Gave me 3 prices and said if I took the best he could guarantee it would fix my leak. I took the best for 1700.00. Clay dug up some of my lawn put in a pipe and some stone and said that would stop my problem. About 4 days later i called CLAY back to show him i still had water. Clay said it rained hard...then said it was my gutters were on wrong and the cement that surrounded the shed was the problem. Clay said he could remove some of the concrete and fix my gutters and that would stop the water in the shed. This was going to be 500.00. I said i couldn't do anything until after my social security check comes around the first. I was going to call someone else for another opinion and to see if digging up my lawn for 1700.00 would have solved the problem. Clay had done work for my neighbors after he did mine and never finished the work after he was paid. They next day i came home and Clay had been here and removed some of the concrete and stacked it along side the shed. I texted Clay and asked him not to enter my property again. He apologize and said he could fix problem for only 300.00 more. when i refused he said he could fix for free. i refused do to the fact that i found out he had no insurance. Showed up the first day without the materials and the second day, same thing. Finished one circuit breaker but not the tub circuit breaker. Mr. Clark finally reached out after several phone calls from me asking why the job wasn't completed and I got a quote for an additional $410 to come back a third day and do it. He said he wanted to make things right and there must've been a misunderstanding. I agreed and he was supposed to call me Monday morning with time of arrival. No phone calls, text and didn't show up. After three more days of phone calls and repeated promises that a manager would call me back, one finally did. Andrew listened to me and also wanted to make it right. Then he told me the OWNER, Zach Gammon, decided to list me a "do not serve customer" and this is why Mr. Clark no showed, no called. Andrew didn't know why I was listed this way. After repeated calls and conversations NO ONE had the intestinal fortitude to tell me I was listed as a do not service customer. Poor customer service starts at the top. Leadership and owners with no integrity, intelligence , or intestinal fortitude will breed poor customer service and care. We dropped $1500 in one day and would've been happy to continue using them. AVOID APEX SOLUTIONS OF DANVILLE AT ALL COST. There are some great employees there, but the owner would rather slither away from his obligations and avoid honorable business practices than practice integrity. After having issues with our grass, we did some digging and found a 20 ft tarp had been left under the work they had done. I called to see if someone could come take a look and was immediately met with hostility saying "they don't use tarps" and it was not their problem, when there was clearly a tarp left directly under their work, and they already finished the job they were contracted for and weren't coming to help us. I was called a liar and told they weren't going to do anything with our landscaping (even though I was not asking them to do landscape work). Jamie was yelling, saying "they didn't leave a tarp" when I was standing there, staring at a 20 ft tarp directly under their work. I am not sure if it is because I am female and they spoke with me instead of my husband but I was very taken aback with the manner in which I was spoken to and that they wouldn't even attempt to solve the problem they left. Very sad when a company has no pride in their work or relationships with customers. Will NEVER use this company and will be telling everyone to stay far away because once they "complete their contract" and they receive payment, they're out and not going to assist with anything that comes from the job they did.
