If I can give zero stars, I will give zero stars because this place doesn't even deserve one star every time I come here there's always an issue. The cashier at the front desk. She's nasty. She gives me an attitude every time she sees me I believe she doesn't like Black people. There could be some type of racism going on. They have poor communication skills. They have horrible customer service they speak to anybody black disgusting they look at us in a nasty way they don't try to communicate on a reasonable level. My sandwich was wrong and she was arguing with me that I was the one placed the order wrong instead of just complying and giving great customer service and fixing my sandwich, which usual food service providers do... fix What's the issue that's wrong for the customer !!!! other than that the food is good !!! but the customer service and the people that worked there are horrible !!!!!!!! management should re train their staff on how to give good customer service. read more

The sandwiches are decent from what I've had. However, they're WAY overpriced and I always feel like I'm bothering the cashiers. Sorry for making you do your job??? There's one kid that was on his phone and vaping IN the store. When I went up to the counter I had to distinctly get his attention and say hi can I pay for this? Parking is easy and they have everything you need, however it's unfairly priced. It's double the market price. I compared the prices with the market prices for items and they double the prices which is unfair. I wouldn't come here to shop again. I feel like I was scammed. read more

This place has character AND high quality fresh food. I had a breakfast sandwich there yesterday and it was bigger than I expected, hot, made with real eggs and freshly cooked bacon. I bought Yesterday's lunch there at the same time! Breakfast and lunch of good food for $20!! Added bonus, the staff knows each other well enough to make the morning fun.... this morning I went in again and they remembered me!! I don't know where to start but I guess we can start with the employees that are cooking have no hats or hair nets on. One of the employees that cooks in the back came from outside, smoking a cigarette and did not wash his hands and begin to cook. We can also talk about the skimpy overprice sandwiches that they provide. I recently went and got two drinks a bag of chips, beef patty, and a roll and got charged $28. If the food was great, I would not mind paying the price but for you to ask them to put more than three slices of meat on a sandwich that cost nine dollars is ridiculous. Then the woman at the register arguing back-and-forth with me is truly unprofessional. As well as the cold cuts that are not wrapped in plastic wrap after use. I work in the food industry and I know that's against cold violation. Someone needs to call the health department before I do. On that note have a great day. read more

I been coming here for many years it's like a local 24 hour store there always stocked never really nothing major in here the staff is cool they been there for a while now. They have lottery, fresh coffee beer milk anything you may need they have it, Fresh hot breakfast all day an night is available. Pretty close to home so it's very convenient when you need a few things at an odd hour in the night an everything else is closed. If your in a rush you can call ahead an place a order they usually are good with it except in the morning it's always a bit busy an over crowed bc of the school being a block away. I been here a few times because I really need to buy something and it is the only store open 24hours. out of the 5 times I been in here within a year or so, usually for last minute metro cards. 3 of them were bad. first time. I brought a unlimited pass and the guy gave me a prepaid one. if I remember correctly. the price were about the same so he didn't look and gave me the wrong one. which I found out when I got to the bus stop!!! I didn't bother to go back to argue in the morning when I'm in a rush. second time. my mom brought lottery and won 20something bucks. the guy didn't give her back the exact change that she won and said the rest is "tips" WTH who does that? he thinks shes dumb or something. who is he trying to kid? third time. i ORDERED by phone at 5:50am asking for 5 Heros sandwiches to bring to work due to the sandy storm there were no food in the lower Manhattan so I wanted to bring some food for my coworkers. I said ill be there in 15-20 minutes he says okay. When I got to the store it was pass 30 minutes. I don't remember see any other customer in there. guess what happened? you wouldn't believe me! HE SAID "OH ITS YOU THE ONE THAT ORDERED? ILL MAKE IT RIGHT NOW" I'm like it's been like more then 30 minutes I called because I'm in a hurry... you won't find EVERYTHING here... but there's a great selection of products, snacks, beverages and deli items that will fit your needs. out of the many bodegas and delis around the neighborhood.. CFM is the cleanest and carries produce and fresh bagels. their deli counter makes decent heros. the antipasti salad isn't worth getting... but the chicken cutlets, meatloaf and riceballs are on point. the employees are always sweet to me. i've had a few episodes where crazy things happened (ie. stalkers, ex's, etc.) and they've helped me hide from them. lol. i cannot thank them enough for their hospitality and kindness! also... a HUGE plus. you can use your credit card at this deli! w00t! read more
