I just bought my first home and hired Lancaster to paint all interior walls. When I initially called them for a quote, I only wanted to paint the walls of the 3 bedrooms (I have a 3bed/2bath house). They me know it would be about 2 to 3 weeks before the job would be able to be completed. When Heriberto came out to actually do the quote and I let him know that I was looking for the paint job to happen sooner, he let me know that he would talk to his supervisor to see if there was any chance that it could happen sooner. I had gotten a quote from another local guy and Heriberto actually followed up with me to see how the other quote went. During that conversation, I realized I wanted the whole house interior painted (meaning all the interior walls) rather than just the three bedrooms. Heriberto came out the very next day and gave me another quote for the whole interior. He also let me know that they would be able to come out the following week to do the job rather than having to wait two or three weeks. I was pleasantly surprised by this and ended up going with Lancaster to do the job due to their reputation, professionalism, and warranty. It got even better because on the day when I let them know that I was going to go with them they let me know that they might be able to come out that same week rather than having to wait until the next week. By the time I dropped off the deposit the next day, I got confirmation that the paint job would happen the two days following. Essentially from the initial quote to the finishing of the job was only a 6 day period. Heriberto came out Monday June 15th for the first quote & came out again Wednesday the 17th for the second quote, I dropped off the deposit Thursday the 18th, and the paint job started Friday the 19th and was completed Saturday the 20th. It was perfect! The walls look incredible, and I am so happy I went with Lancaster. If you ever want a quote from them, make sure you ask for Heriberto. I did not give five because it took awhile to get a call back from someone on a quote, we attempted two calls and I did the yelp questionnaire and it seems after the yelp questionnaire was completed they called. So maybe that is the better route to get into contact with them. However when Chris arrived prompt the next day he did a thorough measurement of each room and provided a quote upon him leaving. They were able to schedule my moms house being painted the next week, quoted at 4 days, they started and finished EXACTLY in the time quoted. Lancaster just finished their second job for me. a few years ago, they painted the interior of my house and just recently they completed a concrete coating on my garage floor. they turned my ugly , cracked and stained concrete floor into a new gorgeous floor. We had our entire exterior as well as all of our fencing painted in early September, and it was an excellent experience from start to end. The initial inspection prepared us well, so we were able to insure there were no delays due to overgrown bushes, sheds, etc. During the painting themselves, either the project or crew supervisor always checked in with us, and they worked quickly and efficiently. Perhaps the best part of all was although we didn't see any issues during the final inspection, we found a handful of minor flaws (missed trim on our porch, a hidden section of fence not painted), the project leader came back when we called the next week and quickly addressed these (very understandable) oversights. The paint was a bit bright at first, but three months later, the house looks great, having that "just painted" sharp and clean appearance (and the bit of extra bright shine on the color has faded to a beautiful color). read more

If you want the most awful, horrible paint job ever then hire this company. When I called the company for them to come and repair all of their errors they sent their worthless employee Jeff. When he walked in I said look up at the ceiling and tell me what's wrong with it. He said he didn't see anything wrong. I asked him if he didn't see all of the brown coming through the white beams. He replied that was due to the paint sinking into the beams through the spray. I asked him if he knew what a paintbrush was. That's when he started to get angry. I told him you're supposed to brush it out after you spray even I know that fact. If they primed and painted it with 2 coats, then brushed it out you wouldn't see any brown at all. I then took him over to one of the numerous drips that were all over my walls. He said oh that wasn't a drip it's a slur. I said well you've left lots and lots of slurs (drips) all over my walls. Then I asked why they painted over every flaw on my walls including holes, marks left by curtain rods, and bumps that should have been taken care of. He replied "Oh you only paid for our tier 1 paint job. So they came in, didn't prep anything then just sprayed over anything and everything. I said you're definitely NOT professional painters by any means of the imagination. I told him I wanted his manager to call me. Well, it's been 2 weeks now and I haven't heard a word from any manager. So their so-called warranty is totally worthless as is this company! I would have given them 0 stars but it's not an option. read more

We had our kitchen painted and were very unhappy with how it turned out. They did the first coat and waited about 20 minutes to put the 2nd coat on, which basically ended up being another first coat because the paint was still wet. They did a terrible job where the paint meets the cabinets. Paint on lamp fixtures, paint on windows and frames, paint on roman shades and the pull, paint on ceiling, pooled paint in several corners, paint on the wall registers, missed spots. I sent them pictures and they came out and put another coat on the kitchen and cleaned what they could but there are still areas that don't look like they were done by a professional. We also had the exterior of the house cleaned and they did a wonderful job. The only issue we had with the exterior was overspray on the patio which they tried to remove but were unsuccessful. I would give zero stars for the kitchen and four for the exterior. read more

I needed to have some painting done in the interior of my home so I called Lancaster. It's hard to even find the words to express how extremely disappointed I am with their service. As you can see in the pictures, they left paint all over my banister, my window frame, and they even got paint on my ceiling. They also left unpainted areas because they said that their brushes wouldn't fit. I pulled out a sponge brush and showed them how to finish the job. When they left, I had to call them back because of the paint all over the place. They were so rude! I tried to contact them several times after that to get them to come fix the paint on my ceiling and they wouldn't respond. When I finally did contact them they had the nerve to ask me why I waited so long if it was such an emergency. They refused to fix my ceiling to my satisfaction. They said they would not repaint my ceiling for a little bit of paint. They acted as though they were doing me a favor by coming back out to fix up their sloppy work. I will never recommend this company to anyone! Such a sloppy unprofessional company! Do not hire them to paint or you will have to do the touchups yourself. In January Lancaster paining was called out to a house that I purchased to do some ceiling repair work and painting of the ceiling. I've been calling them once a week for three months straight trying to get them to come out to fix the issue. Unfortunately I've been put in the position to where I have to sue the selling party because Lancaster painting refuses to come and fix the repairs. I literally call Lancaster painting once a week every week ever since January 2021. Lancaster Painting just completed our exterior and interior painting! We started with Stephanie scheduling Toby to walk the house and provide us a detailed quote and options. Stephanie stayed in communication nicely. Both Toby and Stephanie also came by the projects to check in. Project 1-exterior... Kurt, Brock, Jeffrey and Steven did a great job. They filled the cracks in the stucco and left the outside looking AMAZiING! They resealed the gutters that needed small repairs too. We choose to paint the front door a bright blue and I LOVE it! Project 2-interior... Kurt, Julian and Camilo also did a great job! They were very accommodating keeping us posted on what was to happen next so we could move internal rooms around.
