Alex provided all information I needed for HOA to quickly approve the project, and once approved I was quickly added to his schedule. They were timely, clean, and the end result great! I will definitely recommend him to anyone seeking landscaping work and will be using their services for some ideas I have for my backyard.

I wanted a step pattern retention wall, remove the old plants in the larger planter and replant with new plants. I replanted the smaller bed myself already. I wanted the mulch removed and replaced with stone. He came right out, gave me a bid which I accepted. I needed HOA approval which would be obtained in 2 wks but Alex did not want to put me on the schedule till the approval. Once that was approved, he said it would be 2 wks and he would be starting my project. That was 5 wks ago. I spoke with him once since and he said that he would call a few days before starting. That was, again, a few weeks ago. I texted him a week ago and called again today asking for a call back but got no response on either. I got other bids but I had already notified them that I was going with someone else so Mr. Menedez has left me in a bind and I am at a loss as to why he said that he was booked 2 wks out when CLEARLY that was NOT the case. Honesty is always the best policy as far as I am concerned. I would not recommend this business based on my experience as noted.

The crew doing the install work for Goney's directly and were quite professional and courteous. The real benefit of going to Goney's is actually going to the nursery and being able to see what you were going to get installed. The staff at the nursery were very helpful about info about the plants. If you hire a landscaper with no nursery you do not know what you will be getting installed. So you maybe paying for very small plants and get "bait and switched" on the plants. They are a long time company in the area with an Excellent reputation..

Work was divided into two parts, tile removal to accommodate new kitchen cabinets (one day) then carpet/old flooring/baseboard removal, leveling, install Tarkett ProGen in the entire house and all the finish work that really makes things look great. Thomas did an excellent job with the estimate and detailed scope of work (SOW). Two days after install it rained and our lanai leaked. Water all over the new floor. Not one bit of damage! Just a $1500.00 repair bill for the roof, ouch. We are very happy with our choice of East Coast and the floor product. Note: I do not believe that ProGen is a DIY type product due to it's rigid warranty requirements.
