They seem to be always knowledgable of their products and very clear on explaining everything to you... After going to their competition and looking for a part. I was never able to find it and they seemed to be lost and confuse on what I was needing. This was even with me showing them the old part! What really put the icing on the cake was that my company has a corporate discount that I can use when I purchase certain items which gives me even more savings. Now you can't beat that! She informed him I needed my brake bulb changed. 2) He mentioned to me that he could replace it for me if he was able to reach it. 3. In the midst of checking to see if he could reach it to change it, he laughed at himself because he initially thought it needed two bulbs, but it turns out that it was just a reflection. (It's always good to laugh at yourself) 4. While he was assisting me, he could tell that someone in the parking lot was doing something wrong to their car just by the sound of it. As I was leaving, I saw that he went over to assist them as well. Note: A few minutes prior to my stop here I first went to O'Reily down the street. There were two guys that were only willing to sell me the part and stated they COULD NOT help me replace the bulb and they DID NOT attempt to do so either.
