I went shopping at this location while visiting family out in Arizona. The location is a very conveniently placed one. Not a terribly busy shopping complex in the daytime. I went because they had the black Friday sale. I was not disappointed. They had a wide variety and selection of products. I was able to find stuff for my winter wardrobe pretty easy. I have lost over 117 pounds and my closet was pretty threadbare for Winter clothes. I managed to rack up some good deals. The store is neat and well organized. The staff is wonderfully attentive. I had no problem getting help finding what I needed. Very positive shopping experience and would recommend coming here anytime. read more

I spent about an hour looking at everything they had to offer. I settled on a shirt that was $49.95 and had a coupon for $25. Off when you spend $50.00. They said I couldn't use the coupon because I was a nickel short of it being $50.00. They suggested I buy sunglasses or a hair accessory. To me that's bad business over a nickel and so I walked away and left. I won't be shopping at Lane Bryant for a long, long time. read more

Customer service online is nonexistent. Representatives transfer you over and over with no resolution. I've requested refund due to order was delivered to wrong address which was verified by representative last week. Promised refund 3-5days. Haven't received anything! I've lost quite a bit of weight recently, so I needed new bras and to be fitted for a new size. The associate I saw, Heather, was really awesome in helping me out, showing me different styles of bra and explaining a bit about how to make them more comfortable. I ended up finding some great bras and even some matching underwear which is always a bonus. I'll definetly be coming back. read more

I had already called corporate AND the store I shopped(Goodyear, Az) and let them know the ladies that helped me that NEED to be recognized and praised for going above and beyond in ALL aspects. I was having a VERY emotional time because I have lost over 200 pounds and I was having trouble finding pants to cover my problem areas of my legs. These ladies pulled together as a team and just made me feel like I DO belong in public shopping without feeling embarrassed and I SHOULD be proud of my accomplishment. Well today was sufficiently awkward at this Lane Bryant location. Went in to quickly try on/grab some leggings. Nothing special. Was approached by a younger sales associate and inquired about their athletic wear. She pointed me in the direction of that section, and proceeded to tell me they were about to do a drawing for a sweepstakes. She handed me a card and went to grab a pen. As she came back with a pen, another associate - possibly the manager(?) starts yelling from across the store that I couldn't enter the sweepstakes, it was too late, they had to do the drawing now, and "she" (me) could enter the next one...it was a very odd situation and as a customer made me feel some how in the wrong? The two of them engaged in a conversation about how one of their headsets must not be working which was why there was yelling? Ok...but if your headset didn't work, maybe walk quickly to the associate you want to speak to and have a conversation rather than yell? Needless to say, I wanted to try on leggings before I even came in the store - because their longer leggings do not always fit around the ankle...however, now I just plain ol didn't want to be in the store. So I grabbed my items. The woman who yelled across the store then casually but awkwardly offered an apology and told me to enter the next sweepstakes in 20 minutes. I declined, paid for my items, and left. Way to kill the mood with this uncomfortable situation. read more

I'd had a negative experience at another store and went in to this one hoping to buy the same outfit just at another location. My daughter was with me and told the staff of the experience at the other store. I was treated like royalty here. Somehow, Emily remembers my name and Nancy and Tee and the other ladies were so helpful in picking out great new colors I would have never chosen in two pair of leggings, a warmup, tees and the pants I originally came in for! I am now inspired to organize my closet so I can shop more!!They were all so friendly and fun to chat with, I told them I could see us all going out to lunch! This lane Bryant is a hit or a mis. I have been buying things for my wife here for years, some days I go in the ladies are very helpful but most of the time they are totally rude especially if it is a skinny girl. Lane Bryant has opened a new location over at Tanger Outlet Mall the ladies that work there are all ways friendly. So friendly they even went so far as to model a dress for me. read more

Both I, and the people with me, all agreed that the staff was snobby and rude, almost fake. Customer service is not their expertise. They were not welcoming, attentive, or kind. Will not be returning to this location. As someone who has worked in managerial customer service positions for 9 years, trust me when i say i am not normally one to complain, because i know we all have bad days. But for all four women working to be acting the same, bratty way? Not cool. Much rather drive thr extra ten minutes to Tanger. Also, this store has a much smaller selection and sales.. read more
