Girls' lunch on a Thursday? Say less! Six of us met here for lunch around 1:15 on a Thursday, and it was perfect. It wasn't crowded, and one of the first things I loved was that you can sit wherever you'd like. There are tables of all sizes, plus cozy couches, chairs, and ottomans. Now, let's talk about the vibe... It's eclectic, fun, energetic, relaxing, homey, and just the right amount of fancy--all at the same time. It's one of those places that instantly puts you in a better mood. If you walk in and don't smile, I don't know what to tell you! Having a bad day? Come in. Having a good day? It'll be even better. That's the kind of place this is. Our server was absolutely precious! I hate that I didn't get her name because she deserves a shout-out. She recommended menu items, explained everything, stayed on top of every detail, and made us feel like we were guests in her own home. Genuine hospitality at its best! Now...the important part...the food and cocktails! Of course six ladies ordered cocktails--it was lunch, not a board meeting! We shared an appetizer, enjoyed salads, sandwiches, and the cutest little Jarcuterie (yes, a charcuterie served in a mason jar). It's creative, delicious, and honestly just fun. What's a neighborhood lunch without a little charcuterie? Another thing I love is supporting local businesses. This restaurant is owned by a local gentleman and his husband, who have invested not only in this amazing place but also in giving back to the community here and beyond. That kind of ownership matters. One tip: be prepared to circle the block a time or two for parking. It's located in the downtown district, so parking can be a little tight. But don't let that stop you--it is absolutely worth it. This isn't just a restaurant. It isn't just a bar. AoMG I am In awe!! The space is gorgeous with multiple seating options, tons of beautiful paintings and my favorite part aside from the staff and food....the bathrooms! Hey- I am all about a beautiful bathroom!! Cane with friends and we tried half the happy hour menu - my faves were the pork rinds and the pineapple Cornbread. The peppery jelly cream cheese made my mouth water. I also ordered the pulled pork melt and yummy!! The GM checked in on us and she was very sweet, as was the kitchen staff that had a brief chat with us about our food. Even from outside, the vibe is absolutely top-notch. And if you think it's cute from the outside, wait till you get indoors! There's a variety of seating from bistro tables to eight tops, couches, chairs, you name it. You get to choose your own seat, so whatever you're going for, go for it! There's an extensive small plates menu, and I'm fairly certain you couldn't go wrong if you tried. There's also a great afternoon happy hour as well as late night. Happy hour if you want to try more for your money. Here's the problem, there were so many things that we wanted, but so little space in our stomach for all of it. Solution? Eat to your heart's delight, and then order more to take home. However, make sure you taste it first, so you know what it's like fresh out of the oven/stovetop. The service was so very attentive and sweet and patient with me while I changed my mind 1000 times when I chose what to eat. We were checked up on often, and the suggestions on how to proceed without overfilling ourselves was wonderful. If I was more local, I definitely would've tried some of the signature cocktails, but as designated driver, I did the best I could. We did not find one thing we didn't enjoy here, and we're trying to figure out how to make our way back there even though it's about a three hour round-trip from New Orleans. read more

Yall: WOW! This is one of the most beautifully decorated restaurants I've been to on the coast. I mean honestly, every minute detail has been thought out and I appreciate it so much. Like I could LIVE in the bathrooms bahaha. I digress: I got two drinks (boozy root beer float was to die for!) off their menu and we shared the piggy figgy flatbread (omg so good). I got the shrimp roll and Mac salad and 10/10 could go back just for the Mac salad. I definitely plan on visiting next time I come down to see my parents. Fabulous job to everyone there! We checked out the grand opening of Neighbor's Tap & Table yesterday and had a great time. The weather was perfect for the outdoor "block party" atmosphere with live music, street artists, sidewalk drinks, and a really fun crowd. The menu focused on small plates, so we ordered a little bit of everything. The Figgy Piggy flatbread and hummus plate were both absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. The pineapple cornbread was good, but the portion size felt a little small. They did an excellent job updating the space -- colorful artwork, chic furniture, and a fun, energetic vibe throughout. Service was friendly, though understandably a little overwhelmed with grand opening day chaos. Overall, this is a hip new addition to downtown Gulfport, and we'll definitely be back soon for cocktails and another night out. read more

The best thing about this place was our server. she was GREAT. However, the chicken cobbler I ordered was DISGUSTING. It tasted like raw cream of chicken straight out the can with a can of mixed veggies and they sprinkled some cooked corn bread on top. My friend ordered a Chardonnay, the bartender poured champange. Mind you it was around 7:30 pm last Wednesday. She ordered the pimento and bacon, $18 for a regular size sandwhich you can make at home for under $10. it tasted good, but way over priced for a sandwhich and fries. The crab dip was edible. It wasnt the best, but it wasn't disgusting, especially when what you ordered came out RAW. I didn't eat all day bc I was so excited to try this place. The only food thing about it was the aesthetics of the place and our server. I dont remember her name, but she had a nose ring and long sandy bronde hair. I didnt complain or send anything back as to not make her night more difficult. I put said chicken cobbler in a togo, thought about feeding it to my dog, but it went to the trash instead. read more

The atmosphere was absolutely beautiful and was easily one of the best parts of our experience. The space feels warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed, especially for a newly opened restaurant. During our visit, there appeared to be only one waitress handling quite a few tables, so service was a bit slower than expected. We could tell she was working very hard, and because of how busy she was, there weren't many check-ins throughout the meal. It felt more like a staffing issue than a reflection of the service itself. We both ordered the chicken cobbler since it's the featured dish. It was good and definitely comforting, but for us it didn't quite stand out as something especially memorable. The flavor leaned a little salty, and after a few bites it felt somewhat one-note. While it reminded us of a classic chicken pot pie in a comforting way, we were hoping for something a little more distinctive. Overall, we still enjoyed our visit and would absolutely come back to try other menu items. Outrageous prices for less than "meh" food. FOUR tablespoons of crab dip, with 1/2 a cherry tomato and two coins of pickled okra, deep fried tortilla, for $18. And it did NOT come out hot bubbly and luscious. Instead right off the cold spatula into a cold cast iron pan. No spices and not sure if there was any crab in the dish. Shrimp roll was four inches long with what seemed to be those small cocktail shrimp with no taste. No shrimp taste from "local" gulf shrimp!! No spices at all in the salad. Moroccan fries were tasty and well done. Cost: $16. "Figgy piggy" flat bread came out dry and over cooked, with dry pieces of pork BBQ, a drizzle of "fig" sauce. $17. The two teas were good. Music was great during the meal. Place was decorated well and the bathroom was fabulous. The food was WAY overpriced, NOT very good, and SMALL quantities. Good food nice atmosphere, we just had the wrong server, Nyree came to our table with an attitude then sneezed into her had and took our order....ok. my wife and were celebrating a milestone of our marriage and was waiting for refills of our adult beverages and never got it. We found her at the bar surfing on her phone. I asked to have the check at that point and responded with" Ill be right there" like I bothered here personal time. 14 minutes later our check came, never asked for refills or any "have a nice evening " or " can I get you anything else?" Just dropped the credit card tray and walked away back to her phone. Maybe she had a bad day, not sure. Just thought I needed to bring this up because we really liked the food and 1 beverage.
