We went to this store in American Fork specifically she said the ones closer to her didn't carry anything in her size. I wasn't planning to buy myself anything, but everything was so cute, and the prices were so good that I couldn't help myself! Shelle was beyond generous with her time, and was remarkably helpful and patient. We both ended up buying a bunch of stuff and we are already looking forward to coming back next year. This is going to be a pilgrimage destination from now on. Shelle was the most attentive and kind salesperson I have ever met. She even helped us find where we were going to have lunch (great recommendation, by the way, thank you!). We will absolutely be back. And, slightly off topic, I look so cute in my new clothes. Lots of compliments. Shelle quickly figured out my style and preferences and helped me find some really great stuff. She was encouraging in a way that felt genuine and supportive. Her studio is lovely and so is her wardrobe collection, and both offer a nice variety of looks. I told Kara about the concept I had in mind for the shoot and she came prepared with inspiration for poses and helped direct me throughout the shoot while also leaving space for my input. She really knows what she's doing with angles, lighting, framing, and body positioning. Kara also added a special touch by providing a brief Oracle reading at the end of my session, and the content felt relevant and inspiring. A few days after the shoot, we did a video call to look at the images so I could pick my favorites, and then she sent me the edits the same day - I'm so impressed by the turnaround time. I learned more about feet, fitting and spacers in the time it took to finally fit my girl. Thank Yoy Glass Slipper and your clerks were epic! (I didn't know anything about spacers, toe shields and box shape differences from Freed, Capezio or Bloche or the other various names they have tucked around in cubbies.) After several hours (7) over a couple of weeks testing shoes, we determined it was a size they were out of.. Glass Slipper ordered the shoe we tgought would fit, and gave the ballet teacher a choice between two shoe sizes to determine fit. The one that we had to order was the right size. If I had continued making the shoe choices I had prior to Glass Slipper I have no doubt my daughter was well on her way to bunions. If the shoe doesn't feel right, leave and return because feet change through the day and getting the best fit is/was a huge difference. The historic craftsman repurposed to a dance clothing store is charming. Every time I go there I spend extra time looking at the beautiful items and even took my husband for a tour.

My husband had to call multiple times for one of the girls up at the register to come and help us with shoe sizes. Both girls on their phones, up front. Finally, one of the girls notice and starts to walk back towards us. Then a guy comes walking out of who knows where, approaching the girl and telling her she needed to stay at the back end and watch the area. Perhaps the store manager? He handled the situation very professionally and the girl stayed at the back end. I mean come on, if you have customers in your store you should NOT be on your phone unless you're on your own time, like on lunch. What a crazy generation we live in now. We finally got assisted, tried on sizes and we were ready to check out. At the register, another customer walks in and THAT person is greeted with a "welcome in". Uumm, yeah, I wasn't expecting that because we weren't greeted when both girls were taking care of a previous customer. Strange. They had sales going on and while walking around looking at the sales, they weren't too bad. I haven't shopped at a BIG 5 in over 9 years. So I'm not too sure what their prices would be like. They seemed pretty cheap compared to DICKS sporting goods and Scheels. The store is clean and organized and well maintained. They have an average amount of inventory, not a whole bunch. We needed navy blue leggings. All we saw were black, dark grey and multi-colored ones. Not a whole lot of color options to choose from. The sizes range from S-XXL and you'll be able to find the sizes needed because they're stocked up with each size between that range. Overall store quality is nice. Customer service, could be MUCH better. For me, the service is always my first impression as soon as I step into the doors. There's no time to be an unhappy or distracted retail worker. You're on the clock. It doesn't take a lot of energy to throw on a smile and greet everyone walking through the doors.

The shoes were super uncomfortable and after wearing them for only one hour, my feet were irritated and I couldn't even walk with them. It seems it's because of a defect in their design (there is a stiff plastic material on top of the shoes that rubs on the feet when used). I contacted their customer service and they did not accept returning or exchanging the shoes. They sent me instruction of how to wear a shoe. I'm never buying from ASICS again. Most uncomfortable shows. Even worse customer service.
