They communicated promptly each time I messaged them. The initial delivery was delayed but once the day came, they were on the phone with the shipping company multiple times to nail down the time they would arrive so I wouldn't miss the delivery. They also worked with me on the pricing. We did have a professional install the chandelier because the install instructions were a little unclear to us as inexperienced people and wanted to make sure it was completely secure. I am so happy with the chandelier and have already had a friend of a friend want to purchase one as her own.

The neatest difference between them and other places is that they are fabricators as well as natural stone providers so you get an upfront price including install the second you pick out your slab. They have some third-party cabinets that was intriguing as well.
