Booked a topography survey. Emailed and called multiples to get information as we received an automated email about access to our property and neighbors. No response. We called the company numbers multiple times and were told to call construction. We left 7 voicemails.
We received an automated email with a field crew leader Freddy Umana would come on Wednesday, 10/29. We reached out multiple times again asking for clarity on access as we were also told no access was needed. No response, just forwarded emails for construction to respond to the emails.
Today, Freddy shows up unannounced while working from home and repeatedly rings the doorbell while I am in a meeting. I then explain to him that we have received no communications from his company and have not been given access to the neighbors property. He stands at the door and says we actually dont need access. I said, well we cannot get access until because they work from home and would need to contact them to have this scheduled. He says again, no worries, we actually do not need it.
2 minutes later I receive a text from the neighbor that Freddy went to his house unannounced. When I went outside, he then had an attitude and I had to ask him to leave my property.
This is unprofessional, disrespectful and disregard homeowners requests or how their inability to communicate, answer phones or be honest affects their projects or lives. read more
