I love fashion Q, but same products are scattered in different places. I was looking for WAX JEAN shorts. Some were hanging, some were on tables. Not a wide selection. I was looking for the cuffed shorts. Black only came in distressed (ripped). Mostly size S and M. No L. They also used to have XL, but couldn't find any. This was my go to store when i needed some cheap shein tops and didn't want to wait on shein shipping(clothes are very cheaply made and you get about 1-2 wears ) ive been shopping here for about 4 years this last experience was the worst went to the dressing room to try on some shirts the owner (older asian lady) knocks on all of the fitting room doors and ask everyone how many items they had (wtf how unprofessional if her workers were doing there job properly she should've had someone at the door taking care of that) not only was this unprofessional it was very cringy On the top of that she removed items out of the room while doing that she took my pretty little thing top So now im trying to get dressed and can't find the top i walked in with smh i try to call out to a worker to help me from the fitting room and she acted like she didn't hear me as soon as i walked out she walked in and took all of my clothes i tried on out? I normally don't write reviews, however I had a terrible experience coming into this store. I am a mid size girl and usually struggle finding things in my size at these type of stores however I came in with my sister to buy her graduation clothes for pictures. As i was helping her find some things, she went to try them on. Everything was fine until one of the young workers kept giving me the nastiest looks and side eying me. I tried to ignore it and even went out of my way to say hello with a smile, she ignored me gave me another nasty look and walked away. I grabbed my sister and told her i'm sorry but we aren't buying anything from this store. My confidence in myself definitely was dimmed that day. No matter someone's size no one should be treated that way. I hope the young lady matures and starts treating others better. Do not come here. I dealt with manager Kim and she was so rude. She got loud and angry with me when I kindly asked her for a exchange. I understood I was over the time frame about a week and a half over 14 day. But she refused stating they have new inventory and can't take it. But to my left RIGHT NEXT TO ME was the SAME EXACT shirt and pants. I had the tags attached still and receipt as well. When I pointed that out she got louder and asked angrily why I had to argue with her. I told her I wasn't and that I just didn't understand her reason for not taking the clothes if it was just invalidated. I then asked nicely for corporate number and she gave me either the store number or her phone number as it was pulled up as Rancho Cucamonga. I frequent this store to purchase work clothes. I came in today looking for a dress. Found one on a clearance rack that said "sale small size only". Liked the dress it had a price sticker of 3.99. Go up to the register to pay and the manager or owner states she cant sell the dress for that price, her Fontana location made a mistake with the tag and proceeded to rip off the tag. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Purchased some heels here for a wedding, on the following day, and The heel broke at the church. I hadn't even wore them more than 4 hours. Tried to exchange them the following day and the rude girl said "sorry no refunds or exchanges". REPORTED TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!! I received the worst customer service from this location. As a former retail customer service employee I know that the way I was treated was not at all okay. The store advertised that they close at 9 pm. I walked into the store around 8:40 while I was shopping the lights where turned off. When I asked to try the merchandise on the employee responded very rudely that they closed the fitting rooms early. The manager did not take proper action as her herself was very rude and told me to hurry up. The employees need to be retained or FIRED . This is beyond my control so I did report this business to the better business bureau. They need to resolve this matter if they are going to continue in business. read more

This company in general is horrible. I went to fashion Q in Victoria gardens on May 26. I then went June 1 because I need an exchange in my pants and I have the receipt and I was told I can do that within 14 days. I went to Victoria Gardens location and the store is no longer there. I called the number it's out of service. So then I call Victoria Gardens and speak to the hire of management and they said fashion Q has relocated they had a short term lease, I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied as a customer. The cashier mentioned nothing to me and I also tried to go to another fashion Q nearby and they would not except it because apparently fashion Q is split up by different owners and companies so I have been looking where I can do my refund or exchange . I am really angry because it doesn't say that on the receipt and none of the cashiers mention that so I try to be calm and talk to the cashier here and the manager. If they can just do this favor, I'll exchange it out evenly how are we as customers supposed to know fashion Q has different owners and different stores that's not our responsibility, so I was very upset. I like the clothes but you still can't try on. They don't offer refunds and only store credit and to make things worse they write the store credit on the receipt which is easy to lose or throw away. Always have the cutest, trendiest clothes that are cheap in price. However do not expect excellent service - it's not bad service it's just not SUPER friendly service. But They have a loyalty card that you earn points and can redeem once the total is over $10. They also give a 10% student discount. read more

Fashion Q used to be located at the Ontario Mills mall. When it was at the mall, the store was huge. They had everything from regular clothing, plus size clothing, lingerie, swimsuits, active wear, shoes, and tons of accessories. The last time I went there I spent about $400.00. I was thrilled to see such a large selection of plus size clothing that was very in style. I was in heaven! Now that they have moved to the Terra Vista Town Center, the large plus size clothing section has turned into one or two racks in the corner of the store. The new location is very small and there isn't as much selection. The options and styles were very limited from what they use to be. I am very disappointed in their move. The service there was not flattering. Two young ladies that were working there were more interested in their phones and talking to each other than the customer. This used to be a great store. Half of it was all plus size clothing. Over time, little by little, they have been removing plus size. Today when I walked in, I thought they completely got rid of plus size. I walked toward the back, and in the small corner was the plus size clothing. I love this place!! I came in looking for a few "country" items (flannel, florals, button-downs, etc.) and found SO MUCH country attire. I also found workwear, clubwear, jackets, basics and everything in between. The prices are great and so is the quality. I've been wearing my items to death and they're still holding up great - unlike when I buy something from Forever 21 and it shrinks in the wash the very first time. I've noticed that if Ross carries the same brand & style of dress its marked the Same price which is great because for the most part Fashion Q always has multiple sizes & colors.
