He nods me off, gets out of my car walked across the shop to grab pliers. When he got back to my car, I advised again he did not need pliers and that he just needed to pull harder. He recommended I go wait in the waiting room and without thinking I comply. I wait for probably 25 minutes. Today, 5/19/26 I go to open my hood and the clip you pull is broken as well as the cover. This car had been in the shop since 12/25 with neither of those parts damaged and got out the shop straight to get an inspection. I went to the shop to ask what happened and why the pliers had been used after I advised them not to and most importantly, if my vehicle was damaged, why wasn't I made aware. The "manager" advised I would have to meet him in the middle on solutions, I advised I shouldn't have to compromise, this should be fixed without penalty to me. After about 15 minutes of going back and forth he advised the area manager was out of town and is expected to return 5/22 and I'd have to wait for him. I then advised there had to be someone either below or above him to solve this issue now and he threatened to call the police. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANYTHING!!! I also think he disconnected hoses under my hood as I now have a gas smell coming from my hood and this car has had almost everything replaced on it from a licensed infiniti mechanic. From previous reviews this seems to be something they do regularly. I also will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau once they add them there!

I literally drive off and steering wheel immediately dropped to the right about half way. It was insane cause I have never seen that before. Turned around and he looked at it again. Told me it was ready and it didn't stop all the way to the right but it still had a bad pull but steering was better centered. Took it back immediately. He looked at it again and handed me my keys and NOPE still wasn't centered at all. I asked for a refund and the said they couldn't do it cause I paid with card and the manager wasn't there to authorize the refund. I told that clown if you can't do an alignment on a certain car then just say that and save me the money and trouble and yourself from looking like a fool that don't know what he's doin. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! Even with state inspections. If they know your cat won't pass based on tint or lights and they notice it they'll still default you and charge you anyways. Again AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!

I personally think he was overwhelmed and rather than saying "Hi Ma'am i would love to look into that for you however we're a bit busy at the moment could you may come back at .... when i can check that out." Customer service matters, and i won't be back. Got VIP treatment at Valvoline Express Care off Hampton if you like to get in and out and have great customer service check them out.

Ok so I go up to "Lancaster Tire " looking to get a engine flush and oil change that was…read morerecommended by "E" the so called manager of this establishment as he recommended this work be done a week prior as I was there getting a slow leak repaired on one of my tires. He told me to bring my own engine flush because they didn't sell the flush there. So I come in for my engine flus and oil change and I'm there just 15 min. before shop opened and there was "E" about to open the store..O he already has a attitude about working on Saturday. I say how are this morning good man..he replied I was ok till I seen you in that dam Caddilac...um like what did I do to deserve that bro. He then says I ain't even trying to be here for nobody today. So after waiting 15 more min for him to get his day started he pulls in my vehicle and starts the oil change as I told him before I would bring my own bottle of engine flush that I did leave on the drivers seat so that he wouldn't miss seeing it. I wait another 45 min as he and a few other workers clown around and drag their feet ..then finally I get my car pulled out of the garage and "E" tells me I'm all done..I say did you put the engine flush in the motor before changing the oil? He replies yes I did. So I pay for my service and paid extra for the flush..then when I get a mile down the road I noticed my engine light came on and I began to smell oil so I pulled over and lifted my hood only to find my oil cap on to of my radiator so I put the oil cap back on the valve cover where it belonged. When I get back in my vehicle I noticed the from under my seat slid the bottle of engine flush that I asked "E" to use during the required service I paid him for. Hmmm so I then check my oil and I pull my dip stick only to find out that my oil was dirty and was a quart lower than when I first pulled into the shop. I must say totally confused and furious to learn that not only did they change my oil nor flush the engine, But somewhere down the line I lost a whole quart of oil ! No I have been going to Lancaster tire and auto for no I have been going to Lancastor tire and oil for several years but at that point several years, But to have this happen who is truly all unacceptable..I then went down the street to Kwick Kar & Lube On Pleasant Run across fro Jack in the Box and have been going there every since.

Honest, Reliable, and Great Service…read more I read the reviews before coming in, and many of them seemed to be more about personality or communication issues than the actual work. So I decided to give this auto service center a try for myself, and I'm glad I did. The owner met with me personally. I explained my concerns and the parts I wanted replaced--specifically the battery and alternator. We agreed on a price, and I went on with my day. A few hours later, he called to let me know the battery had been replaced, but the alternator was actually in good working order. He walked me through the test he ran to verify it and made it clear he didn't want me paying for work that wasn't needed. I really appreciated the honesty, so I asked for an additional service: a radiator flush. He said no problem, and the truck was ready a little over an hour later. About 5:30 we called again and the vehicle hadn't started service yet. We hadn't heard from them by 7pm (closing time) so we just figured we'd get the vehicle the next day.
