You have the option of taking a photo of the item(s) you are planning to get rid of. The day of the appointment, I messaged Fred to ask him if he needed me to be awake for the pickup. I had just worked a 12 hour shift the previous night and was exhausted. He replied very quickly to my text. He was prompt in his reply, friendly and he assured me he would take care of it and be as quiet as possible. I thanked him and arranged payment.
