BEWARE OLD NAVY can deny your returns for no reason. We were NOT allowed to return our order to this Old Navy and were not given a reason why we couldn't return our order. You would think the store manager Danielle would have taken care of us, but she almost made my wife cry with how rude she was. This location has the most rude and unhelpful staff. I was at another location and they said I could exchange a gift that was outside of the return window which I was unaware of but that store didn't have much inventory so I came to this one instead and they said they couldn't do anything for me. I also tried to exchange a couple items that fell apart after being worn one time and they again said they don't do anything for quality issues/defective items but when I called customer service they told me something different and offered more help to me than they were in store and comped me for the inconsistency. They are supposed to take a look at the quality issue and evaluate which the manager at this store didn't even bother to do so I won't be returning to this location. read more

The selection at this store is great, all ranges of sizes and petite pants which is nice . Other than that the store itself leaves little to be desired. Dirty, unfriendly sales people, incredibly messy. It looks as though a clothing bomb ignited. Clothing is thrown about everywhere, giant piles, clothing on the floor and stock boxes in random aisles. The dressing rooms are disgusting, old snacks and spit on the mirrors. Ive never used so much hand sanitizer in my life. I realize much of this is due to customers who are inconsiderate. However maybe if they had more staff the store could be better cared for. read more

Be advised that they shut down their dressing rooms 30 minutes before they close. We had two pairs of shorts to try on, zero customers around, 20 minutes before they closed and they would not let us try them on. If the store closes at 9 it is reasonable to expect that we can shop, use the bathroom, or try on clothes there until 9. Not to mention that a little bit of flexibility goes a long way. We could have tried them on and checked out before they closed for the night. Instead I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

I loved Old Navy once upon a time, they were the only place I could find jeans that fit me and were always my go to shop. There used to be sections for curvy jeans, now they are thrown in with everything else, if they have them at all. I spent an hour or more sifting through every Jean pile desperate to find anything labeled curvy or tall. I ended up settling for pants that are too short for my legs, I needed them for work and there weren't any other options in my size. Feels like Old Navy has become like every other generic store, clothing for only short thin people. Ladies at the register were nice and the dressing room area was maintained well. read more

Man- talk about a disaster! The one star is generous, as I am unsure how anybody finds something to purchase here- considering the clothes are all in wads on the floor! Absolutely disgusting. I came here to do a return and look around and after waiting in line for 40 minutes (since the registers only had one cashier working) and seeing the disaster of the clothing all over the ground I thought "yeah... no thanks". I hate shopping but this place takes it to the next level. It is messy, dirty, and dilapidated. There were clothes and shoes all over the floor and nothing seemed to be in the right place. The best way to describe this location is "HOT MESS"! I have been to a ton of Old Navy stores and I have never seen one look this bad. It resembled the aftermath of a bomb going off. Inventory was abundant, but it was not organized. They had so many clothes thrown all over the store on the floor, pricing signs were not accurate at all. Some of the pricing signs was in the wrong section altogether. The fitting room lacked an attendant & there were bins overflowing with clothes that needed to be put back on the rack. Employees were very difficult to find & identify because most of them were not wearing a name tag. I ended up just leaving and didn't even attempt to locate what I was looking for. This store has a lot of work in front of them if they want to stay open. read more

I love old navy but not this store. My boyfriend and I went to find some summer clothes and walked into what looked like a tornado had hit. Nothing was organized, it was a complete mess. Too much inventory for such a small space for retail and never organized. It's not even fun to go into this old navy and shop anymore. It's so sloppy looking and disorganized. I would rather see less inventory and have the retail space be clean and organized than too much inventory and it look like my sons bedroom. Messy, dirty, and the most disorganized stores I've ever seen. I called and asked for three shirts to be placed on hold. I went to pick them up and they had no idea where they would be. I stood there and explained that I spoke to a nice lady who took my name and repeated my order so they must be there somewhere... but the 4 young adults behind the counter where stupefied and had no idea what to do. They roamed around looking in odd places until they gave up. I am patient and enjoy shopping but this experience was the worst! They need some real help! My husband said he's never seen anything like it; their cash registers need up dated, their store needs cleaned and merchandise needs organized desperately! Old Navy has good teen clothes so that's what's keeping business going, but I just can't believe how terrible it is in there. read more

I know this location has gotten a bad rap for being a mess, but recently I think they've really improved the cleanliness of their store. It always looks like a bomb has gone off in this store, with things strewn everywhere! It makes it very difficult to find anything you need. There are a few employees that are helpful, but had two employees yesterday who were visibly annoyed that I asked if they knew whether something was on sale, replied with , "I don't know, I don't see a sign" and walked off. read more

Some employees at this location are absolute worthless the effort to even wanting to work at this place. Previous reviews says the same thing! Messy, dirty, a chaos when you want to look for sizes. It happened to me when I ordered on line and picked up at this store they had my clothes all bunched up together in the bag like a donations station. Seriously! What's going on? Is anyone at the corporate office are even reading these reviews? Customers are complaining and no one are taking notice. I am very disappointed. Not only is the working environment less then inviting. I worked there less then 2 days and was disgusted. I was training in the the fitting room area which lets be honest in the time of pandemic is very rare to be operating, When i walked over there it seemed the heater had kicked on and i kid you not, a woman was sitting on one of the benches there are waiting for her daughter to try some things on and this woman was getting covered in lint and dust and debris from the air vents i'm talking huge clumps literally could of called it snowing in there check out under the benches in the dressing area. I had seen dusters that looked brand new lets guess why?. They had never been used clearly. I walked over to the person training me and told her to call a manager over there to tell her turn the air off it was embarrassing and extremely unhealthy. Not only that the mirror near the boys section by the restroom had probably still has the largest hand streak down it. was it a a kid with wet hand who knows could be snot for all we know. Way to keep the community clean and safe Old Navy, I started on a Monday and by Wednesday i was done there had been food crumbs in the baby section sense the day i walked in there. This isn't even the craziest part...The restroom is shared between customers and employees picture will speak for itself As someone that came from industrial cleaning my head wanted to explode. I had asked a co worker if anyone ever even swept in here, the response was nothing i didn't expect, " maybe sometimes' more like maybe never. The management here is quite young and what seemed more interested in chatting it up other then maintaining cleanliness and positive energy in the store. This store is an absolute disaster. Always a mess, no signs or price tags, (they're probably burried underneath the piles of clothes) The jewelry is absolutely horrific and the changing area probably needs to be pressure washed with bleach a few times over. I would not subject myself to the disastrous mess that is those dressing rooms, unless I was paid a fair amount of money. The line to check out was clear to the back of the store and and the clothes were filthy. If you're that desperate for a graphic tee and mom jeans, Amazon has got you covered. Reading past comments is a shock! I had such a great experience at Old Navy today. I HATE shopping. Yet, I have never been so pleased with a store and team of individuals. The employees were working focused and busy, yet took time to offer assistance to me and many others. The cashier was so kind and friendly and patient with me as I sorted though the needs vs wants for our family. She helped me to find a coupon I had signed up for, so I was able to buy all that I needed and more. I was so happy and thankful to her that I wanted to thank her manger, but she was the manager! I told her she was a blessing and thanked her again. What she doesn't know... Is that tonight she helped the family of a Veteran that can no longer work from serving and his family. What she didn't know... Is the prayer I carried in my heart, that I would be able to get the items my kids needed for Summer. We were able to buy our needs...and our wants. What a DUMP!!! (yes that's three exclamation points) This place has to be one of the messiest un-kept stores that I have ever seen and it wasn't for the lack of employees on staff because there seemed to be plenty. The only section that wasn't a disaster was the baby section in the back corner. Seriously, this store need to get a clue, new management staff or something before they have to hire someone to stand out on the streets to hold one of those "Going out of business signs." I love Old Navy. Especially their deals. But to be honest their sales are tricky. I've found great deals that are clearly marked on sale, and bring them up to the register, only to find they are still full price. Six times now, I walked the worker back to show them that it was clearly marked. Twice they gave it to me as marked. Four times they took the sign off and told me too bad, it shouldn't have been marked. So I didn't buy them. It's a messy store, and they could be nicer about their mistakes. read more
