On a side note, when the surveyors showed up, unannounced, they told me they didn't have the equipment with them to do the job???? They said they would be back next day. 8 days later the site was revisited, no courtesy phone calls again. I could go on and on but do yourself a favor and find a different company to deal with. They may or may not be any better, but with Archer your outcome is almost certain to be far worse.
