Partial my fault but after a year if you are going to go to change your practices, let your customers know. And last straw - asked if they had online payment and told unfortunately "no" but then my payment (cashiers check) conveniently gets lost somewhere between the post office and their store. So, double charge water $11. 2 month late fee $10. Lost payment and late fee $17..Total $38 of extra charge!! in a year and a half time. Also can tell a lot about a place by how the bettas look and are cared for. Happy to say the bettas I've seen look nice and always have had access to a bubbler and an actual small glass tank so that's a plus too! I can see why they recommend reconfiguring the install for a variety of reasons, most obviously the water logged tank but also the pvc fittings attached directly to the uv light. The uv filters tend to get hot and soften the pvc. Then you have leaks. Doesn't always happen but I've repaired more than I can remember. Also that 10" filter looks like it's disintegrating. I finally got the last of my 27 year old home water system upgraded…read more Mike came out and set me up with a temporary fix for a failing system. When he was done he grabbed a raw water sample to be analyzed for hardness among other things. With this info they were able to build the correct system for the proper treatment of my well water. We scheduled an install appointment and everything went very smooth. I was even out of town but Oregon Water Services has already earned my complete trust in their services. Knowing I was out of town, Mike still left me a voicemail letting me know he was arriving to swap out my softening system. When he was done he even texted me a pic of the completed work and let me know it was done, left me the instructions manual, programmed the system for me and even advised me on the proper salt for the new system! This new system is incredible! I had no idea that there could be such a difference in quality of water between a 1996 system and a 2022 system. My water was already clear, so it was surprising to see that it seemed even cleaner and tastes better. It even feels different in the shower. This upgrade makes me wish I had done it sooner. Thanks Mike and Oregon Water Services! Excellent work and excellent results once again!
