The driver for Lowell, Or went past our house at a high rate of speed in a 25 mph zone. 12:13 pm on 9-5-2024 It was very dangerous driving at that speed in this area since the road is torn up. This driver sprayed our property with dust and gravel. I contacted the company and reported the incident. I was told I would get a return call. Crickets...no response. Ive been requesting for 4 months for a supervisor to call me! We used to have a great thorough delivery driver and great communication. Now delivery dates are missed, rescheduled without warning, sometimes more than twice, then by the time i take my empties back in theres a delivery that i skipped and didnt pit bottles back out bc of zero communication ! I had 13 empty bottles backed up bc of poor delivery dates and communication. I've requested service to pickup empties and it keeps getting rescheduled! I have spent so much time calling and trying to get resolution or escalated management followup! You guys are about to lose a long time customer! Can't reach anyone in local office in Eugene EVER. You're forced to call the national number and then they can't help you because they can't reach out to the driver. On the topic of drivers, last month my new (terrible) driver just decided not to drop off my water on the day I needed aka the day was planned to be delivered for over a month. It was the day before a holiday so it ended up being delivered several days late. Absolutely unacceptable. They do not answer emails, and you can't get in touch with anyone. Hold times are ridiculous, and after hours on hold I've gotten nowhere The website doesn't work right, after setting up the account and password I get repeated "error on authentication" errors. I have reset the password and it says it's reset, then does the same thing. Everything just directs you to the "self service website", but if it doesn't work you're screwed because you can't see or pay your bill, request deliveries, or anything else. BUT, I had to wait a week since delivery here is once a month. Fine. Day of delivery, the driver texts an asks if I would meet 15 miles down the mountain to get my water. ​I'm appalled. What?! I was gonna be there anyway so I say yes. Driver tells me he delivers up there but not for a few more weeks. What??? It's today they said. He says no, sorry, here is a free bottle. He couldn't give me an exact date. I figure I will just cancel with them. I received a survey so I fill that out. Surprisingly, I get a call from Cody a supervisor I think. He wants to fix things. I'm shocked, honestly. He says they go to my town once a month on the 19th. He sent me an email with dates. Great!! I tell him my invoice says delivery is every 2 weeks. He didn't believe me but I readbit to him an he then believed. Hopefully he will have that fixed. So I tell him I will continue with them. He says give me a call if there's issues. Great!!! Worst company ever! False charges, managers do not call you back! I have been trying to fix my account since OCTOBER 2022 it is now February 2023 - they were supposed to credit my account back in august 2022 never happened I called multiple times never fixed, manager would not call me back. Total of 6 scheduled pick up (take your damn equipment BACK) no showed all 6 times - last no visit a supervised David Field scheduled and no showed again. But after two days of calling I finally get a call back and he says we show the equipment was picked up!!! No it's still outside my house! Biggest thing to take from this- this company had the nerve to send me to COLLECTIONS when they were the ones who wouldn't pick up their equipment! Terrible terrible terrible read more

When the unsolicited salesperson came in our door, they offered us a PERMANENT $5 per bottle rate, along with a free gift. Several months in, they raised the price $2.99 a bottle with NO warning. I contacted them about it, they were extremely rude, and basically told me "too bad". So I told them to come get their cooler and empty bottles. They did not come. So I contacted them again after the next bill when they charged me a late fee and for another month of rental, and they pretended like I never told them to come get their stuff and refused to adjust the bill to the PROPER amount, which was $7.97! They finally came and took the cooler and I returned TEN bottles. They only credited me for SIX! I sent a check for the $7.97, and I got another statement with ANOTHER late charge! I checked my bank, and they never cashed my check nor adjusted my bill. Now they're saying I owe them $70.90!!!! These people are as dishonest and shady as it gets, not to mention, the rudest reps I've dealt with for years. This company doesn't keep their word, they're rude AF, rarely have things they allegedly sell in stock, and try to rip people off. An EXTREMELY dishonest company! read more

This is the second time i had issues, delivery of defective cooler and no response from area manager or delivery person. Plugged in unit and made all types of noise and shook violently back and forth. Called customer service the second time today it seemed like i never called. We set up delivery online. Route agent changed delivery schedule and amounts without our consent. We ordered a specific water dispenser. He upgraded it to a more expensive model without our consent. When we ran out of water before the next scheduled delivery, we tried getting more water but they wouldn't deliver before the next scheduled delivery date. Don't waste your time and money here. I had Sierra Springs for over a year. They are a nightmare on many levels to deal with. The good news is that their water is good and I never had any trouble with the dispenser. The bad news is everything else. Billing is a huge issue for Sierra Springs. You can call a local number, but they can't do anything in billing for you. You must be transferred to a national number and I kid you not, I have been on hold for 48 minutes, 52 minutes, and 57 minutes before waiting for billing. You have to go through Billing if you want to cancel your service as well. I had a 4 bottle a month plan so my charges should have been the same every month. They were not. Constant errors which caused me to have to wait on hold (although my average billing hold time was about 20 minutes). The next downer is the delivery. It is set up on certain dates which is great. However, if you need to make any changes on something -- say adding another bottle or even skipping a month of service, which is allowed according to Sierra Springs -- it doesn't happen. The drivers are paid commission on how many bottles they sell. So they don't care that you didn't ask for any during a month because you have too many full bottles. They will bring them anyway. At one point I had 10 full bottles in my garage which is just ridiculous. Finally, upon canceling, I had 9 total bottles to be picked up with the dispenser. 6 were full and 3 were empty. I only got credit for the empty bottles. Why? Their policy, according to the Billing Department, is that they only give credit on EMPTY bottles. They took my full bottles and kept them! I paid for them and I got no credit back, the only reason being because they were still full and sealed instead of empty! If anyone had told me that, I would have flipped them over and emptied them myself! They got the bottles, I don't understand why I didn't get the credit. It is absurd. I ended up having the billing department call to speak to the owner of the local location (I think his name is Shawn) about this. They said it would be up to his discretion to offer a credit or not. I did not receive a call about it nor did I get a credit. So they stole the bottles that I paid for. Awful, awful service all the way around. Too many problems, a selling scheme that rewards drivers to ignore customer requests, ridiculously long wait times in hopes that you will give up (even to cancel), no local help, and archaic practices that cheat customers out of the items they rightfully own. The water is great but it's the only good thing about the company. I signed up through Costco and was told on the delivery dates the number of jugs that would be left would be the number of empty jugs I left out. Wrong! One left out but three are delivered, none left out again three are delivered. I made two separate complaints to only leave what was put out. I was told a note would be placed on my account big times, again fail! We end up with an over abundance of jugs. Attempting to cancel service is nightmare. Login in to your account you can send them a message but no one responsed or if your do get a response it's many days later. They refuse to drop off the water where they're supposed to (in my diveway instead of right next to the road where anyone could take it) and they didn't leave the proper amout of water that I ordered. I have been getting water through them for about a year now. They were good in the beginning but now I'm really getting mad. They have missed 3 deliveries/pickups. I now have 7 empty bottles I keep putting out for nothing and I am running out of water. I called customer service the first time and she said it shows he dropped off water and I was billed for it. But I never got the water and he obviously never came cause he didn't pick up my emptys. I keep trying to call to cancel my service and get no answer or I'm on hold literally all day. I can't wait to switch over to earth 2.0 water service once I get rid of all this sierra springs stuff. I think there was only a handful of times they delivered our order correctly, and then I have had to call customer service for almost every delivery because it was wrong. Then when full bottles are picked up (happened twice), it is put down that empty bottles are picked up. Customer service is VERY slow. VERY! The water was fine but the service was not. If anyone tells you that you can receive a free trial, it is not free. They will charge you a $100 fee to "terminate" the service and they will also charge you for all the water you got while you were with them. I never would have accepted the offer had I know that. The sales person led me to believe that it would be completely free. I had atrocious service on the 800# including being left on hold for over 20min and being "connected" to a dial tone over and over again. This is the worst company EVER! We have had no water or working dispenser for over 6 months. Every time we called they said they would send someone out and never did. Tried calling to cancel service multiple times only to get transferred to a different account manager and be put on hold for over 20 minutes. Finally got through today only to be told there are additional charges for them to have to pick up the non-working garbage.
