But thank God it wasn't a bad experience. We've been taking our son here for almost a year because his primary care doctor is at this location. Our doctor has an assigned nurse which is one we appreciate; she already knows is and looks forward to seeing our son each time! It just makes everything a more pleasurable experience and one that's personal simply because she's warm, friendly, and very personal. I mean, he knows her or at least recognizes her from the previous appointment. So we gave this place a 4 star, nice folks, great doctor who's very informative and knowledgeable, plus they offer great customer care. The only thing is if you come early to your appointment or late to your appointment or on time, there's a minimum of a 30 minute wait before the nurse sees you.

I was very pleased they were able to get me an appointment with Dr. Caggiano within 24 hours of my request, that made me less stressed. When I first arrived I had to update my insurance which took some time but they were extremely apologetic. When Dr. Caggiano entered he had a brilliant smile and greeted me with a warm welcome. After noticing I was not his patient he did a small introduction which I appreciated. He was very helpful and insightful when explaining my symptoms and medical history. You could actually hear the concern and care in his voice and the way he paid attention to detail. It is a comfort when you find doctors who really care and they deserve some recognition because they have a job that is unimaginably demanding and draining. He sent me on my way with a Zpack and told me to call if anything else came up and to take care. He was extremely helpful and I am thankful for his attention while my physician was out. If I didn't love and trust my current doctor as much as I do I would contemplate going to Dr. Caggiano full-time but I can see why they practice together since they seem to hold the same concern and dedication! However, when…read moreI went in to see the doctor about exhaustion, my ears bugging me a bit and sinus pressure, he thought sleep apnea was the culprit. It felt as though he saw my size and assumed my weight was to blame for the symptoms. I don't snore, I don't have trouble sleeping... in that five minute visit he didn't check my ears or sinus pressure. He checked my breathing and ordered more bloodwork. I don't believe this was an intentional oversight, however if you are a plus size patient it may be best to look elsewhere. That same day I met with a different doctor and they diagnosed a sinus infection. If you are a doctor reading this, please take a moment and think about what your patients are telling you rather than going in with tunnel vision. He focused on the fatigue and saw I was overweight... I left that office in tears and I'm now looking for a new doctor.

It's really a shame what has happened to the medical community in the past several years. And Bougoulias' office is a perfect example. Long waits and short visits seem to be the order of the day across the board for family physicians and many other specialists. I guess it's time for a private doctor who is available when needed. As an example, my wife took our 16 year old daughter for an injection required for her school physical. They had an appointment but were not able to get in because they were to busy. Having an appointment is so meaningless anymore that I'd rather forgo healthcare.
