Anytime I have to leave a message the staff is prompt to return my call and address all my questions. I usually speak to Alejandra and Marely, and they are very knowledgeable about their homeowner and auto policies. The rates are reasonable as well. They treat you like family, and I highly recommend their services!!

They do NOT communicate with you at all. They d not inform you at all of how anything works. They contradict everything they say. They promise to indicate everything they communicate on the file in the computer system and then follow up with you and NO they don't do anything. When you call they have no earthly idea what you are talking about and they don't know who your talking about when you give them a name. It is absolutely disgusting how they make you feel. It is horrible how they cross communicate information with you and talk down to you!!! This company is why your agent loses the our business. I see exactly why Geico and Loya insurance companies have success!! Because Allstate gives customers who are in desperate need of their reimbursement the dang runaround with contradictory statements. Meanwhile my wonderful agent and their staff are left feeling overwhelmed!!! I really truly appreciate EVERYTHING my agent and especially her assistant Marely have ever done !! They are phenomenal and if they ever sold anything else I would be their first buyer. But TOTAL LOSS department staff absolutely needs service philosophy training or customer retention training because they are failing extremely short of their mission!!! I truly feel that if they drop or don't cover us it will be retaliation!!! Wait and see ...

Working with Shannon Hartgrove was one of the worst insurance experiences I've ever had…read more She quoted and bound our home insurance using the WRONG ADDRESS, which we did not discover until after paperwork was signed. This mistake cost us hundreds of dollars and created completely avoidable stress during an already high-stakes process. What made this situation even worse was her behavior before and after the error. She repeatedly talked over me, dismissed my concerns, and failed to listen when I tried to clarify details--details that would have prevented this mistake in the first place. When I finally called her out on the error, she took zero responsibility. Instead of owning the mistake or offering a solution, she became defensive and unprofessional, telling me "this is my agency, I own this, and you can't escalate to management." That response alone speaks volumes about her accountability and customer service standards. If you value: * Accuracy * Professionalism * Being listened to * An agent who takes responsibility for their mistakes Do not use this broker. A basic error like an incorrect address should never happen, and the refusal to own it afterward is unacceptable

Travel insurance that looks great on paper... until you actually need to use it…read more I filed a claim with over $1,000 in documented expenses, including approximately $870 related to a travel delay. I submitted all required receipts and documentation at the time of filing. Weeks later, I received a notice that my claim was closed due to "lack of documentation." This was incorrect--everything had already been uploaded. After following up, Allianz acknowledged that the claim had been closed in error. However, the claim was then processed under a "no receipts" limit, and I was issued only $100, despite receipts being on file. Only after repeated follow-ups and escalation did they admit the receipts were there and issue an additional payment--bringing the total to $400. Documentation was not properly reviewed. The claim was incorrectly closed. Benefits were initially calculated incorrectly. Multiple errors had to be corrected only after repeated escalation. What should have been a straightforward claim turned into a time-consuming process requiring constant follow-up just to have the claim reviewed properly. If you choose this company, read the fine print carefully--and be prepared to advocate for yourself if you ever need to file a claim.

HAHAHAHA... this travel insurance is great -- as long as you never actually file a claim…read more The moment you do? Get ready to fight. I submitted everything they asked for... receipts, documentation, the whole thing -- over $1,000 in legitimate expenses. Weeks go by, then I get a random email: "Your claim is closed." No explanation. No paperwork. Nothing. So I follow up... and they say, "We need documentation." You mean the documentation I already uploaded weeks ago?! "Oh... sorry, let us review." And after all that? They decide to pay... $100. I asked for a re-review, thinking surely this had to be a mistake. Nope. "Claim closed." So apparently, even when you do everything right and provide exactly what they ask for, it doesn't matter. Save your money -- this "insurance" only works if you never need it.
