Walked in around 10am and there was no one to greet me, I waited for like 5 minutes and someone from the back came to help me. I needed some feminine care products, couple of drinks, 3 vitamins, shampoo, bath tissue, conditioner, dish soap couple of sponges, toothpaste and toothbrush. Out of the 10 items, I only got 6. I was still grateful, because I mostly needed the feminine products and they had them in stock. Store is not well organized and a lot of things are missing from the aisles/shelves. Store was clean and they didn't let me use the restroom, telling me to go next door to Habit restaurant, knowing and seeing the sign for the restrooms. Prices are fair, I have been a customer of CVS for literally 35 plus years and we get their promotional coupons in the mail. Comes very handy on a BIG purchase. When it was time to check out, I had to wait in line, because the cashier was M.I.A. Once he returned, he didn't even acknowledge me by saying hello or something.. Can't comment on their Pharmacy, because we use other CVS's pharmacy. Please hire more people and stock up your shelves!! Parking lot shared with other businesses..

The team is going as fast as they can, but the demand is high. Corporate really needs to add staff and more registers. Better yet, build a drive thru. Either way, I am very grateful for the efforts this team makes to handle the immense demand and pressure they are under. It's very unfair to them to deal with what they are tasked to do. After a 20 minute wait today the pharmacist refused to honor a Good RX coupon for a prescription. He was surly as all hell too. I've used Good RX several times before at this location. I asked to see the store manager, he said they required a barcode. I called Good RX, they said all that's required is the bin number which is plainly notated on the coupon itself. I called 2 other pharmacies, they said no problem. This isn't the first time I've had problems with this particular CVS pharmacy but it will definitely be my last.

Small selection in their Christmas decorations/ornaments isle. Couldn't find any type of Santa Claus. I guess Santa is still stuck in the North Pole. They were about to close, so I browsed the isles to see if I could find anything else. I got 2 beautiful, festive, Christmas oval shaped paper plates that came in count of 8 in each pack. Was on sale for $2.39 for each pack. Original price was $4.78. So I grabbed them. Also, got 2 Twix candy bars. Was also on sale; 2 for $2.50. Opened one and inhaled it w/out chewing first:-)) not joking! Employees were tired, I guess it was the end of their day, and they were in a hurry to go home. Raven was my cashier, rang me up, and I was the last customer to leave the store. They close at 10pm. Store was clean, except the bathroom. Toilet was not flushed, small little toilet papers were here and there, and the trash was pretty full. All of the isles were nicely stocked, items facing us, and a lot of sale items for the Holidays. Metro path with stops on just about every corner at the intersection of Vineland Avenue/Ventura Blvd. Also a nice stroll to from the Universal City/Studio City Station hub.
