We came back when we noticed more, they were removed and turned out to be breast cancer. Dr. Pautler then coldly told us it would be best to just put her down. We've moved all of our cats to a better vet since then. I don't know if they've just stopped caring or what, but I would highly suggest you not take your pets here.

Since he came back he treated both of my cats with expertise and compassion and his diagnosis and treatments were spot on. While most vets try to push expensive testing he was honest with treatment options keeping our budget in mind. Since his return I have found that he isn't quite as hands on as in the past, with his assistants handling situations and doing things he used to do himself. The wait till you're seen also seems lengthier than in the past. But overall we have been very pleased with his services. Recently we had to put our older cat down. We've had her almost two decades and my husband was very upset with the outcome. I admit I was hurt when two weeks later we still didn't receive a sympathy card, which was standard procedure in the past. I was even more hurt when I called to inquire and was told that they didn't put "any animals down" recently, only they did, mine, and I needed to remind them of that. After my call they did send my husband a card which he appreciated but I felt that I shouldn't of had to prompt something they should have done on their own. I'm brushing it off as just an oversight on their end. With that being said the whole experience was very emotional for all of us, my husband mostly, as he was the one at that final appointment. He was undecided on what to do with her remains and they were compassionate and worked with him through that decision. Since we don't plan on getting another animal we probably won't be back. My extended family's pets are still patients, leaving their temporary vet practices when the doctor came back to town. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr Shah or his staff, or any practice he's a part of, to anyone seeking a reputable, knowledgeable, and sincere veterinarian.

I literally left the appointment with knowing nothing more about this cat than when I came in. for the best interest of your pets, I'd go to a different vet. I've been a life-long pet owner and this was by far the most disappointing appointment I've had. I felt like my cat was never even seen.

I drive 50 miles and took one hour and 40 minutes of my time for this experience as an established customer for being eleven (11) minutes late with a silent office and waiting toom. There was no offer from the front desk to talk with the veterinarian in the office. I hope that the veterinary office or the veterinarian will contact me with an apology. We shall see if they do. It will be hard to come back to this office with my pets, seen there before, without hearing from them about this.

Well of course the groomer is going to charge a higher price. I feel this is false advertisement. Maybe the owner needs to set pricing and stand behind the pricing they advertise. Very disappointed.

The absolutely worst experience we've ever encountered…read more I'm here to share our experience that we had today with this vet. We scheduled our German Shepherd to establish care and had paid $65 prior to his appointment to be taken care of accordingly. Once at the veterinary the vet tech took his information and weighed him. We then waited for the veterinarian came in to what we thought exam our pooch. The vet tech mistakenly thought I told her our dog had a limp, in which he has never had one, so they confusing began to walk him around in the waiting area so check for a non-existent limp. They were told specifically that he has been licking a part of his leg every now and then, that's IT. So they walked him in circles a few times and brought him back into the room where I was waiting. After they brought him back in, they informed me that they will not be seeing him because they are a "stress free" clinic and he would have to be prescribed a medication to calm him down. (Our dog has been seen his entire life of two years without any medication). Then my spouse called the vet as I was waiting to ask why they couldn't see him without any medication and when told they wouldn't without medication, we asked for our refund, considering they did nothing other than walking him in circles to check for something that was absolutely never said. After talking on the phone with my wife, the manager rudely came into the room and said "you need to get out now" because they were asked for a refund and we were appalled that none was given. I'll note that their recorded calls did NOT disclose of such non-refundable deposit. We were totally shocked they would not refund our money since they told us to leave and were done with our dog because we didn't want him taking any medication to make him drowsy. Upon walking out, the same manager was arrogant and said "Thanks for your business". I can't speak for any of the other reviews, or experience as this was our only one, but I would think twice about bringing any animal here for the mere fact that they are the most unprofessional establishment I've ever encountered. 10 minutes after this, we take our dog to the local groomers where she cute his nails WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS OR MEDICATION. We were not told that they had a "stress free" clinic and for a business to practically steal $65 for absolutely NO care is ridiculous. It should be discussed prior to deposit if customer is okay for their dog to take that type of medication, and if not then don't take someone's deposit. Thanks for stealing $65 for nothing. The new management couldn't manage themselves out of a wet paper sack. "Thanks for your business
