One of the first places I took her to was here. Dean Good and the staff went out of their way to get her into an excellent car the same day, exactly what she wanted at a price she could afford. The car is working perfectly. I cannot say enough good things about Good To U. I highly recommend.

The ONLY reason I inquired into your company is because you had the exact same vehicle I was currently driving and one that I loved. No worries. I took my money to a much more reputable, professional dealer and bought my car easy-peasy without ridiculous judgment. Why don't you stop selling shitty overpriced tin buckets to unsuspecting customers. You were charging $10,000 over blue book for the car I was interested in. Oh, yeah. You like screwing people over. Got it. Thank goodness I walked away from being ripped off by these scam artists. ORIGINAL POSTED 08/25: Lousy customer service. When I walked in to get information on financing a vehicle, the lady behind the counter immediately scrunched up her face when I told her my income was from Doordashing full-time. Don't waste your time unless you wanted to be treated like a second-class citizen. Highly DON'T recommend.

I rented a car for 1 day, Feb 25-26, 2021. During the reservation process, I spoke with Rich, the…read moremanager, on the phone and explained how I currently do not have a vehicle so I would have to rent a bicycle to ride 2 miles to and from the enterprise location. I had to speak with 2 different employees to confirm that I was able to leave my bicycle inside the enterprise building during my rental, and after 10 minutes of back and forth on the phone they finally agreed. This seemed fishy to me, because I remembered seeing an enterprise advertisement explaining how they can send someone to pick me up/drop me off before & after the rental. Nonetheless, I still rented a bicycle in order to rent the vehicle - my father just got out of a major surgery I and had to visit him. When I returned the vehicle, I recorded the entire altercation on my cell phone, because I suspected the manager was just lazy and didn't want to drive me. I asked the manager, Rich, if they offered this service, to which he replied that the enterprise corporation does, however he personally did not want to do it due to the global pandemic, and proceeded to accuse me of spreading the covid disease. That is extremely disrespectful, especially considering I was wearing a mask, following all covid precautions, and have been taking Uber rides locally without issue for the past 2 months. He stated that he would only drive someone if they did not have the means to get there and it was only a last resort if I couldn't make the bike ride. Mind you I have this entire thing recorded on my cell phone. On top of this, I had to fill the gas tank up only 3/4 of the way to reach the same exact level that it started at. This took 3 transactions at the gas station in an effort not to exceed the 3/4 tank, and I still ended up putting an extra $5 in there that could not be refunded. I was told my $300 deposit would be refunded, but I have not received anything, and the link to the "Support Center" in the receipt email is broken. This branch is detrimental to the small community here in Akron, go the Hertz down the street instead.

The staff at Enterprise was great. They explained the options regarding the various vehicles available and quickly processed my paperwork. My experience with Landis Rent-A-Car has been nothing but a huge headache and a disappointment…read more We booked a Chrysler Town & Country three weeks in advance for a trip to Florida for a wedding. Compared to other places, the price just couldn't be beat. Unfortunately now we know why that was the case. On February 3 we picked up the van at the Landis lot. Immediately I noticed the TPMS sensor was flashing and the front left tire sensor was broken. I walked in and asked if they knew of the problem, and they said yes, you should be "okay". A TPMS sensor is very easy to fix, so I was surprised they wouldn't take care of it before we began our 900+ mile trip to Florida. At this point, I guess I should have inspected the whole car or even had a mechanic inspect it, but I assumed they inspected all their cars every time a rental is returned, like most rental companies. On our way to Philadelphia to pick up the rest of our family for the trip, I realized the front left shock needed replaced badly. It constantly squeaked and raddled. I was surprised this wasn't also wasn't taken care. I also discovered even something as little and as cheap as the washer fluid was bone dry. Usually this wouldn't be a huge issue, but on a long try in the winter time, it was a huge inconvenience, so we ended up buying our own. Minus those issues, the trip started off fairly well, that is until we hit South Carolina. At 8:45 in the morning I was driving 80mph and all the sudden the front left wheel started shaking violently. I pulled over instantly assuming we had a flat tire. Upon looking at every tire, all were still inflated. I noticed the front left brake smoking a lot. I called Landis right away explaining the situation and asking what we should do. I was surprised at how non concerned they were. We felt like they didn't feel bad about the situation at all. We were stranded with five people and a one year old baby on the side of a busy highway in pouring rain. We had no idea what mile marker we were and were miles away from any future exit or help. Landis told me there was nothing they can do, and to use my AAA card, which fortunately i just renewed. Why they didn't have an account I will never understand. I dont feel it should be my responsibility to use my miles to pay for a van they own. After numerous phone calls with AAA, Landis, and a trucking company we finally had acknowledgement that we would be picked up. We were stuck on the side of the road of a very busy highway for more than an hour. We had to request two tow trucks because of the fact we had six people. Both trucks were missing seat belts and were extremely unsafe. I was very shocked when an employee of Landis told me they don't inspect their rentals often, but only during inspections or oil changes. If they would have done this, most if not all of this could have been prevented. We then spent over four hours at the shop waiting for our van to get repaired. As you could imagine, this was not very pleasant being in the middle of no where with a twelve and one year old. There was no where to walk to, and just a small tv to pass the time. After speaking with the lead mechanic he mentioned that we are very lucky we were all safe. With the weather conditions and the brake seizing up, we could have been in a very serious accident. Finally at 3:00 our van was finished and we could leave. Both mechanics seemed very concerned about how poorly the van still could brake. This isn't exactly something you want to hear when you have well over 1000 miles of a trip left. We missed the rehearsal dinner that evening due to being stuck getting the van repaired. Landis said they would pay for all the repair bills, which obviously they should, but little did we know that was the end of the company being "generous". That whole vacation was ruined at that point. Every drive we took we were constantly nervous the van would break or something serious may occur again. On Saturday the 6, we had to start planning our drive back to PA. All day we would smell either brake or oil burning inside the vehicle. Since none of us are mechanics we weren't sure what the issue was. None of us felt comfortable or confident in the vehicle at all, especially for another 900+ mile trip. We ended up taking the van to a local mechanic to look over things. Unfortunately the mechanic didn't put the van on a lift to look at the brakes, so the visit was useless. We decided that we couldn't leave the van there, so we had no choice but to hope for the best and hope the van makes it back . Between the noises and smells of burning fluids, we were shocked the van made it back. None of us have ever experienced a more nerve wracking vacation. Needless to say this was an awful experience. The van situation with the stress and concern for our safety took a huge toll on all of us. When we called and spoke to the manger she was nothing short of rude and disheartening.
