I arrived at opening this morning. Two employees were kind enough to try to help me find what I was looking for. The items would be mixed in some sales bins. While looking through about 6 bins, trying to find specifically what I wanted, another employee:supervisor, who stood around holding an iPad, stood by monitoring me for about 20 minutes. She kept changing positions, but was always facing me. Totally awkward. I understand that they need to be careful with their products and making sure items aren't stolen, but she kept hovering around me so much that I almost left. Shout out to the cashier and other woman who were kind, but the hovering supervisor might be driving out some potential buyers. read more

The Victoria Secret employee was so nice. She helped me figure out my size and even gave me directions to Pink. Victoria Secret's Pink on the other hand... Why would I come in person for an exchange and you give me a refund? The cashier was training someone so I didn't say too much but I specifically asked for an EXCHANGE not a REFUND. Then she had the audacity to tell me it refunds automatically. I waited in that store for a few minutes before I left. It has now been almost 24 hours and I still don't have my money. Went in around noonish 10/14/24 and had a horrible experience with Tanya. She never smiled once and seemed like I was bothering her when she rang me out. She's very rude and unprofessional. She gave me smart ass answers to questions I had asked... I found something else on my way out of the store and another lady tried to send me back to Tanya to cash out again but I refused. She needs to work in the back where she won't have contact with customers with that attitude. read more

I want to give a huge shout out to BREANNA!!! I had the best shopping experience at the VS store in Victoria Gardens today! I wanted to give my husband a surprise since I don't typically buy sexy lingerie or underwear and I usually wear sport bras everyday. Breanna was the first person to greet me when I stepped into the store. I let her know I wanted to give my husband (whom we sent to wait at the coffee shop next door lol) a surprise and she understood the assignment PERFECTLY. I must say, Breanna HAS GREAT TASTE ANDDDDD SHE GOT MY BRA SIZED CORRECTLY. I left the store with a GIANT BAG of goodies and feeling super excited, and confident! THANK YOU SO MUCH BREANNA!!! Also, I tried on one of the items for my husband to see when I got home (keeping the rest to surprise him on separate days hehe) and his reaction showed me that lingerie is more powerful than caffeine. I want to give a big shout out to Lauren, she was super helpful here at the VS VG location. I had gone to the South Coast location a week ago because they had an exclusive drop for the FL&L location and I wanted to see the product and purchase at the store. Unfortunately the sizes were limited so I ended up having to order the product online. I was assured that the coupons I didn't have with me at the time could be used even after placing the order online. Fast forward to receiving my items (7 total) I went to the Corona location because I was visiting the area and it was convenient. The Corona location said I had to call Online Customer Service to do it. I called customer service and they said that the storefronts could do it. I had already left the area for the day. So I was a bit annoyed because no one seemed to be on the same page. So I come into VS and explained to Lauren that I was given the runaround from Corona and Online. She processed my order with no hassle whatsoever. So thank you Lauren you were a huge help I appreciate it! Worst service, my wife came out crying. Went to the store on December 13 at approx 1300. Wife was totally ignored when she walked in while other customers were greeted warmly and offered help. Wife wanted to try something on and everytime she tried to get staff's attention and was ignored. I went into check on her (I was on my phone outside) I had to get someone's attention for her. I went back outside to use my phone, and my wife came out a few minutes later in tears. Staff had ignored her again when she had a question so she put back the items she was interested in and came out. Dont want to say racism, but my wife appears black and other customers appeared white. Totally disappointed because my wife has been to other pink stores and had no trouble. please do not feel comfortable here if you are black. i was walking past and saw they had a sale on blankets for $25, before i could even pick the blanket up the lady that worked there was just watching me, didnt introduce herself and then offered to tell me the blankets were on the other side of the store. before i could walk to the other side side another lady didnt try n help me she just was staring at me, once i got the blanket she was starring at me so hard and when i caught her she was like do you want a basket? im like no you guys are hawking me, im not going to steal. i felt so uncomfortable and so angry. i still purchased the blanket but i am still so angry. not every black person steals, and if they were being helpful then why didnt she walk me to the blankets? i will not come back ever again. read more

This review is solely based on their Rewards system. I must say, I am extremely displeased. Last month I accumulated $80 (4 $20 Cards) worth in rewards. I tried to purchase 2 pairs of Leggings ($100 worth) using my Rewards (of course I would pay the difference) and was told by the Sales rep, I am only allowed to use one $20 card per transaction. So then I split the order in two separate transactions and used 2 $20 Rewards cards and had 2 pay $60 out of my own pocket. I still had 2 $20 Rewards cards left, which both had the expiration dates of this week. So I decided to get $40 worth of merchandise, and thought I can split it in 2 separate transactions. I was so wrong:( The Sales Rep then said "Each purchase needs to be more than $50 in order to use a Rewards Cards." This is very disappointing. This doesn't feel like a Reward Card at all! More like a hook to get you to purchase more items. read more

Went to this store today with my 12 year old cousin after going in yesterday to purchase over $300 worth of items to exchange one size I accidentally grabbed incorrectly. While I was waiting in line WITH my receipt I had to go grab the new item for the even exchange (I left the receipt and wrong size item with the cashier). As I'm waiting in line again for my turn the tall skinny blonde manager starts talking to a pair of customers behind me and says "I am so sorry that we have people stealing I've called security". I didn't pay any attention because I've already handed my receipt and wrong sized bra to the cashier, gone to retrieve my new item and am now waiting to exchange them. The older managers then start disparaging my appearance at this point, with "how dare she come in her with her fake ass coach bag"... it's real and coach is not something you buy a knock off of because it's not expensive sooo lol okay. I say nothing because I've done nothing wrong and I am not someone to cause a scene unnecessarily it's uncouth. I go through the transaction and head on my way over to pink because I still need more things and I no longer want to shop at this store anymore. As I'm looking through Pink and grabbing the items I want this VS manager walks in and starts talking to the pink manager loudly announcing "oh I'm here because people who wanted to steal at my store are now in your store" .... My cousin and I were the only people in the store I ignore the her because at this point she's wrong I would willing let security search me and I'm buying the additional $140 worth of stuff I came in to get anyways. The girl that is working the floor rushed over and asked us If we would like a bag for our items and I take it and thank her because she seems apologetic that her managers were being freaking horrible. At this point I have what I want to get and so floor girl walks up with us rings me up and as I look back the managers have moved from their spot in front of the door to the middle of the store like a barricade... but I don't care because just like I PURCHASED my items yesterday, I have yet again today. She then yells byyyyeee ladieessss as we're leaving, I ignore her because she's pathetic. But wait there's more.... As myself and my 12 year old cousin are walking out guess who's there staring us down... the security guard he takes one look at the bags with our PURCHASED items and rolls his eyes and turns to have a conversation with one of the kiosk men outside. I have a feeling she cries wolf a lot. But seriously Is this a thing now? Treating your customers poorly so that we only purchase things online making your storefront obsolete... or are you trying to drive sales to your competitors? What a terrible experience, every piece of undergarments the 4 women in my household owns is Victorias Secret/Pink and now I need to find us a new brand. read more

The sales ladies at Victoria's Secret used to be super helpful. They would welcome you when you came in and you could always find someone to help you with sizing. I went into both Victoria's Secret stores at Victoria Gardens and one did not help me at all with anything -even getting into a dressing room and the other one left me in the dressing room and never came back to help me with sizing. I'm very disappointed in the service. Today as I was on FaceTime with my 55 year old aunt she entered Victoria Secret to purchase a few pink items for her daughter in law, to make it plain and simple she was treated like trash. During her purchase her items were thrown. Anything she said the young lady rolled her eyes and made sarcastic remarks. At the end of the purchase the you lady did not say thank you or anything just basically get out.. manager Lezly Guzman told my aunt her employees don't have to say thank they don't have to do anything. As my aunt proceeded to walk out the store she turned around and returned all the items she bought. We are both canceling our Victoria Secret Lesley Guzman should loose her job and and all employees should be redirected on how to treat people . For her to state my employees do not have to say thank after making a purchase is no right and all because my aunt is a woman of color. The customer service from this store was impressive tonight! I was able to get a fitting that was fast painless and catered to my needs and style, Anna was super sweet and very helpful. Then I had the pleasure of meeting with Haydee (who I found out later was the store Manager) and she was a gem! She informed me of a sale and helped me get some beautiful new bras for a GREAT deal! She was so kind and friendly! You know how you meet people sometimes and you can tell that they are genuine and sweet and easy to talk to? That was her! She really made my night! One of the most frustrating stores in my opinion. The lines are always long with about 10-15 people and what should be a 10-15 minute wait in line turns out to be a 25-35 minute wait. My first attempt to reach the register was a few days ago, I waited for 35 minutes in line but left because my meters time was up and I still had 3 people in front of me. My second attempt was today, I finally made it to the register at a record breaking time 35 minutes! They are very poorly understaffed, not enough help for customers that have questions and definitely not enough man power to clear out the customers waiting in line. read more
