It's probably one of the worst nail experiences I've had. I came in to get a nail fixed since it broke. She took me to her chair and spent the next 15 minutes RUSHING her work. She didn't completely file away the color underneath so I can still see some of it over the new top coat. The top coat itself is a bit patchy. I asked for a solid gold cat eye style. Nothing complicated. The only reason I'm doing 2 stars over 1 is because they didn't charge me. read more

My friend both came in for Pedicures, we both wanted French tip in black and my nails were painted completely no French tip, I didn't say anything and the when we got outside we realized that the color was actually blue. quality isnt good, my nails are not even and they are sharp. i now have to fix them. disappointing, i had a cute candy cane nail design and i told her in the middle of it i didnt want the design. i was already unhappy how this went so i wasnt about to add to it. she was on her phone the whole time as well. had to tell her to file them down as they were chunky from to much acrylic. Should be ZERO stars! My mother-in-law did not have an appointment. Walk in was accepted and her service began. Long story short, one hand was began and after a couple hours never finished so the staff could service people with appointments. Very rude staff told her it was all her fault for not having an appointment. If you're too busy to do a service, just say so. Instead ended up removing the little work that was began after a couple of wasted hours and verbal abuse. Plenty of other much better options for nail salons and no need to ever use this place. read more

Terrible time managers, sliced open my finger, painted nails the wrong color. Will never be back. I understand some things can't be rushed, but when I'm on a tight schedule, and they promised me both a no chip mani and pedi could be done in 1.5 hours, I believed them. So when it took over two, no wonder I was getting anxious. Guy sliced my cuticle open and my finger started bleeding profusely. Rather than apologize, he got annoyed and asked "why do you bleed so much? Your blood too thin!" Followed by "that was probably already cut you had." Really? Spent half the time globbing solution on it that just made it burn and didn't stop bleeding. Got Mod about you OPi on my toes. Picked the same color for no chip mani. He comes back with a bubble gum pink bottle. I say that's wrong. He repeats over and over that I'm wrong and once it goes under UV light it changes to the pastel pink mod about you is. No matter how many times I protest, he insists that's the case. Fine. We go ahead. SHOCKER- when the color comes out of the Uv light, it's the same Hello Kitty bullshit color I told him it would be. But I don't have enough time to have him redo it since he's already taken two hours. I have to go to meeting w nails that look like I'm on way to 7 year olds birthday party. He says for my bad experience, he will discount my bill. He reduced it $5 total. Are you kidding? I should have just walked out. read more

I went there to get my eyebrows waxed because the place that I usually go was to busy at the time, the lady was nice as well as the staff, but what I didn't like was my eyebrows after they were done they are not even but I didn't notice until I got home, the lady handed me the mirror to look and they looked fine, but when the swelling went down I noticed in the mirror that they were uneven. after she was done she then told me to come back and she would do a better job. why can you not do a better job the first time? I do not think I will be back , if you do a job do it right the first time , do not tell me that you will do better the next time just for me to come back, if she did it right the first time I would have come back. read more

To begin my job relies highly on customer service surveys, so I NEVER give bad reviews because I understand how seriously they are taken. I hope this review is taken seriously. From the second I walked into the salon I asked for a no chip, that was no problem. Once I said I wanted a French I got a very rude response repeating that I wanted a French from who I can only assume may have been the manager.. he then had the lady who actually did my nails come up and get me. The lady seemed very unfamiliar with a French which was surprising to me. The lady asked me a question which I could not understand (I think about my nail color like a pink or clear) when I asked for her to repeat she said forget it and continued with my nails. My nails were uneven and chipped before they were already finished. I asked the lady to fix a few and again got attitude. I tried to start small talk and she seemed extremely bothered by that as well. My nails to me were a waste of money and I left feeling very upset. I'll never come back. Again it takes A LOT from me to leave a bad review. read more

Nail techs at this place do a fantastic job! I wouldn't go anywhere else in the Antioch area to get gels or a fill, their work lasts months and they always take their time to do it right! The workers are rude and racists, the work was terrible, and I felt as if they were talking shit about me because I wasn't pleased with the work they were doing. Used to go with my mom when she would get her nails filled. I loved the pedicures and I know my mom loved the price. The staff is very friendly, and the salon is very clean. My one complaint would have to be the amount of time it takes some of the tech's to get the job done. I know gel fills take longer than a pedicure, but my mom and I would end up being there for almost 3 hours. This is why we ended up having to find a new nail salon instead, also why I gave a 4/5 rating. read more

I had a fantastic experience at Landisa! The spa was very clean and cute, and the staff were so welcoming and friendly during my first visit! My technician was really nice and did a wonderful job. After coming in the nail tech wouldn't not do the gel over lay like I ask and it's what I get done every time I come in and with in an hr of leaving after being there 2 and a half hours my nails where peeling off and when I asked to the "owner" they charged me more then ever before and when I went in to get them "fixed" they made them worse and tryed to charge me more!!!! The worst nail place I have ever visited in my life! My first trip there and I will never go back. I had French done and it looks like a 5 yr old painted them when they were dry and I noticed how awful they looked the man who did them was gone and they were closing. I live 40 minutes from Antioch but had to make two trips there this weekend. So on Sunday I stopped to have them fix the paint and she refused to telling me to come back the next day. I said I don't live that close to come back and said I wanted my money back, she also refused that. I will be calling the owner tomorrow. Terrible customer service! I have been here twice and each time I loved it! I can't believe I didn't even know they were there. I got a pedicure with my mom and the basic pedicure is definitely a step above the rest with hot stones and massage. They are very very clean which is great. Others stated that their services took a long time but mine didn't. I actually came in when I was in a rush and they got me in right away and got me out in the time I needed and did not skimp on quality! People are right, they are perfectionists so your nails turn out great! Overall, a wonderful experience. I will absolutely recommend to my friends. read more
