The service I received picking up an online order was just as great as when I shop in store - which is exceptional. I don't know what they look for in an employee when they hire, but it definitely appears to be strong customer service skills. The three women who helped me during my last two visits were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I wish I had grabbed their names to give them the credit they deserve. 6/7/2023 1:20 PM Not one employee acknowledged us throughout the 20 minutes we attempted to shop around the store and ignored us standing in front of the fitting rooms for 5 minutes while waiting. The blonde haired employee and other dark haired employee instead talked for 20 minutes with another lady (very loudly might I add to where they could be heard across the store) about inappropriate topics such as their periods, vaginas, and uterus. Even after the other woman finally left, they continued to talk amongst themselves at the front counter and not once offer assistance. This was extremely rude and unprofessional on so many levels and we decided to leave and not purchase any items simply because of this. read more

I thought my experience wasnt going to be great. I went in and tried on a new bra and was thrilled with it in the store. I bought 3 of the same style. I wore it the next day and HATED it. I went home and changed bras in order to be comfortable again. I decided to go back and return the two bras that I didn't take the tags off. I explained my situation and they listened and helped me find a different bra that fit me and one that I was happy with. Since I bought my bras on a promo, they extended the promo to my exchange, even though the promo expired the night before when I was there. Came down for the semi annual sale the day the mayor said we were closing up all the stores again because of Covid so I ran down ! The ladies here are very nice and helpful. Especially the one with all the tats. It felt very comfortable being inside. They were working hard with all this social distancing stuff going on and again being very informative to all us needy ladies in the store. Good experience. Got like 6 bras. I couldn't try them on so I was super nervous about that especially because I knew my size had changed since my last purchase. They provided me a tape measure and helped me decide my current bra size. They were pretty spot on. Only one I had to return the next day to get a smaller size. It was my first time at this location in Victoria gardens. I'll be coming here again. read more

My cousin and I were out for a bit of cousin time. We were going to have lunch and were told it would be a 30 minute wait, so we decided to take advantage of that time and walked over to Lane Bryant. We were pleasantly surprised to see the store was well stocked and most items on SALE. We were in. It took us about 10 minutes to get what we wanted and we quickly got into line to pay, after waiting about 10 minutes I asked if there only had 1-Cashier to handle the 6 people waiting + the lady who was at the cash register returning and buying things, she took up a lot of time for the cashier. Once I asked I was told they could only have 1-Cash register open because it was the ONLY one with a "sneeze guard" this so called guard was made of plexiglas AND movable and they're telling me, that the gods that be, couldn't put in a second one??? UNBELIEVABLE, both cash registers were more then 6-ft apart. I felt bad for Jenny the cashier cause we were not happy by the wait, and I'm sure she got the brunt of it, but the whole time she was very nice, engaging and taking care of people quickly, without making them feel pushed through. If it hadn't been for Jenny I would have given 1 star. Jenny saved you guys!! read more

I wish I had read the comments before coming today. Both girls there today were BEYOND HORRIBLE!!!! SPECIALLY HORSTINE!!! i was suppossed to spend $100 to use my $50 real woman dollars. She grabs one and says you cant use both because you dont reach the amount and never told me how short I was of the $100...and when I did my math i was short ONE DOLLAR! Why couldn't she tell me? But since I refused to use only one reward she had to ring the transaction again...also the other woman was speaking rudely to another coworker... My previous experience was great with DELIA...sadly she wasn't there today. Anyway Avoid this store unless Delia is there...saves you the headache and bad taste this store left me with. read more

I'm an experienced Lane Bryant shopper and I enjoy shopping at LB for professional work clothes and my undergarments, but NOT THIS ONE!! Every experience here has been on the poor side but it's the only NON indoor mall LB around the area and I only go here for one or two things I need, not a whole shopping trip or haul. Customer service - poor (the girls are never helpful & always have an attitude, which I don't experience at other LB's usually) Variety & quantity of products - poor (its one of the smallest stores I've ever been too) They don't have a lot to choose from, especially the bras & underwear. Cleanliness - average I try not to come here that often, but I hate having to park at the Ontario Mills & walk so far to get to the store inside the mall. Unfortunately, the other NON-Mall LB closed up so this is my closest, convenient choice. I also prefer to go to the Montclair Mall and visit the LB in there if I need more than a couple things. I have better experiences at other Lane Bryant's - so girls don't let this store deter you from LB's. As others have said, horrible customer service here at this location and that's my biggest issue with them! read more

The ONLY reason I am giving this review 5 stars is because of Jenni. I have been in this store multiple times and it is always a hit and miss on customer service. Even the managers has been terrible and treated me and my mother terribly. But Jenni? SHE is the reason I would ever come back and shop here. Alright, the deal with LB is that they make clothes for fat girls. They tend to be more expensive, but the clothes usually last forever. I LOVE their bras, they're pretty, they fit and they're super comfy. The lace thongs are amazing! Super sexy, they don't go riding where they're not supposed to go, lol and the boys love them! 3 for 25, a bit expensive, but totally worth it! The women who work here are usually pretty darn helpful, and for some reason, this store carries a lot more stuff than the one in the Terra Vista Center. read more

Honestly if you read the bad reviews they are old and never have I met a rude styler here. My go to lady for any thing is Jenni. No only is she honest but she truly gets the struggle. I'm really surprised to see the negative comments about this store. It's my absolute favorite LB. As far as customer service goes, it's always fine for me, I'm always greeted when I come in & I never have to wait a long time for assistance all the girls are friendly & the manager Joanna Lopez goes out of her way to make the customers feel at home, even when they are being totally unreasonable. I was actually in the store when a customer was being so incredibly rude, and Joanna took it all in stride! Something I'd never be able to pull off. Good job Rancho LB....good job J. No hello when I walked in. I explained I bought an item a few months back, pulled it out to wrap it and the electronic theft device was still on. Got another gift but forgot to bring back until now. They told me I had to bring it back to the store I bought it from.... Really? Your a chain. On that note I've always taken very good care of my credit and I love the fact that they offer credit card but I'm definitely closing my account one overlooked balance of $2 and they charge me late fees acquiring a balance of $70 is ridiculous and when I called and asked why I haven't heard about these fees either though mail or phone I got no explanation. So I order bras from the internet, because they had a great sale on them but one get one. Spent $100.00 on 6 items 4 bras and 2 sweaters. I picked up my order and tried on the bras at the store, but ... the bras didn't fit so I was hoping to get 4 bras on a exchange. Too bad the associates didn't want a sale . They basically told me to get a bra extender, or get another bra more expensive. So I said do I still get the sale . No ... but The associate did a return before I could even look around. Went to this store yesterday and I must say they have the worst customer service I have ever seen or experienced. Before going to the store I called twice, once to check hours and the second time to see where they were located, a woman named Joanne picked up the phone both times, and she was unbelievably rude both times, she has no phone etiquette, customer service skills, and no sales skills. I came into the store, really not greeted by anyone. There was a woman (short brown hair) talking with a customer , who was also an employee on her off day. There was also another girl (African American) ringing up another customer. I literally stood there for over 5 minutes before assistance was offered. The lady with the shirt brown hair totally walked right by me and asked another customer if she needed help (I was there before this other customer) after helping the other customer, the associate then ask me if I had a question, I told her I was coming to try on an item I had placed on hold. After trying on the item and determining I did not like it, I found another shirt and decided to purchase it. Once at the counter the associate ( short brown hair) was signing someone up for a card, after age finished , she told me she would be right with them, and walked off and started folding shirts! So I again, stood in line waiting to be assisted, at this point there was about 3-5 people in line! This was very poor customer service, I will never shop here again. I've been thinking about this experience and I will probably return the item I bought! I do not want to spend my money at any business that does not value, appreciate, or treat customers with respect! read more

I've had some bad experiences with this Lane Bryant but I gave it another shot because I was desperate for an outfit for a wedding . I was greeted by this young lady. She asked me what I was shopping for I told her I looking for an outfit preferably not a dress but some dress pants for a wedding, the sales associate deshawna helped me find a few dress pants and some cute tops I was not feeling a dress but she encouraged me to try it and and I fell in love with it she showed me what type of jewelry to pair it with she helped me shop for other outfits. So sad what's happened to this location since they opened the mall years ago. The selection just keeps getting uglier and the service here...even worse. I walked around the store for a good 20 minutes before anyone even bothered to look at me or say hello. The whole store is supposed to be 40% off, but to find my size in bras or panties is nearly impossible and when i asked for more thongs in a 14/16 or 18/20 the girl on the phone behind the counter loked at me like was crazy! I think she was annoyed when i wouldn't give her my phone number to put into their computer system and i probably will not go back to this store again.
