If you dont drink or dont care if its cheap liquor with fruit juices then you'll be ok. I,on the other hand, prefer either call or top shelf and neither were options. The cocktail menu doesn't even mention the brands of the liquor, just vodka, rum, etc. which immediately tells me its the cheap and in my big age = hangover. A bottle of Lamarca prosecco is $65. Surrounding restaurants charge around $36. (Grocery store price is $15) The bathroom shows the age of the building and needs a renovation along with the sewer smell. I really wanted to make this our new spot but even if I don't plan on having an adult bev, they chose to carry Pepsi products, so strike 3 and Im out.

Ordered the $5.99 lunch specials. Got the following order to go: catfish and fries, chicken and fries, and garden salad. Everything was flavored well, was a good temperature and quite enjoyable. I placed my to go order in person. The service was quick. I would love to see a few chairs or a bench in the front lobby for to go orders. The outside looks very nice. This seems like it will be a great night life spot to check out! Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi…read more Some places look the part. This place plays the part. Clean, sharp, and buzzing the second you walk in yeah, it's iconic, no question. The games are dialed in, the whole setup feels polished, and it's got that classic casino energy where anything can happen. But let's be real that's not why this one took my number one spot. It's the generosity. I've been to casinos where getting a drink feels like you're filing paperwork. Waiting, flagging someone down, or worse paying like you're at a concert. Not here. At this place, the drinks don't just show up... they find you. Like clockwork. Like they've got a sixth sense for an empty glass. We were there celebrating friends, my daughter, her classmates and every single one of us noticed the same thing. Not just friendly, not just nice... but relentless in the best way. You'd take two sips and boom there's someone asking if you're ready for another. It felt like Mardi Gras met old-school Vegas and decided to move to Biloxi. Now let me paint you a quick picture There's this older gentleman a few seats down from me, posted up at a machine like he's been there since sunrise. Calm, steady, not saying much. A waitress swings by, keeps his glass full without him ever asking. Whiskey, neat. Every time it dips, she's back like a ghost with good intentions. After a while, he finally looks up at her and says, "Ma'am... I don't know if I'm winning or if you're just making me think I am." She smiles, tops him off, and says, "Honey, around here... we make sure you feel like both." And that right there? That's the place. Because here's the truth when a casino is generous with the drinks, people loosen up. They laugh more, tip more, play a little longer, take a few extra chances. It builds a vibe. A reputation. A story you take home with you. So yeah, there are a lot of casinos in Biloxi. Bigger, flashier, louder maybe. But this one? This one understands the assignment. You come to gamble. You come to celebrate. And when they keep that glass full without you chasing it... that's hospitality. That's why it's number one.

I've been coming to Biloxi for years and have stayed at the Hard Rock countless times…read more Unfortunately, the property has steadily declined in terms of service, amenities, cleanliness, and overall guest experience. I'm currently here and am beyond frustrated. It rained around 11 a.m., and apparently that means there is no pool service for the rest of the day. Guests are given only one small towel, which barely covers the lounge chair, and I was refused a second. Since there was no pool service, I attempted to grab a drink from one of the casino bars to bring back outside, only to be told my cover-up was not appropriate. Mind you, I was wearing a one-piece swimsuit and a modest cover-up that happened to be slightly short. I've seen far more revealing attire throughout the casino. I've been here for three days and my room has not been serviced once. I currently have no clean towels. Last night, my room key repeatedly malfunctioned, requiring multiple trips to the front desk before maintenance finally had to come let me into my room. The valet service disappeared years ago, but that's only one small piece of a much larger problem. There are often homeless individuals congregating outside the property. Even the non-smoking rooms smell like smoke. The hotel itself appears neglected--dust coats the glass shelving, light fixtures, and other surfaces throughout the property. A closer look reveals a level of dirt and lack of upkeep that is hard to ignore. While many employees have been pleasant, others seem completely uninterested in providing quality customer service and have noticeably poor attitudes. The pool area remains the hotel's biggest selling point, but even that feels dated and poorly maintained. Much of the property is overdue for a deep cleaning, pressure washing, and significant refurbishment. I used to genuinely love staying here, which makes this review disappointing to write. The Hard Rock was once one of Biloxi's standout properties. Today, I would strongly recommend spending your money elsewhere--particularly at the Beau Rivage, which continues to offer a much higher standard of service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.

Only stayed for the few minutes to double my money on black. The smoke-free casino on the beach side was very good- big windows, good space between the games, restrooms nice. The bands on the tall stage on Friday and Saturday night were both great- played covers. Tables are good, dealers good. Rooms are very nice- comfy beds, roomy shower, can tell everything is new and all the chosen decor is good. Pool was so nice- fabulous swim up bar and the whole area was great- great vibe- scenery- had giant jenga and cornhole set up. Only two things in the room were subpar- a cheap plastic toilet seat and lid- thin plastic- super cheap and it moved around, guess one of the bolts had broken. Then, the shelf under the sink is constructed with cheap particle board. Definitely some costs were cut and noticeable. Also the first impression while actually on the property was extremely bad. The parking garage is disgusting. It needs a power wash. Elevator, posts, every surface looked so grimy. Trash and odd and ends, like leftover construction equipment, landing place for junk storage. There are no lines for the parking spots- cars parked at whatever angle they picked. First impression bad, but overall was a very good stay and would adjust arrival time to avoid the parking garage. Definitely recommend.

I had a slice of lemon meringue pie and it was hot. I spoke with a manager to point out our displeasure and he told us he would address it. I told him it was unbelievable that their people would put this food out knowing how it was. The highlight was our server she did an excellent job so kudos to her. It'll definitely be a long time we before we return, we definitely like their Dock Side Deli restaurant. Kudos to Island View Casino's social networking specialist Lilly G, for taking the time to address our concerns I'll definitely let the group know, and that we might consider revisiting the buffet again at a later date to see if they've stepped up their food quality.
