Went 5/17/26 for an inspection. The tech had a hard time opening my hood and I advised that he just needed to pull harder than most cars. He nods me off, gets out of my car walked across the shop to grab pliers. When he got back to my car, I advised again he did not need pliers and that he just needed to pull harder. He recommended I go wait in the waiting room and without thinking I comply. I wait for probably 25 minutes. Today, 5/19/26 I go to open my hood and the clip you pull is broken as well as the cover. This car had been in the shop since 12/25 with neither of those parts damaged and got out the shop straight to get an inspection. I went to the shop to ask what happened and why the pliers had been used after I advised them not to and most importantly, if my vehicle was damaged, why wasn't I made aware. The "manager" advised I would have to meet him in the middle on solutions, I advised I shouldn't have to compromise, this should be fixed without penalty to me. After about 15 minutes of going back and forth he advised the area manager was out of town and is expected to return 5/22 and I'd have to wait for him. I then advised there had to be someone either below or above him to solve this issue now and he threatened to call the police. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANYTHING!!! I also think he disconnected hoses under my hood as I now have a gas smell coming from my hood and this car has had almost everything replaced on it from a licensed infiniti mechanic. Went to get a alignment on a 2001 Mercury Grand Marquis. A older car so it should be simpler than newer cars cause everything is basic mechanics. Nope!! I literally drive off and steering wheel immediately dropped to the right about half way. It was insane cause I have never seen that before. Turned around and he looked at it again. Told me it was ready and it didn't stop all the way to the right but it still had a bad pull but steering was better centered. Took it back immediately. He looked at it again and handed me my keys and NOPE still wasn't centered at all. I asked for a refund and the said they couldn't do it cause I paid with card and the manager wasn't there to authorize the refund. I told that clown if you can't do an alignment on a certain car then just say that and save me the money and trouble and yourself from looking like a fool that don't know what he's doin. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!! Even with state inspections. If they know your cat won't pass based on tint or lights and they notice it they'll still default you and charge you anyways. the services was bad, I came for font brakes and I think the kid that was outside standing by my car did something to it, he hit the VDC lights so my car wouldn't drive it was going very slow so I had to leave it there. They were closing so I had to wait until the next day. so he calls me that morning to tell me I also needed back brakes. ok so when I got there I paid again for the back brakes. so I get in my car and the brake light and VDC lights were flashing, and my car would bare move. so then he tells me I have an electrical problem or I need an alternator. The car is new and the blades worked fine and did not have any cracks in them. They failed it saying that the car needed new wiper blades. Next they wanted to check my air filter. The rating s/b a -100. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!! I took my Toyota in on August 19th for a oil change. I arrived at location at about 8:15am. Had to wait until 9:00am before they got to my car. Not upset about that because there were 2 other ladies ahead of me. I s/h left when one of the ladies original request was for the $19.00 oil change and the echanic (I can't even call them mechanics) told her that he KNEW she would want the $35.00 oil change because of the size of her car. She told him ok, but if her husband was not satisfied he would be back. SO they proceeded to work on my car. 30 minutes alter they took my car into the shop, they came and got me and took me into the shop to see where the oil was all over the shop floor. They said that a part broke and it would be until 3pm that day before the part would be delivered from dealer and the BK Patel offered for me to drive his car. What the HELL. I told him NO and that this was unacceptable. I had to call and wake up my 91 year old dad to come and pick me up. Now it is 3:30 that same day, and I still have not heard from them, so I called and they were very rude on the phone; "Come and get your car!!!" I am thinking that I will not be charged for the oil change due to their error. NO that BK Patel told me that I should be lucky he is not charging me for the part they had to replace, besides "I have to pay for the oil that was put in my car. " Now mind you, my tire light was on when I drove the car into the shop at 8 am. When I got in the car at 3:30m the tire pressure light was still on. I immediately got of car and asked why wasn't the tire pressure in my tires fixed. BK Patel and his Mexican employee ganged up on me and basically "threw me out of the shop". My 91 year old, who had to drive me up there to pick up my car was in the process of getting out of his car to see why they were so nasty to me, I stopped him doing so, because of his heart problems. So we left. Fast forward to the Friday August 25th, just the next week, on my way to work in Irving, I got to Belt Line and I-30 and the oil can light came on. I called my brother and he told me to immediately stop driving the car. I pulled into the QT at this location and oil ran out my car all onto the next parking spot. My brother told me to buy 2 quarts of oil and put in the car and then go on to work. I did this, but as I was putting the oil into the car, with the aid of a young black man, he told me that the oil was just running straight out of car again. Called brother and he had to leave his job in Frisco and come to my rescue. We had the vehicle towed to Irving Toyota, where I purchased the vehicle. They put a new oil pan and filter in car - no charge. I got the vehicle Saturday and my brother went back to oil place and this BK Patel proceeded to put his hands on my brother telling him that I - a 65 year old women - got under the car and removed the plug. My brother called the police and then BK Patel gave him the $35.00 back. When my brother asked for the $8.00 for the oil that I bought he walked away and told my brother to get out of his shop in such a nasty tone that the 911 operator immediately said (because my brother left his phone connected to 911 operator and was on speaker phone) she was dispatching the police to the location due to BK Patel negative reaction, Once BK Patel heard this, he immediately refunded the $8. I went to this place about 3 1/2 months ago, the service was alright. I originally went in for an oil change and while the mechanic was looking at my car he said that a part would also need to be replaced. I didn't really think anything of it, my car is a 2007 and approaching 100,000 miles; undoubtedly parts will need to be replaced sometimes. I left my cell phone number with the mechanic and went home to wait for them to call and say my car was ready to be picked up. Up until this point everyone seemed friendly and professional. The mechanic there, Nick Milete, called and said my car was ready. Maybe two hours later I got a text from him asking me out and saying I seemed like a really nice person. Extremely unprofessional. I gave my personal cell phone number without even considering that this would happen so that I could be contacted about my car and as a bonus it was also used for personal use. I did not flirt with this man or do anything to make him think that I would be interested in him to warrant this. I can never go back to this place strictly for this reason. I never want to be in that sort of situation again. I dropped it and didn't say anything about it until now, just moved on with my life, and then last night I got a friend request on facebook from Nick. I didn't respond to the text I got months ago or did anything to make this okay behavior and honestly it really creeped me out.
