DO NOT STAY HERE. We were assigned a room that sheets had not been changed, but beds made and everything in order. Hair everywhere in the sheets. No Wi-Fi, no satellite tv, broken picture on the wall, shower products rusted, and the hot water knob for the shower didn't work. Unfortunately, every hotel in Tombstone was booked for the night. Hotel is dog friendly but you can be assigned a dog friendly room even with no pet. Management refused to refund us. Filthy, not sanitary, and not as described. Cannot get over how CUTE this motel is! It has so much lovely charm and uniqueness, and I'm so glad we chose to stay there during our visit to Tombstone, AZ. So many delightful murals painted on the walls (though some are beginning to fade from all the sun). It's pretty comfortable for a standard motel in a relatively low traffic area-- only reason people go out there is for tourism after all. The linens were soft and cozy and the mattress was a medium firmness. Plenty of parking in the back for your vehicle. It's built onto a hill, so there are a number of staircases (not very ADA, fair warning) to access your room/the lobby/breakfast area. This place is pet friendly, as the rooms are not carpeted and there are many outdoor areas out front to get your pet some exercise and poop bag collection areas. Tall people beware, the sinks are extremely low (I'm only 5'3" myself and it was situated below my crotch lol), as are the bathroom ceiling, and toilet. But I felt perfectly comfortable; just something I noticed. Your room also comes equipped with a flatscreen TV, mini fridge, full-size ironing board, and other comforts. The ice machine is located in a back alcove near the front and I made significant use of it, considering it was 115F when we rolled into town! There's also a pool in the back. One of the biggest things in its favor is the breakfast area. It runs from 7-10am (though they were a little late getting started this morning), and you place your order from the menu with the staff and they cook it up for you fresh. No meat options, but the eggs, potatoes, and pancakes were all scrumptious. There's apple and orange juice too. The lady in the lobby was also very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, so was able to recommend places for us to eat dinner. :) read more

I want to say I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel...I understand it's under new management, but my friend and I liked our stay at this hotel. Although it is old and fits the area, we found it clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the view from our room and landscape in the front. We were also very pleased with the breakfast selections. I know that there still may be work needed on this, but I am planning on coming back and seeing how much they do on the hotel. read more

We reserved two rooms at a nearby hotel on February 25, but as we were driving from Peoria, Hotels.com called and informed us our hotel canceled our reservation and they booked us at this fine establishment. When we arrived, the receptionist accidentally gave our rooms away by mistake and could not find our reservation. The receptionist asked my wife if she was sure that no one else from our party checked in early. Mind you I was in the car waiting for my wife with my two kids. I went to check on my wife because she was taking a really long time. Multiple phone calls were coming to the receptionist asking about the water problem. We asked if there was a problem with the water and the receptionist said they had a pipe burst. We knew this was not going to end well and decided to go visit our friend, the Chief of the Tombstone Fire Department, and not bother unloading our luggage into the rooms. We met with the firefighters and we told them about the SNAFU. One of the firefighter said, "I hope you are not staying in the room next to the room with a broken pipe" because they responded to that room. Yes, our room was next door. After a short visit with our friend at the fire station, we went to the motel. I knew it! The room was exactly how I pictured it. The bedding had hair, the mattresses were stained. One mattress looked like someone gave birth on it. The faucet ran all night, the towels had hair on it, the bath tub had pubic hair in the drain. My youngest son suggested we sleep on the cots at the fire station instead. Bottom line, there were no bed bugs. I do not recommend this motel. read more

I travel to Tombstone a lot - the particular weekend that we went just happened to by "Wyatt Earp Days". We went on a last minute spontaneous trip - usually I like to stay right in town, but the Landmark was really the only place that we were able to find a vacancy at the last minute. It's only about a mile out of town, very close to the Boot Hill Cemetery. We've wanted to see what it was like there anyhow, having stayed before at the hotel right next store, so we went for it. Normally I would dive right into describing the accommodations, but not this time. In fact, the very first thing that I would like to mention about this place is that they were very short staffed when we stayed there over the weekend. Now normally that might come off to some as negative, but given the fact that most places are having a hard time finding staff lately, some consideration needs to be given to the employees out there who actually DO work and do want to work. Over the two days we stayed there, we saw a total of 3 staff members, and they were working their @sses off! When we checked in, a lovely and spunky lady named Chris was running the desk. We also saw her running around the property that night at about 9pm, still working. The next morning, who do you think was cooking the breakfast for everyone? You got it: it was Chris. Which brings me to subject of the complimentary breakfast. We were there at 830 am on a holiday Monday, and the restaurant was full, probably 26 or so people in there including the 2 of us. Again, there was Chris, in the kitchen, hustling out breakfast as fast as a human could - we could tell that people were getting a little hangry, but I think that most people understood it was just one person doing the cooking. And let me emphasize... the ENTIRE breakfast menu (aside from the cereals) was 100% hand made in the kitchen by Chris. French toast from scratch, fried potatoes that were probably the best I have ever had, eggs scrambled to perfection! I have a hard enough time making a meal for 3 people, here this woman was cranking out 2 dozen meals. Chris's work ethic is very impressive, and her hospitality and friendliness to us was so awesome. This woman and the housekeeper deserve a raise. Now... on to the rooms... (I know, that's the most important topic here...) Look... I've read all the reviews here, the one-stars and the griping. I'll tell you this, I have stayed in pretty much every hotel/motel/cabin in Tombstone and folks, they are pretty much all the same, in one way or another. They're all 'rustic' and most of them are outdated. But this is Tombstone, Arizona - You are not going to find an actual 4 or 5 star place here, most of the places are low budget-ish, aside from the couple of cabins and the ranch (=$$$). And yes, the prices do go up on the more busy weekends, so if you want to be a cheapo, make sure you don't go on Wyatt Earp Days, Helldorado, etc... or else, book a room early! Anyhow, yes, the rooms are pretty outdated, and true they're not spic-span-sparkly clean-freak clean, but they're definitely not bad. One thing to note, the interior walls are made of brick/stone - good noise insulator. We heard NOTHING from our neighbors. No noise, nothing. And the view from our room was great! Every room has a view of the valley and the mountains. Very relaxing and good for a family stay. OH one more thing... if your TV remote doesn't work/turn the channels, check behind the TV for a wire. The remote runs from a wired sensor. Ours had fallen behind the tv, but once we figured it out, we were able to turn channels. Bypass the negative reviews and give this place a shot! read more

We just took a trip to Tombstone and had three king-sized rooms at this hotel booked through a 3rd party site. With a discount, we paid $138 per night, per room. I typically do not like to write bad reviews, but we gave the hotel the opportunity to make this right and they refused to refund us any money. This is what they told the 3rd party: "We spoke to the general manager of the hotel who refused to refund us anything stating that they were not informed of the poor accommodations until check-out. He said had you informed him earlier they would have been able to refund you or move you to a new room. " A couple of points here: 1. When we checked-in we were told that the hotel was completely full - so where would they have put us? We had THREE of their maybe 20 rooms. 2. When we returned to the room late in the evening, we checked and there were no other hotels with rooms open at all in Tombstone. THE GOOD: We encountered two staff at this hotel when we checked in. Both women were so very nice and accommodating. My complaints have nothing to do with them. The lobby was very clean. The location of this hotel and the views from our room were great. THE BAD: This hotel has loads of potential however it needs a super deep cleaning and professional repair. I am attaching quite a few pictures so that you can see what our legit complaints were. The swimming pool had a layer of scum and all of the chairs by the pool were old and torn. It was 98 degrees this weekend, so it was pool weather. The floors were visually nice when we came in, however it was discovered they were filthy. My daughter took her shoes off (not sandals) when she first came in and was barefoot for a few min in the room as she was unpacking, and happened to notice her feet were almost black! The picture of the towel is what came off of her feet in just a few minutes on the floor. Corners and fans were dirty. The sink had a plastic cap lodged inside the drain. Bugs in the heat lights in the bathroom. Our room had some weird insulation coming out of all of the cracks near the ceiling. Mold on the walls in the corners of the bathroom area. Cracks/holes in one of the bathrooms. Cracks in the ceilings. Dead bugs stuck in the doors. Live roaches. NOT ok. We slept with the lights on, had all of our items stacked up, and had nothing on the floor. If it had not been so late and we had not been completely exhausted we would have just gone home. We packed up immediately in the morning and spoke to the young woman at the front desk. She was sympathetic and understanding but said she could not do anything because we booked it through a 3rd party site and we would need to call and work it through them. Personally, I would not go back to this place. But hotels in this town are limited. Before anyone says "you get what you pay for" this was not a cheap room! Their pricing was in line with the other options in Tombstone. $138 with a pretty good discount! If the owner or manager is reading this - you have a potentially great property. I know that coming back from Covid is rough, but if nothing else, you need to do a super deep cleaning on each and every room on your property. Just because the property is old does not mean it has to be dirty and rundown. It does not have to be new either. Patch up the holes and cracks. Spray regularly for bugs, you can purchase industrial strength and do it yourself. Clean your pool! DO BETTER so that your business can thrive and people can have a great place to stay. read more

Visited 2/16/2020 This is an older hotel but has been upgraded quite nice. Rooms are a little small but very nice inside. The view of the countryside and mountains is beautiful. This place is only minutes away from Tombstone and big nose cage so lone. Unfortunately the town has gone full blown tourist town and costs you for everything you want to see. No more free gun fights and shows. No more free viewing of the OK corral. No more free Boot Hill. At least this hotel is a fabulous little place to stay. DO. NOT. STAY. HERE. Seriously, if I could give this place a 0 start review, I would. Prepare yourselves for a rant. My husband, our friend, and I reserved 2 king rooms this last weekend. Our friend (we'll call her B), opened her door and found bugs EVERYWHERE. Mostly dead, some alive. She said no, and went to the office to trade rooms. The owner couldn't seem to understand that she didn't want to sleep with bugs. FINALLY, he gave her a different room. B went in to the second room, and it was OK, not great. She had to ask the housekeeper to clean it because the floor was dirty. However, the neighboring room had a smoke detector that kept beeping. My husband went and told the owner about it. Owner handed my husband a battery and told him to GO KNOCK ON THE DOOR and tell the guest to let him change the battery. The next morning, my husband and I, in our own room, went to shower and the cold water DID NOT WORK. Scalding hot only. We told the owner and he said he'd fix it. We left and came back a few hours later. Still no cold water. Told owner again, then left for dinner. Came back late that night and STILL NO COLD WATER. Same morning, B went to shower in her room and there was a used bar of soap stuck to the tub. Seriously, stay in a tent in the desert. Less bugs. read more

Wish I could give zero stars !! Horrible experience this weekend in tombstone az! Landmark Lookout Lodge has the worst customer service I've seen in my whole life. It first started off when we checked into our first room, turned on the air conditioner and it was literally a freight train about to take the wall down so we talked to the front desk clerk she came and checked it out and agreed with us that it was ridiculous and so she moved us to a new room. The 2nd new room they said that the shower didn't work but that the maintenance man would work on it. We said that this is perfectly fine and please work on it while we're out and about and will be back after dinner. We came back after dinner and they met us at our room and told us that the shower couldn't be fixed and they were moving us to a third room. OK perfect we get in our third room get settled. I got up to take a shower and realized that the bathroom was never cleaned. Towels are dirty from the party before us , the party before us has dirty clothes still all over the floor. We call the front desk they say that no housekeeping is available and there was nothing that they can do until tomorrow, so we went to sleep and today we went down at 8 AM to talk to management. We said that we were fine with keeping the room as long as housekeeping came in and clean the bathrooms and gave us fresh towels. he agreed and said that housekeeping would be in while we were out. After we were out and about all day, we came back about 5 PM and realized that housekeeping never came , in the other parties clothes are still all over the bathroom floor no clean towels, no clean washcloths no clean bathmat so we went downstairs to talk to management again. They refused any type of refund discount or anything and told us that it was our fault for waiting until 5 PM to tell them even though I spoke to them at 8 AM and I came back at 5 PM when we got back and expected it to be done. At this point im heated and as we were leaving I said this sucks and the management told me I sucked and proceeded to degrade us (insert Thomas almost punching the dude) until we just left and checked into a different hotel. Do NOT EVER stay at this hotel. Maintenance man and female desk clerk are the only reason this place has business. The management is Fucking terrible. I've never experienced anything like it! The Landmark Lookout Lodge is dirty and disgusting. My wife and I got room 203 and when we walked in it smelled of smoke, the sink was dirty, the bathtub had hair in it stuck from undrained water. The tub had dirty water remains all over it and the toilet lid was off the and it had no water in the toilet. It was apparent the room was never cleaned from the last people. We went and got another room, room 209 and this room had a dirty toilet, sink and tub too. Plus, the floor was sticky and we tried to mop off the floor with a towel and the towel turned brown. The light switch cover was also broken and it had exposed wiring which I almost touched turning on the light in the dark. Also, cockroaches are all over the parking lot at night and you hear them crunch under your feet when you walk to your car. We immediately asked for our money back and never stayed the night. We called the dump-like facility for a refund and the manager, Fagun Shah, refused to give us our money, he said, "No Refunds", even though we asked for a cancellation in less than 20 minutes of check-in. The manager then lied to Expedia that he wasn't the manager when they called to confirm a refund. He said we left 2 hrs later even when his cameras show we left no more than 20 minutes of checking in. This place is a step below camping outside in a lousy tent on a depressing day. We went next door to the Tombstone Grand Hotel and that was 100 times better, for the same price. If you must choose between the two neighboring hotels, save yourself some stress and bringing home huge cockroaches from the parking lot. Go next door to the Tombstone Grand Hotel. read more

We were able to check in early on a Saturday afternoon and the rooms seemed decent for the $115 we paid. It was outdated but for $115 I didn't expect much. There are no elevators here so hopefully you don't have much to carry upstairs. Walked in my room and touched up before heading into town. We left personal items out not thinking anything of it since we were coming back in a few hours. I spotted a sock between the beds and again didn't think anything since the rest of the room appeared to be clean. We left for about 8 hours to check out the gun shows and restaurants. We get back to the hotel to find our things missing and our key deactivated. Someone opened the shade we had rolled down prior to leaving so we were able to look in and the room was empty with the beds remade. I go to the front desk since the room telephones don't work and the girl at the front desk said she didn't have me checked in and actually had someone else booked under my room. She played dumb for a good 5 minutes and giggled like it was funny. She finally says our belongings are in the laundry room and takes us to a boiler room that's hotter than a hot Arizona night. She ends up putting us back into the same room and says she's going to move the other guest since he hadn't checked in yet. We get into the room and discover the hot laundry room has ruined my perfume and hair products. I decide I'll wait till morning check out to discuss with the manager whom the front desk clerk said would be working in the morning. The party we were traveling with had issues with their air conditioning in the middle of the night and had apparently gone to the front desk and dealt with the manager/owner who was working the counter. He was extremely rude when she discussed their a/c issue and he accused her of wanting a discount because she'd spent too much in town. He also told her he'd heard of my experience and told her to tell me to go talk to him in the morning along with her. At checkout, he gives my friend a 50% discount for the hot room and then looks at me and says what about you? I was upset at this point and went over the prior night's events. I expressed my concern with them removing my belongings even after they'd given me the room first. Neither the owner or his staff bothered to call me to let me know what was going on. And then there was the $200+ damage to my perfume and high end hair products. I requested a discount and compensation for the items their negligence caused. This man was very rude and obviously isn't used to a woman speaking her mind. He continually tried cutting me off or talking over me. Once he realized I wasn't backing off, he said he'd give me a full refund and agreed that I'd replace my own items since he was issuing a full refund. Please do not stay here! My history buff man wanted to stop in tombstone. We were in the process of moving me from Arizona to Texas so we were hauling a Chevy Malibu with a Ford F-150 and had a very long haul ahead. We stopped in because the hotel was close to Boothill cemetery. Little did we know the parking lot had a lighted back where we could park the dolly and my car while we explored the old west town down the road! We stopped at the front desk and right away the receptionist was warm and welcoming and straight to the point. They will treat you like family, treat all your accommodations, and have a cute little home cooked menu of food waiting for you when you wake up for the day. The woman was so very happy to be cooking for you that it reminded me of a thanksgiving in my family where you would never leave hungry or unsatisfied. "You keep ordering, I'll keep cooking! So long as it don't go to waste!" She said. No meat needed there was plenty of protein to start your day. The rooms were cozy, like little log cabins. No five star hotel but this isn't the point here. Cold air conditioning, great view. So close to historical tombstone and they very cool cemetery. My Siberian Husky was both complimented and welcome. Stayed here last year while visiting Tombstone so we reserved again for this years visit. Went downhill since last stay. They stopped doing breakfast (which was one of the main reasons we liked it) no credit. Still charge full price. No Pool even though pics show it open. Towels were old and tiny. Bed so noisy you tried to not move all night. It would also slide away from wall if you tried to lean against wall to watch tv. Shower pressure was ok but sprayed everywhere. Lots of tv channels. Even though all the rooms face the highway, I didn't hear a lot of the noise in the evening and we were able to sit outside at night to enjoy the night sky. During the day, when sitting outside you do hear the trucks. All the rooms face the Dragoon mountains which is nice. Because of Covid, we ordered take out for most of our meals which created a lot of trash but the hotel was accommodating and also the dumpster was across the parking lot so we took care of it easily. I have stayed here many times over the past 30 years. The visit this November was a disappointment. Not clean. No hot water in sink, but plenty in shower. Handles on faucets for both sink and shower were mismatched, and, turned the wrong way. Grout in tile missing on floor. SAD First room we were given had no working tv or phone. When asked about tv, was told satellite was out, but, I had passed rooms with tv working. Second room we were given, had both in order. Used to be a comfortable,clean, place with a nice breakfast. I understand things are tough after Covid, but no excuse for just plain poor maintenance. Will look elsewhere on my next visit. read more

This place is a dump. The room was dingy, the towels and the bathtub were both dirty, and we found all kinds of bugs in our room (a beetle, grasshopper, moths) when we got in there. I get that's just the wildlife of tombstone but I wouldn't expect them to let so much of it in the room. The beds felt like cardboard and the pillows felt like rocks. Booked this place online for the first weekend in March for my wife and I. Our plans were for a relaxing weekend of visiting historic sites. We are from Phoenix and left there in the very early evening on Friday night. My wife is African American which this will bear upon. Got there at approximately 9:30 pm. A few miles out, my wife had to suddenly go to the bathroom. Upon arrival to the facility some minutes later, my wife came with me to check in. The Check In Clerk was this older, thin, guy with long straggly hair and glasses perched on his nose. He looked kind of like Ben Franklin. My wife greeted Ben Franklin and asked "Where is your bathroom?" Ben Franklin paused and then said "Are you guests here?" My wife said "Yes, yes, yes honey now where is your bathroom please." Ben Franklin paused again and then told here where it was. From being in an inter-racial relationship for the last twelve years, I can recognize the passive-aggressive racism that occasionally rears its ugly head in my our interactions with various members of society. Also, how many people come into that office, in the middle of a dark night, asking to use the bathroom who are not guests checking in? It's in a very rural spot. What if we had been a white couple? Would his response have been the same? I think not. As Ben Franklin was checking me in, I am certain that he could see that I was angry even though I had not said anything. I bit my tongue and said "I'm fine" but I was not "fine". I didn't tell my wife of this encounter right away because I knew that it would upset her. We came down a little later to use the vending machine, because it really is in the middle of nowhere, and Ben Franklin came over and "supervised" our using the vending machine. I was seething. We stayed here when another hotel canceled our trip. It is an older hotel but very well maintained. The property is beautiful and the view is spectacular. By far the best thing about the property is the caretaker. She is friendly and bent over backwards to provide anything we needed. She literally does everything at the hotel. Terrible customer service. I had a room booked and confirmed through Booking.com. I called two nights before arrival to confirm reservation and ask about ability to check in late. The hotel manager said that our late check in time was fine. I also asked if the beds were soft or firm and he said they are not firm and nicely comfortable. I received an email confirmation after the call stating that late check in was approved at no extra charge. When I arrived to check in last night (6:00pm) which was two hours earlier than I had requested (8:00pm) the hotel owner said we don't have any rooms for you. I showed him my confirmation number and email confirming late check in approval. He said we don't have a rooms available for you. He didn't even apologize for our inconvenience. So we had to last minute book a room in Tombstone double the price with horrible accommodations. read more

In the Bathroom...empty shampoo bottle left in the tub. Only one roll of toilet paper...the one on the roll Blood or something red smeared on the Wall on the bathroom. The sink and shower leaked...you really have to crank them to shut it off. The air conditioner wasn't working...we slept with two fans from the front desk. We tried to call the front desk and the room phone doesn't work. We couldn't get the tv channel to change..apparently you have to hold the remote BEHIND the dresser. The manager was doing the best she could with the limited resources the new owners gave her. The male that helped her was NOT pleasant at all! The breakfast buffet was NOT a buffet...it was cereal in containers with milk left out on the counter with no ice to sit in or cooler for the milk. The juice machine was off. The manager made a warm breakfast of scrambled eggs, "fried" potatoes, and toast. You could get pancakes or French toast. Today, I got a nice portion of eggs but got a maybe 4 little chunks of potatoes & a super crabby staff! And DEFINITELY don't think you are going to bring your own bottle to drink water out of OR take your food to your room. You will be scolded by the male employee. Apparently, that's illegal?!? And if you aren't a fan of giant black cockroaches....probably would pick a different location!! Pool wasn't working...but the cockroach guest were enjoying a lovely cool dip. Stains on the sheets...we did check for Bed bugs! We were clear..thank goodness!! When we went to check out (and thank goodness we did) we were not charged the $100 a night like we booked...it was charged at $140 a night. Apparently, we have to go to Expedia and get our money back.... I would suggest another place to stay!! This hotel could really be a cute place if the owners spent some time and money to fix it up a little...we understand it is Tombstone and I wasn't expecting a 4 Star hotel but I would be generous by saying it's a 1 star. Quiet and clean hotel, beds are comfortable I didn't care for the pillows. At night they put the fire-pit on that was really nice. No hot breakfast but they do have a continental breakfast. Overall it was a good experience Would definitely stay again. read more

Price we were quoted when we called was not the price we were charged and we arrived within 45 minutes of calling. Credit card was charged before we even got to our room so that was different. The room was okay but the hot water to the sink wasn't working. In the morning we discovered the cold water for the shower didn't work so the shower only had the option to be scalding hot. We called the front desk and they said someone would come look at it. After waiting awhile, my husband started messing around with stuff and discovered that the hot water valve on the sink and the cold water valve for the shower were turned off. Once he turned them back on it was easy to understand why they'd been turned off. They leaked horribly. The previous guests probably couldn't sleep and turned them off. Breakfast is served till 10am....but not really because you have to order by 9am or you can't get breakfast. Overall disappointing visit especially since we could have stayed somewhere nicer for the price we ended up paying. read more

On February 26, 2023 we booked a room at this lodge for a three night stay May 6-9, 2023 with Auto Club which is free to use. At the time of booking the reviews of the hotel were very good. Auto Club even listed it as a 2-star hotel. We received a confirmation email with the price. Needless to say, we unfortunately did not check the reviews again before our stay. When we arrived, we noticed a "Under new Management" sign hanging. Then we noticed a sign in the lobby that said, "no hot breakfast." We always book hotels with breakfasts. We asked the new owner Fagun Shah who bought the hotel in February, about the breakfast. He told us he was waiting for permits for hot food. In the meantime, there was a continental breakfast which consisted of cold cereal, oatmeal (no toppings), stale sugar donuts, and bananas. There was no discount for the lack of advertised hot breakfast. In the dining room there was a box of Kleenex in the middle of every table. I'm not sure if that was supposed to be used as napkins, or if you were encouraged to blow your nose at the table? When we checked out, we were presented with a bill that was that was about $50.00 higher than our booking confirmation. On the bill was a "Property Fee" of $35.70. I questioned what that was, Mr. Shah told me it's the Expedia charge that customers pay. We booked through Auto Club. Mr. Shah was very difficult to work with even though I showed him my confirmation. The hotel is on the older side and in need of some repairs, the toilet ran all the time (we turned it off), missing door into the bathroom, the smallest TV we've ever seen, the pool was dirty, even though free Wi-Fi was advertised there was none, etc. After we drove over 10 hours home, we noticed we had forgotten our suitcase. Upon calling Mr. Shah he told us it was left at the hotel and to come by anytime to pick it up. The customer service thing to do would have been to contact us to let us know. It was very stressful getting our suitcase shipped to us. We gave very explicate directions to Mr. Shah telling him were shipping overnight some shipping tape so he could secure the suitcase since it was not locked. It cost us over $80.00 to do that. We also sent a return label that the UPS man would have. When we did get our suitcase, there was no shipping tape anywhere on it. It was picked up by UPS just the way we left it. Luckly UPS secured it in a shipping bag. As for the very expensive shipping tape I guess Mr. Shah felt he was entitled to just keep it. read more

Whoever the old lady at the front who yells at the customers, is absolutely ridiculous. WARNING: check in is precisely at 3 or the old lady will yell at you even if the room is ready. Not a soul in sight at hotel yet they won't even check you in. Customer service is definitely not here. The young girl at the front was trying to be helpful buuuut then enter the old lady who yells. Just ridiculous. Otherwise the room was clean, wonderful location just minutes from downtown Tombstone, I didn't get to try the breakfast so other than the check in experience it was good. read more
