I came from CA to visit family & explore the city and stopped by here after my flight since it was close to where fam lived. And man. This place while there is a ton of options inside (at least in my opinion compared to CA delis lol) it's not it. Like yes there is baklava, random sodas and chip brands I personally have not seen on the west coast which is cool but this ain't it. The service is non existent and rude. Not even a hello when u enter and leave? Guess this is the diff between the east and the west coast lol. Also the sandwich was lacking big time. I got a maple turkey sandwich on a hero and wtf it lacked seasoning and condiments. There wasn't enough mayo, the bread quality was gross, the bread was NOT fresh and the sandwich itself didn't have much inside smh. It's way too expensive for the low quality you're getting. I've been coming here since it's located around the corner from my friends place. I will say this, the folks behind the counter are not that friendly. They're not rude but it just feels like they don't care if you're coming in or not. They do have a ton of items available for purchase including a full deli. Store is well organized and kept up. The problem I'm having is the prices are extremely Inflated. I feel like you're taking advantage of people with a stop n shop right across the street. Of course I wouldn't write such a thing if I didn't give you a few examples. Your Logic Pro refills are priced higher than other locations on Staten Island. You're almost at $10 dollars versus $8 else where. Case of evian water over $20 when you can get it for $16. You don't take manufactures coupons which is not right since you're selling the companies products. I understand it's up to the owner discretion but it's disappointing. Your Starbuck iced coffee cold brews are at $3.99 for a bottle. Target is selling them at $2.99 I understand when you're smaller sometimes you have to make a profit but I feel all of your prices on the items I purchase are out of line. To put this to the test I purposely did all of my grocery shopping here. I walked out paying $125 dollars for items when I could have paid much less somewhere else. Maybe if the employees were friendly, I wouldn't mind coming in when I need things in a pinch. However, after today, I don't think I'll be stopping in any more. So you understand, this has been building up since the first day I've walked in to your location. This didn't happen from one day to the next. All these reviews are talking about the personalities at the deli. Its a deli in staten island not a 5 star restaurant in manhattan relax. The deli has a good deli section, makes amazing and inexpensive breakfast sandwiches. Has a decent produce section, beer, candy, chips etc. when I need something last minute I come here. read more

Absolutely the worst store on Staten Island! The store is filthy, the produce is old and I even witnessed them use bread from the floor for a customer's order. The workers are incompetent and can't even get a single simple order right. The management is nasty, they get in their face the second you complain about anything. I even saw them once assault a teenager for complaining. The food is sub-par at best their egg and cheese is cold as it comes off the grill, their deli salads look as though they have been out for a month and their cold cuts look weeks beyond their expiration dates. The cashier is slow and never at her station often making customers wait long periods of time before returning to ring them up. The dairy cooler is often out of order and rather than placing the perishable items in a different fridge they leave them there to spoil. And will even sell them to unsuspecting customers. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! It's only a matter of time before someone get hospitalized for either the bad food or being physically assaulted. I honestly want to give them less than a star because I think 1star is above their standards but Yelp doesn't allow it. read more

My first visit.. I wanted some deli food. I came across it this place as their isn't anything near by.. the service was perfect! They knew how to read the customer line.. as we all were looking & they made me a sandwich which was great also! A lot of meat & put on all their other things perfectly! Very rude Clerk at deli I was in the midst of placing an order and he started taking the order of another customer. I ordered a sandwich and wanted the bread toasted he said not possible (it was a mere roll that I would of pay for to have it toasted) not accommodating at all. They wear head pieces to communicate what I had put on the counter to pay the Deli guy and the front counter guy were checking off what I was paying for. I guess that because of my ethencity they thought I was going to steal the cold cuts, sandwiches and chicken cutlets I ordered. I felt descriminated and looked down upon. I'm writing this review because I have seen the decline in this establishment. I purchased a grilled chicken Caesar salad and noticed a sour smell coming from the salad after I opened it and also the chicken had a slime like substance on top. I came in the next day early to get coffee and noticed same food out from day before. They reuse the food from day before but they do not store it away for the night.
