The ladies here can be a hit and miss when they are helping you. I had to exchange an item. They told me it was out of stock and they will need to order it. I agreed to them ordering it for me and calling me when it was available. The cashier told me they had one in the back and she brought it. I guess the other lady was just not motivated enough to go and find it. For what they charge, they should have more motivation to provide a better experience when shopping and spending money like that. read more

The offer to order online but a lot of the times customers need the items that day. I recommend they order more of size small and medium sizes if they know they are a high volume store. I visited the Lululemon Rancho Cucamonga store on November 29, 2024, after receiving an online order with the security tag still attached. I had to drive to the store to get it removed. When I arrived, the staff showed no apology and no sense of responsibility, even though this mistake came from Lululemon. They asked me to wait on the side, and I ended up waiting 30 minutes before the assistant manager on duty came out -- a female manager whose name starts with B. Her attitude was extremely disappointing: impatient, dismissive, and unfriendly. She repeatedly told me that "online orders have nothing to do with the store," and still offered no apology, no courtesy, and no basic professionalism. As a long-time customer, this is by far the worst service I've experienced at Lululemon. I hope the company takes this seriously and improves the management at this location. read more

Bought the palazzo pant on 4/5 and had to get them hemmed because they were excessively long. I'm 5'7 for reference. The thing that got me was that they said it would take 7 to 10 business days to get the pants back and it took 15 business days or three weeks to get the pants returned to me. I finally received an email notifying me my pants were ready and when I went to pick them up, the lady grabbed the pants for me in the back and asked me if I wanted a bag. Umm yeah, I need a bag, it should be common sense. Do you expect me to walk around the mall with pants in my hand? Secondly, I got my new pants back all wrinkled, you would think if you're paying $128 for some yoga pants it wouldn't look like someone had them in a clothes hamper for 3 weeks. read more

I went in and received the best service from Madison today on 1/5/26. After going to the Lululemon in Tyler Mall, and having issues with getting a pair of leggings quality promised, I was quite disappointed since I had the physical receipt yet when it didn't show up on my account I was told that nothing could be done. I decided to come to a different store with the home of getting the issue solved. That's when Madison was able to solve the issue with no problems and was extremely helpful in the process. Yesterday, my husband took me shopping for my 50th birthday. I bought a jacket at the Lululemon store and then we went to grab lunch and drinks. While at lunch, my wallet was stolen out of my purse. I was notified by my bank that someone just tried to run $2200 and then $900 At Lululemon. My husband and I ran to the store and saw the couple using my stolen cards. They did get away but the employees at Lulu were amazing and gave reports to the police. Andres, the manager on duty even offered to refund me for my jacket! Visited this location 8/25 around 11 am and the lady who helped my husband and I check out, unfortunately made it an awkward experience. At first she was kind but as soon as I inquired about my husbands law enforcement discount being linked to our account, her entire demeanor changed. We had two emails on file and neither had his discount linked, no big deal he was present with all required identification needed. He provided his work ID and drivers licenses as requested but she rudely made it a point this was a "one time courtesy " and "next time we won't honor it, you need to do it before online before you come in" then I mentioned one of the two items bought was a gift and if I could have one additional bag . She ignored my request and decided to tell me if I buy for other people than my discount will be revoked on the "back end". So I said okay and again asked for one additional check out bag , which she eventually gave me. My husband and I definitely felt a change of attitude the moment we announced we were a law enforcement family, this employee should be more professional and not let her obvious negative personal feelings regarding law enforcement conflict with her work because she represents lululemon. read more

I love the clothing but the in-store experience is meh! They never have a size or color you're looking for. Especially, if you're wanting a XL or larger size. Their return policy is only 30 days with tags attached. You can order something and their shipping takes forever and I mean, forever! You ask them about it and you'll get the response, "When I order stuff, I get it fast!" This is false information. I never received a package fast from this retailer or know someone that has. Returns are easy at this location if you buy online. The colors and design are very basic. Parking sucks! With all this mentioned, I love LuLuLemon clothes but really love buying online instead. I went to this location to pick out some Christmas presents. I had found some items that I was going to purchase and was standing in line. Along the line is a display table with some of the belt bags. I was looking at the different colors but didn't like the colors that were on the table (all of the bags were black or Disney print). I saw one of the staff members had opened a drawer on the display and in the drawer there were many different colors that were not on the table. When I got closer to the drawer I opened it and pulled out the pink bag I had seen. That is the color I had been looking for. The employee walked up behind me and loudly yelled at me to not open the drawer and that was there overflow stock. I put my items down and walked out of the store. I ended up purchasing the items online. The employee was extremely rude and never asked if I needed help or anything. I felt like I was being scolded like a child. They even helped me to order the right size online.My only issue is answering my phone call .Multiple times of calling the store but no one answered. I left a message but no return call. Over the years this location has become easily one of my worst ones to do business with. I'm not sure if it's because it's located in Victoria Gardens, so it is Rancho Cucamonga and one of the "nicer" areas of the Inland Empire, but the associates in this location have a sense of snobbery with their interactions with you. The interactions with associates is much better at the locations in South Coast Plaza, Irvine Spectrum, or Fashion Island. So locations where there is a clear difference in income levels compared to the Inland Empire in areas, but a much better user experience in terms of service and associate interactions. Better interactions with customers can lead to higher chances of sales and increasing overall store profits, but I know which store I won't purchase things from anymore. read more

On Thursday evening around 3pm me and my friend went in this store to look for a specific item. We were watched and followed around the store by this lady who had burgundy hair with a red sash around her and body. She did NOT greet us when we walked in. Instead she watched us and followed us around the store which was uncomfortable and made me not want to shop there ever again. Keep in mind this was my first and LAST time ever coming here. But it didn't stop there. "The wait list is currently approximately 50 minutes." So I waited an hour to make an exchange, not how I wanted to spend my Friday afternoon, but I needed to make the exchange. After an hour I was told there were still 4 people ahead of me on the waitlist and they didn't know how much longer it would be. Apparently their employees were feeling uncomfortable allowing 9 people in the store, so they were now only allowing 4. My time is valuable, I am disappointed that Lululemon does not appreciate my time. I believe they could have safely and easily allowed me to make an exchange, even if it was outdoors. I absolutely love lululemon products, and when I saw the flare leggings I was super excited! Unfortunately, they were extremely long on me. An employee told me that if I wanted to try and hem them, I could always return them if I still didn't like the fit after hemming. Unfortunately, they still looked funny on me. been to sooo many locations across the country and this location consistently has the worse customer service. 1 star because they have a virtual check in so you don't have to stand in line the entire 1.5 hours. Another star bc have 5 customers in the store at one time so I appreciate that they're abiding by COVID regulations. They have about 4-6 workers at one time and even with a limited number of customers they don't bother to help you out at allll. they're appear to be busy standing at the front doing nothing. can't wait for Brea to open back up. read more
