Then I looked up FL Air Flow Heating & Air and called them. An employee answered, followed up by text for my information and had someone at my house 4 hrs later. The team were polite, quickly applied pressure to push out the clog, and were gone in a matter of 15min or so. Price seemed fair for emergency service. I still haven't heard back from Jenkins, so I think I found my new provider.

The owner, Aldi is wonderful and made the process for servicing my HVAC so easy. He was transparent in his pricing and did a thorough diagnostic of my HVAC. When he came for the first visit, he bought Joe who was also so knowledgeable and helpful. I was so impressed in Aldi's and Joe's experience. They even told me issues my previous HVAC company did. I got my HVAc serviced and a UV bulb installed. I couldn't be more thrilled. I hope to continue getting service with Florida Air Flow Heating & Air.
