My nails turned good but the next day my dip chipped. I didn't call because it wasn't that noticeable. A few days later my dip on both my middle fingers broke. I called to get them fixed and was told to come in at 5pm and when I got there at 5 I was told that she had to do her customers first. I guess I'm not her customer even though I came the week before. Then she proceeded to pick a no chip color to match my dip. Not sure how that makes any sense but didn't think that I should have to try to match a no chip color to my dip. I called and wanted to get in asap and they accommodated me. I got my Gel Manicure done from here and the girl did a great job. I loved it

To my understanding there is new management as of last week. My mom recommended me after she got her no chip and pedicure and I was delighted with Ogi and the quality of my nails. I initially went in for a no chip but Ogi recommended the dip, especially since I told her I wanted to try to keep my nails long. I tried the dip for the first time and I loved how it came out. I also received a pedicure and it was the best pedicure I've had, she had different bath salt options. Really looking forward to see M Line running to its full potential. read more

Best pedicure of my whole life, and as someone who has had maybe 200 pedicures in my life, that's a lot to compare to. I was the last customer of the night and the attention to detail was next level. If you live near here and aren't getting your nails done here you are seriously missing out. I would 100% travel from the city where I live to come out here just for the repeat experience. I had gone to M Line Nail Spa for the first time 2 weeks ago. I made an appointment for this morning since I have a wedding to attend. The appointment was for a fill in with no chip polish. I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment. There was a note on window that said to call if door was locked since they were there but in the back. I called and was told person should be there in a few minutes. Then owner asked what service I wanted. I told her. She said she was sorry but person did not do fill-ins. She said she tried to call me numerous times in the morning. I do not beleive this is true. There were NO calls from her. I had received other calls so nothing was wrong with my phone. I had gone to another salon and when polish was taken off I was surprised to see how red my nail beds were - tech told me other person that had done my nails has drilled too much off and damaged my nail bed. I will NOT be returning to this salon. read more

Just came in to get a manicure and pedicure and Ogi did a great job! She took her time and it was as if my best friend was doing my service. She made sure I was comfortable and taken care of and my nails look perfect! I can't complain. I definitely came up on finding this pretty location. I will certainly come back. Was looking for a new nail salon and read the great reviews of MLine, so decided to give it a try. The salon is conveniently located on the strip between Salvation Army and Garden Fresh on Townline Road. I went in as a walk-in and was warmly greeted into the bright and welcoming shop. It's very clean and they have a large selection of nail polish. First I had a pedicure, and was delighted to see they had the massaging chairs, which I prefer over the benches some other shops have. Why not enjoy a nice massage while having your pedicure? Ogi did an excellent job and even put an extra coat of polish on my toenails. My feet look and feel amazing. During the pedicure, her assistant removed the old no chip polish on my fingernails, and used a gentle scraping tool which seemed a lot less harsh than what I've previously experienced. Next came the classic manicure and it was lovely. Ogi did a meticulous job and my cuticles and nails look amazing! She even has Hulu on a big screen tv to enjoy programs during your manicure. I've had no chip manicures before, most lasting 10-15 days, this Place's no chip might have been $25 (cheap) but nearly completely came off for myself and my friend within 4 days. We both asked to get redone and they obliged. My friends redo is ok, but my redo was hastily rushed and bubbled up on several fingers, after she filed my nails way too short and uneven. Will not return no matter how long this redo stays put. read more

I got there in the morning yesterday around 10:15am and they were closed. Wrong store hours online and on their door. Also called them later that day and told them I'd come the following day. So I called them this morning and they said they were available and as soon as I leave my house they call me back and said someone else had an appointment and wouldn't be able to do my nails until later. (I have work later so didn't work out for me) needless to say they are clearly short on staff and lied and I just decided to go down the street to get my nails done elsewhere.
