We frequent Macy's a lot when needing to get clothes for occasions. They have multiple entrances, so parking usually isn't an issue here. The mall can get really busy during holidays, so it may be harder to find parking during these times. The entrance by the ladies/junior section has a women's restroom conveniently located by the fitting room. I have used this restroom often, and it's usually clean. Macy's sale racks are worth checking out. I found a cute sweater dress marked down for $22 that was on last act that I purchased. Original price was $80. I love a good sale. Fitting rooms are available in many of the departments, so that's never an issue. Most of the workers are helpful. This location also has a whole area for Macy's Backstage which is more clearance/marked down items. I found a pair of boots that were my size for $5, but unfortunately they were too tight so I decided not to purchase.

The downstairs is divided up behind interior walls and the signage above the wide arch doorways directs you to the various sub departments. Walking into the store, one cannot help but smell all the pleasurable fragrances in their vast perfume areas. The store is bright, inviting and absolutely sparkles. Eventually I found the men's department up the escalator on the second floor. I was also looking for the "boys" department or young men's area but never found a specific area with those smaller sizes for teen boys. The sizing on pajamas has grown out of portion for a normal size person. Think of the swimming trunks for men these days. Some of them go down to your calves. I wear a large size in clothing. The small size of pajamas is like wearing a tent. The pants were a foot too long and the cuff of the long sleeves of the shirt went six inches past my wrist. This is why I was looking for young men sizes but they probably don't wear the matching pajamas style anymore. The did have a sale on the pajamas I did find. They were really marked down compared to other department stores. But not enough to offset the alterations costs for me.

I sought out this store to exchange a Christmas gift. I received a shirt that was too big. During…read morethe exchange process, an employee stated my brand of shirt, Roper, runs a size larger than normal. The cashier took my shirt and told me to select another shirt to replace mine. The store was big but I stopped at the first shirt section I came to. The selection of shirts was much more extensive than I was expecting and this was only one section in the men's clothing area. There were other areas of shirts to browse but I was able to find what I liked right away. The Western style shirt I selected to exchange was the second one I picked because the first one did not have a medium size on the rack. I tried it on over my shirt I was wearing just make sure it was the right size. I liked the deep blue snaps on that shirt. I ended up having to pay another seven dollars for the Cody James shirt I selected because I believe the original gift shirt was on sale. It still cost less than $50 and was a high quality, expensive looking patterned Western cut shirt. I didn't know this store existed previously so now that I know it's here, I will come back to shop for future needs.

My wife, who was using a cane asked about it and they only let people in wheel chairs come in and out of that entrance. I found that to be inconsiderate. Sure, most of their clients are in good shape if they are runners. But for us, it wasn't a great start to our experience. Inside, the space is small, but tidy. There were several racks of women's athletic wear and some accessories near the front check out counter. I will say that they woman working was otherwise helpful in finding something for us and since she was wearing some of the clothing herself, it was easy to see how the fit of the garments looked. Because it is a specialty boutique that carries quality clothing, the price was a bit of a shock to me. However, my wife didn't bat an eye because she informed me that the prices were what she expected. I defer to her expertise in these things. I ordered a shirt from this boutique and did not receive it for OVER 2.5 weeks. BUT that was after I emailed the customer service email over 5 times (no response to any email), sent facebook messages to the boutiques page(they read them but again failed to respond to any of the messages), and even went as far as emailing the owners personal page. Apparently it is okay to take a customers money and not send the product promptly. Finally after a little more than 2 weeks the owner responded and sent me the shirt....... ONLY to get the shirt in the WRONG size with stains and holes in it. Talk about frustrated! I will NEVER shop there again and made sure to let all my friends, co-workers, and family know how awful the customer service is, the lack of responsibility, and quality (or lack there of) of the products. My recommendation to everyone reading this go shop somewhere else like Dottie Couture! They have the best clothes with the best prices and the most amazing customer service and staff! UPDATE: The owner reached out to me via facebook messenger 19 minutes after this review was posted..... Weird considering no one can respond to emails about the missing product but can respond within 20 minutes of a bad review. Further more, she proceeded to argue with me about when it was shipped out. It was shipped out 14 days after she received my payment to her direct PayPal account. Warning: if you try to confront her or bring any issue up about products she will argue with you and proceed to block you on facebook from the boutique and the VIP group to avoid bad reviews. She also deletes any google review on her page if it is a bad one. Personally, as an owner you should NEVER argue with the customers. If I were the owner I would want to do anything to make it right since a store front was just opened. But hey maybe that is just me.
