I explained to him the policies I needed and what I was looking for that would fit in my financial scope. Dayo ( I call him Mr. D.) went beyond what I expected. He gave me detailed reports and outlined the coverage I was requesting. All the premiums were lower, and I am very pleased with his professionalism, his patience, and he was very informative. Our homeowners policy does not renew until December, but for some reason they think that we need to renew with them now . . . perhaps it's because our son who has the same last name and first initial as me has his homeowners insurance renew in May? Really? Why would I deal with an agency that is clearly 25 miles from where I live? Perplexed and aggravated by their marketing strategy.
