I regret calling this company, it ended up costing way more than it should have. I mentioned I thought 4-5 outlets needed repair, and was quoted $400. When the electrician came, the outlets were functional, my tenant just didn't know they were tied to light switches. He spent 25 minutes on-site and only did light wiring on two outlets, but still charged $350 because "that's what was quoted." No materials used, just labor. He did give a $50 discount, but $350 for 25 minutes is the most I've ever paid for basic electrical work. When I pushed back, he said "Google placement is expensive." If you use this company, insist on a basic service call first. Don't agree to pricing until someone actually sees the problem.
