Our homeowners policy does not renew until December, but for some reason they think that we need to renew with them now . . . perhaps it's because our son who has the same last name and first initial as me has his homeowners insurance renew in May? Really? Why would I deal with an agency that is clearly 25 miles from where I live? Perplexed and aggravated by their marketing strategy.
