So I decided to give this auto service center a try for myself, and I'm glad I did. The owner met with me personally. I explained my concerns and the parts I wanted replaced--specifically the battery and alternator. We agreed on a price, and I went on with my day. A few hours later, he called to let me know the battery had been replaced, but the alternator was actually in good working order. He walked me through the test he ran to verify it and made it clear he didn't want me paying for work that wasn't needed. I really appreciated the honesty, so I asked for an additional service: a radiator flush. He said no problem, and the truck was ready a little over an hour later. Overall, the experience was straightforward, honest, and efficient. I'll definitely be returning.

But that has to end because of my current experience with them. I take my car like clockwork every three months. But on the last couple of time, I noticed that my oil change light was coming on sooner than it should. My fiancé was having the same experience. We decided to have it checked out by a third party mechanic and they informed us that the oil cap had been put on to tight for both vehicles. When I called National Quick Lube they informed me that the car was leaking oil before that and did not tell me this was happening. I am not understanding how that could be for both vehicles when we never had an issue before this last oil change. And that seems to be a bit coincidental that both vehicles would have the same issue after coming to your shop. I was a loyal customer, but no more.

After taxes, optional hazard protection and fees a we paid $350. Not bad! * Service: We arrived just before 8am on a Saturday to purchase 2 tires. We were informed the vehicle would be ready around 2pm. Around 3:30 we called and were told the vehicle wasn't even in the bay yet but it should be ready shortly and they would call. About 5:30 we called again and the vehicle hadn't started service yet. We hadn't heard from them by 7pm (closing time) so we just figured we'd get the vehicle the next day. Around 8:15pm we received a call from a very nice gentleman " J" asking "are you coming to get your vehicle today?" We responded "we were waiting on a call stating the vehicle was ready." He told me to bring my own engine flush because they didn't sell the flush there. So I come in for my engine flus and oil change and I'm there just 15 min. before shop opened and there was "E" about to open the store..O he already has a attitude about working on Saturday. I say how are this morning good man..he replied I was ok till I seen you in that dam Caddilac...um like what did I do to deserve that bro. He then says I ain't even trying to be here for nobody today. So after waiting 15 more min for him to get his day started he pulls in my vehicle and starts the oil change as I told him before I would bring my own bottle of engine flush that I did leave on the drivers seat so that he wouldn't miss seeing it. I wait another 45 min as he and a few other workers clown around and drag their feet ..then finally I get my car pulled out of the garage and "E" tells me I'm all done..I say did you put the engine flush in the motor before changing the oil? He replies yes I did. So I pay for my service and paid extra for the flush..then when I get a mile down the road I noticed my engine light came on and I began to smell oil so I pulled over and lifted my hood only to find my oil cap on to of my radiator so I put the oil cap back on the valve cover where it belonged. When I get back in my vehicle I noticed the from under my seat slid the bottle of engine flush that I asked "E" to use during the required service I paid him for. Hmmm so I then check my oil and I pull my dip stick only to find out that my oil was dirty and was a quart lower than when I first pulled into the shop. I must say totally confused and furious to learn that not only did they change my oil nor flush the engine, But somewhere down the line I lost a whole quart of oil !
