get?! Waited on hold for a refund, and the emails that finally came through say 5-7 business days for refund, then additional 1-2 business days for it to process back to my payment. Funny how you took my money instantly! STAY AWAY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE! They are not the same as they used to be.

Furniture city would be top on our list for purchasing furniture. They have 3 different stores within walking distance that has a variety from basic to luxury furniture. So basically they will mostly find what you need within your standards and budget. And most furniture are customizable. We had a pleasure to meet the owner Sayid who helped us find the right and best furniture for us. He was great to work with. He was very patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. He was able to help us find we were shopping for and we are very happy with our items. Their staff are very friendly and approachable. Especially Ulysses, Adam and Mohammed. We have purchased from their stores twice and each time was a great experience. Delivery was within the stated estimated time frame. Which is much appreciated. Delivery employees were also great on both deliveries. They were friendly and careful with our furnitures and did a fast set up. Overall we are very pleased with Furniture City because of their friendly customer service, on time delivery and beautiful furnitures. We highly recommend this furniture store. We have been waiting nearly 2 months for it to be fixed. We have called multiple times and had one repair person out but he couldn't fix the item because the repair ticket said it was a sofa, not a love seat. interestingly we didn't purchase a power sofa, only a power love seat, so not sure how they got that wrong - our paperwork shows the items and coverage purchased. Lazy Boy (or their service vendor - not sure who) sent repair parts to us (didn't tell us they were doing so) and then despite us letting them know we have the parts a week ago, still have not scheduled anyone to come fix the love seat. We have called the store multiple times and been told that they are sending email to the service company to schedule the repair but there isn't anything else they can do because they are not responsible for service. I reminded them that they sold the warranty and are responsible for offering their customers reliable service if they are the ones selling the service contract. They were certainly happy to take our money for the service contract. I understand that they cannot directly come make the repair, but they could certainly lean on the service company to follow up. We have only been able to use the love seat power options for 6 weeks of the 4 months we have owned it. Currently using a dirt bike stand covered with a towel for a foot rest. Not quite the Lazy Boy experience we paid for. Completely unacceptable handling of this issue. This is not our first Lazy Boy Fresno purchase but it will probably be our last because of the quality and service issues.
